水稻种植机械化发展现状及制约因素分析

水稻生产在我国粮食生产中占有非常重要的地位, 但由于其栽植环节生产技术复杂、季节性强、用工量多和劳动强度大等原因,生产效率比较低下,研究和加快推广机械化种植技术已成为当务之急.目前,我国水稻机械种植方式大体可分为机插秧、机直播和机浅栽(机抛秧或机摆秧)3大类,机插秧逐渐成为发展的主流.各种机械种植方式和机具推广中存在着多种不同的制约因素,影响了我国水稻种植机械化水平的快速提高.经过初步的调查与分析,认为区域性差异、农机与农艺的结合、机具的设计制造以及运行推广机制上存在着一些问题,需要采取有效措施予以解决.     

植物枯萎病生物防治研究进展

植物枯萎病是由尖孢镰刀菌（Fusarium oxysporum Schl.）寄生引起的一种土传病害,目前尚缺乏有效的防治手段。利用微生物及其代谢产物等生物农药进行防治,使用对人体和生态环境无害的生防菌剂替代化学农药已成为世界范围内的发展方向。在此,介绍了各类生防因子在枯萎病防治中的研究和应用情况,分析了其存在的安全性问题及影响防治效果的因素,同时对今后的研究工作提出了几点展望。     

鹿蹄草素的研究

鹿蹄草素是一种具有代表性的氢醌类物质,在植物界分布较广。鹿蹄草素在体内具有抗菌、抗病毒、清除羟自由基、抗氧化,以及在临床上具有治疗肺部、肠道和尿道感染等作用。介绍了鹿蹄草素的理化特性、生理功能、分离、合成和在工业中的应用。     

Nisin及其在食品工业中的应用研究进展

乳酸链球菌素(Nisin)是某些乳链球菌产生的一种活性多肽物质,是高效、无毒副作用的天然生物防腐剂,是目前世界上惟一允许使用在食品防腐上的抗菌素。综述了乳酸链球菌素的抑菌机理、溶解性、稳定性及其在食品工业中的应用研究进展。     

The Optimization for Crop Planning and Some Advances for Water-Saving Crop Planning in the Semiarid Loess Plateau of China

The establishment of water-saving crop planning is an inevitable choice of the water-saving agriculture for the water-deficiency region in the arid and semiarid Loess Plateau of China and the world. The water-saving crop planning refers to the planting structure that centres the adjustment of the crop's adaptation to water, the optimization of temporal and spatial layout for crops, the local natural resources, marketing resources, human resources and financial input to enable region or basin with limited water resources to achieve the maximum economic, social and ecological benefits of planting industry under certain technology and economy. After the analysis on the research progress of optimization theory, optimization goals, optimization methods of water-saving cultivation structure and macro-control measures, it is pointed out that the main deficiencies of the current research of water-saving cultivation pattern optimization are lacking of a strong theoretical basis, and the immaturity of optimization technologies. The future crucial research direction will focus on five aspects such as the special optimization theory system, the division methods by studying the watershed unit and using 3S technology, optimization model based on multi-objective evolutionary algorithm, evaluation of rationality and macro-control measures on the basis of the public participation.     

STUDY OF DETERMINING THE DEGREE OF GRAPHITIZING OF COKE WITH X-RAY DIFFRACTION METHOD

In the paper, the process of determining the degree of graphiti-zing of metallurgy coke with X-ray diffraction method was discussed. The extrapolation was used in order to obtain the interplanar distance. of (002) crystaloface of metallurgy coke. The finding showed that the dmax. wasn''t 3.44A, butO4.31A. A rational formula which could be used to characterize the degree of gra-phitizing of metallurgy coke was found.     

生姜育种研究进展

生姜良种的培育与开发是促进生姜产业快速发展的关键因素。为了促进生姜育种工作的发展,对生姜系统选育、诱变育种、多倍体育种和基因工程技术育种等方面的国内外研究成果进行了总结,为生姜育种研究工作提供参考。     

水力机械空化空蚀问题的研究进展

从水力机械空化现象的产生机理出发,综述了国内外空化空蚀问题理论分析、数值模拟和试验研究的现状,简要叙述了各种研究方法的优点和特点.通过分析归纳理论分析、数值模拟和试验研究这三者之间的内在联系,指出空化模型理论和可视化空化试验是目前的研究重点.在对相关研究进行总结的基础上,阐述了水力机械空化空蚀研究的发展趋势为,数值模拟理论和技术的深入完善、可视化技术的广泛应用和空蚀在线监测系统的开发;而空化空蚀问题的确切机理将是未来研究工作的重点.     

舟山渔区海洋捕捞渔民养老保障体系研究

针对我国捕捞渔民养老保障体系研究的空缺,笔者对海洋渔业重点渔区——舟山渔区的捕捞渔民养老保障问题进行了专题调查,对存在的主要问题及原因进行了分析,探讨建立捕捞渔民养老保障体系的可行性,提出建立捕捞渔民养老保障体系的指导思想和政策导向、范围和对象、养老保险制度的总体设想等,可供有关方面参考。
