新疆部分地区生乳中金黄色葡萄球菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析

【目的】探明新疆部分地区生乳中金黄色葡萄球菌流行情况及耐药性,为该地区生乳中金黄色葡萄球菌的监测及保障生乳质量安全提供理论依据。【方法】试验随机从南北疆规模化奶牛场采集110份生乳样品。采用增菌培养、分离纯化、革兰氏染色、生化鉴定及PCR法对奶样中金黄色葡萄球菌进行分离鉴定,并利用微量肉汤稀释法及PCR方法对金黄色葡萄球菌进行16种抗菌药物的耐药表型及耐药基因分析。【结果】从110份奶样中分离出18株金黄色葡萄球菌,分离株呈浅黄色、光滑凸起的圆形菌落,革兰氏染色镜检呈紫色、短链状排列的革兰氏阳性菌,生化试验结果符合金黄色葡萄球菌生化特点,经16S rDNA及nuc基因PCR扩增鉴定为金黄色葡萄球菌,分离率为16.36%(18/110)。药敏试验结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌分离株对氨苄西林、青霉素及磺胺异噁唑具有较高的耐药性,耐药率分别为100%、83.33%和77.78%,而对万古霉素、复方新诺明、苯唑西林、头孢噻吩、头孢噻呋、利福昔明及环丙沙星7种抗菌药物高度敏感,敏感率分别为100%、100%、94.44%、94.44%、94.44%、94.44%和94.44%。其中有14株金黄色葡萄球菌为多重耐药菌,多重耐药率为77.78%。耐药基因检测结果显示,大环内酯类耐药基因ermB检出率最高,为50.00%,其次为β-内酰胺类耐药基因mecA,检出率为27.28%,磺胺类耐药基因Sul1的检出率为22.22%。【结论】新疆奶牛场生乳中分离的金黄色葡萄球菌的流行及耐药情况仍较严重,且存在多重耐药现象,因此,对生乳中金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性的监测有重要意义。     

多胺对甜瓜幼苗抗冷性的影响机理研究

本文研究了外源多胺对在低温胁迫下甜瓜幼苗体内DNA、RNA、可溶性蛋白质、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)及细胞质膜透性的影响.结果表明,多胺处理的甜瓜幼苗在低温(2±1℃)下处理10h后,RNA和DNA含量明显增多,蛋白质的图谱发生显著变化,SOD活性增强,细胞膜的破损渗漏较少,尤以0.4mmol的腐胺处理最为显著.多胺与核酸的相互作用调节了植物体内的代谢过程,与膜的相互作用增强了机体的抗冷性.     

小麦品种贵农21,贵农22抗病性研究

采用温室苗期测定和成株期人工诱发接种鉴定方法研究了簇毛麦——硬粒小麦杂种后代贵农21、22的抗病性。苗期抗性测定表明,贵农21、22对国外15个小麦条锈菌生理小种表现为免疫至近免疫反应,仅对具有毒性基因Yr10的菌系82E16表现出中度感病,对供试的国内14个主要条锈菌菌系呈观免疫至近免疫反应。田间成株期抗性试验结果显示,贵农21、22对小麦条锈病、白粉病免疫,高抗秆锈病,中抗叶锈病。小麦品种贵农21、22可作为抗病资源和生产品种加以推广应用。     

Parameter Simulation on the Control Strategy for a Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle by CRUISE

The purpose of a parallel hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV) is for the best energy distribution between internal-combustion engine(ICE) and electric motor though the appropriate control strategy.It can not only keep the advantage of the ultra-low emission of electric vehicles(EV),but also take advantages of the hyperbaric energy of ICE.Simulation model for PHEV is built based on CRUISE,an auxiliary control strategy is designed,and then parameter simulation study on the control strategy is performed.The simulation results show that according to the different control requirements,the vehicle performance can be improved by adjusting!the corresponding control parameters.     

Calculating the Hollowing-center Grounding Device Resistance Based on the Surface Charge Simulation Method

An equivalent model for hollowing-center grounding device is proposed, the hollowing-center grounding device resistance is calculated with the surface charge simulation method and the computer programme is programmed based on this model. The accuracy of the model and method is validated by experimentation.     

Model of Information Integrating in CIMS Based on the Object-oriented Method

Information integrating is the most important key to CIMS,which is the base of the function integrating and all others.Because of so many kinds,so complicated structure,so many different sources and uses that the information in CIMS has,it is necessary to build a popular Information Integrating Model. The model of information integrating in the thesis bases on the enterprise model,which is presented by ISO(International Organization for Standardization).According to the object-oriented method,the process of modeling begins with classifying the information,and then describes the definition of the attributes and the structural relation of those objects. By means of the idea of Encapsulation and Inheritance,the destination of information integrating can be arrive and the model of information integrating can be set up. The model which is based on the share information is helpful to finish the function integrating and the whole CIMS' construction. Moreover,the system which is developed following such program can be reused for many times and the developing circle of CIMS can be apparently shortened,too.     

The Optimization Design for the Parameters of Capacitor Welding

Through the analysis in this paper,the optimum relation of the discharging current peak interval t m ,the discharging loop equivalent inductance L and equivalent resistance R is obtained.This paper analyze the original discharging loop equivalent inductance L ,which provides an effective method for adjustment and selection of inductance L to realize the optimization energy saving design of the welding machine.     

PROBABILISTIC EVALUATION FOR STEEL FRAME COLUMNS OF TALL BUILDINGS

Based on properties of parameters and test data of dom-estic steel,this paper analyses the reliability and partial coefficient forresistance of steel frame columns of tall builings.The result may serveas a scientific basis.It is not only for domestic steel instead of importedsteel in building tall steel structures,but also for compiling concerendstandards.
