海南西岛九孔鲍养殖水体中细菌胞外产物的分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
2004年11月,自海南西岛的鲍养殖水体中分离出90株菌株。TCBS和2116E培养基分别分离40株(弧菌)和50株(异养菌)。比较了不同分离方法所得到的2批菌株分泌胞外产物的能力。试验结果表明,鲍苗掉板死亡期间,养殖水体中TCBS培养基分离的菌株能分泌脂肪酶、淀粉酶、磷脂酶和明胶酶的比例总体上高于2116E培养基分离的菌株,2116E培养基分离的菌株中能分泌溶血素的比例要略高于TCBS培养基分离的菌株。总体上,后者具有较强分泌胞外产物的能力。因此,这部分具有较强分泌胞外产物能力的菌株应视为鲍苗的潜在致病菌。此外,在对鲍的细菌性病害研究中,除了具有较强分泌胞外产物的菌株外,养殖环境中的菌群结构也是不可忽视的因素。  相似文献

红鳍东方皮肤溃烂病病原菌的分离与鉴定   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
从体表溃烂的养殖红鳍东方鲀(Fugu obscurus)病灶处分离到1株优势生长菌,编号为H-06091.分别通过创伤浸泡和注射方式感染健康红鳍东方鲀,发现这两种途径均可引发皮肤溃烂,两种途径的感染率均为100%,2×108 cell/mL.菌浓度注射组死亡率为100%,4×107 cell/mL菌浓度注射组死亡率为50%,创伤浸泡感染未见死亡.药敏实验表明,复方新诺明、呋喃妥因、链霉素、环丙沙星、利福平、红霉素、氟哌酸、氟嗪酸、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、四环素、青霉素G等抗菌素对H-06091有较强的抑制作用.按照<常见细菌系统鉴定手册>进行菌种鉴定并测定其16S rRNA基因序列,结果表明,该菌呈革兰氏染色阴性,氧化酶阳性,接触酶阳性,V-P试验阴性,硝酸盐还原反应阳性等特征,符合哈氏弧菌(Vibrio harveyi)特征,其16s rRNA基因序列与GenBank中哈氏弧菌同源性为99%,因此将H-06091鉴定为哈氏弧菌.  相似文献

单级生物接触氧化法去除海水养殖废水中的无机氮   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用在填料上人工接种微生物组成的浸没式生物接触氧化单级处理系统对养殖废水进行净化,效果良好。在试验水体体积与处理系统体积之比约为100∶1的情况下,对氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮起始质量浓度分别为4.0 mg/L、1.76 mg/L、800 mg/L,COD质量浓度为16.33 mg/L的养殖废水进行处理,发现处理系统中进行着强烈的硝化和反硝化作用:处理30 h,氨氮质量浓度下降并一直保持在0.1 mg/L;亚硝酸盐氮浓度48 h内,前6 h从1.76 mg/L短暂上升到2.24 mg/L,然后持续下降,最低到0.22 mg/L;对硝酸盐氮的反硝化作用能力也很强,经48 h处理,硝酸盐氮质量浓度从800 mg/L下降到180 mg/L。根据对处理过程中的水质测定,浸没式生物接触氧化单级处理试验系统具有较强的生物脱氮能力。  相似文献

  • 1. In February 2002, France, Italy and Monaco agreed to establish an international sanctuary for Mediterranean marine mammals. The resulting Pelagos Sanctuary encompasses over 87500 km2 of the north‐western Mediterranean Sea, extending between south‐eastern France, Monaco, north‐western Italy and northern Sardinia, and surrounding Corsica and the Tuscan Archipelago.

The Pelagos Sanctuary illustrates how the tenets of Marine Protected Area (MPA) design can be reconciled with the dynamic nature of oceanic systems, because its spatial scale was defined by oceanographic and ecological considerations, specifically the location of the Ligurian permanent frontal system.
  • 3. By expanding protective measures beyond national waters, the Pelagos Sanctuary also sets a precedent for the implementation of pelagic protected areas in the high seas. The Pelagos Sanctuary will contribute to the conservation of the Mediterranean Sea at two scales: (i) locally, by protecting important cetacean foraging and breeding grounds in the Ligurian Sea, and by providing ‘umbrella’ protection to other marine predators in this area; and (ii) regionally, by empowering other conservation measures, such as the Specially Protected Areas Protocol of the Barcelona Convention and the wider goals of the Agreement on the Conservation of Cetaceans of the Black and Mediterranean Seas (ACCOBAMS).
  • 4. However, because few cetacean species are resident within the Sanctuary, their effective long‐term conservation will require large‐scale management and coordinated monitoring throughout the Mediterranean basin.

Pacific capelin (Mallotus villosus) populations declined dramatically in the Northeastern Pacific following ocean warming after the regime shift of 1977, but little is known about the cause of the decline or the functional relationships between capelin and their environment. We assessed the distribution and abundance of spawning, non‐spawning adult and larval capelin in Glacier Bay, an estuarine fjord system in southeastern Alaska. We used principal components analysis to analyze midwater trawl and beach seine data collected between 1999 and 2004 with respect to oceanographic data and other measures of physical habitat including proximity to tidewater glaciers and potential spawning habitat. Both spawning and non‐spawning adult Pacific capelin were more likely to occur in areas closest to tidewater glaciers, and those areas were distinguished by lower temperature, higher turbidity, higher dissolved oxygen and lower chlorophyll a levels when compared with other areas of the bay. The distribution of larval Pacific capelin was not sensitive to glacial influence. Pre‐spawning females collected farther from tidewater glaciers were at a lower maturity state than those sampled closer to tidewater glaciers, and the geographic variation in the onset of spawning is likely the result of differences in the marine habitat among sub‐areas of Glacier Bay. Proximity to cold water in Glacier Bay may have provided a refuge for capelin during the recent warm years in the Gulf of Alaska.  相似文献

As a function of the water quality provided by square, circular and oval experimental ponds, the growth, survival and oxygen requirements in epibenthic postlarvae of Farfantepenaeus aztecus were analysed in relation to their routine metabolism and apparent heat increment. Temperature, oxygen concentration, pH and salinity were measured daily in two experimental ponds of each shape. The postlarvae oxygen consumption during two 24‐h cycles, their growth, physiological condition and survival and the productivity in the ponds were estimated. Low values of pH, oxygen concentration and phytobenthos productivity, and reduced postlarvae relative growth and survival were observed in the square ponds. We suggest that the latter results from a deficient water circulation related to the effect of the pond's shape on dissolved oxygen levels and, consequently, on growth and survival. The postlarvae routine metabolism, including feeding, varied between 1.91 and 2.25 mg O2 h?1 g?1 wet weight, whereas the minimum oxygen concentration needed in the ponds is approximately 4.25 mg O2 L?1. These conditions were achieved in the oval ponds concurrent with higher survival and growth values, in which individuals distributed randomly, for which we suggest that oval‐shaped ponds could be the most adequate for the culture of this and other penaeid species.  相似文献

Due to the increased consumption of marine collagen peptides preparation (MCP) as ingredients in functional foods and pharmaceuticals, it was necessary to carry out safety requirements in the form of an oral chronic toxicity assessment. In order to define the oral chronic toxicity of MCP, a 24-month feeding study of MCP was carried out. Sprague-Dawley (S-D) rats at the age of four-week of both sexes were treated with MCP at the diet concentrations of 0%, 2.25%, 4.5%, 9% and 18% (wt/wt). The actual food intake and bodyweight of the individual animals were recorded periodically until sacrifice. Blood and urine samples were collected for serum chemistry evaluations and urinalysis. Throughout the experimental period, there was no toxicologically significant difference between the vehicle and MCP-treated animals with respect to the survival rate, body weight, food consumption, urinalysis, clinical biochemistry parameter and relative organ weight in either sex. Moreover, incidences of non-neoplastic lesions in MCP-treated groups did not significantly increase compared with the control group. Under the present experimental conditions, no higher risk of chronic toxic effects was observed in MCP-treated rats at the diet concentrations of 2.25%, 4.5%, 9% and 18% (wt/wt) than in the rats fed with basal rodent diet.  相似文献
