为了解太阳能干燥过程中速生材内部水分状态及迁移规律,采用低场核磁共振及核磁共振成像检测桉、杨木干燥过程中水分分布、含量变化及迁移过程,借助扫描电镜在微观层面进行分析。结果表明:核磁共振信号强度与称重法所测含水率相关性系数高达0.99以上,因此低场核磁共振可准确测定木材中的水分含量;桉木和杨木饱水试样的核磁共振信号中均存在3种峰,桉木弛豫时间分别为1.32、32.75、403.70 ms,杨木为2.66、32.75、352.12 ms,对应着结合水及两种状态的自由水;随着干燥进行,不同状态水分的横向弛豫时间逐渐减小,木材对水分的束缚增加。当桉木含水率为27.28%,杨木含水率为35.71%左右时,水分散失转为以结合水为主。通过核磁共振成像中氢质子密度的不同可对水分含量进行区分,进而可观测干燥过程中木材内部水分移动状态。因此,通过低场核磁共振及核磁共振成像可研究速生材干燥过程中的内部水分状态及分布。 相似文献

敖汉苜蓿在赤峰地区受冻害程度有4种类型;全株未受冻;根颈上端受冻受黑,下端仍能再生新芽;全部根颈和根的部分受冻变黑,已不能再生新芽;全株受冻死亡。引起冻害的主要原因是播种期偏晚,在播种当年生长期短,根颈入土浅。结果表明,越冬前苜蓿必须具有2个以上分枝,根颈入土深>5cm以上,根颈膨大,直径>0.3cm以上者方能减轻或避免受冻。适时早播,施种肥,延长生长期促进幼苗生长,在封冻前对平作进行浅耕覆土或深开沟磨平等措施,均能增加根颈保温层,有效提高苜蓿越冬率。 相似文献

Wildtype strains of Fusarium circinatum, the causal agent of pitch canker, were crossed to obtain an F1 generation. Progeny of this cross were tested for virulence by inoculating Pinus radiata seedlings, and were found to induce a wide range of lesion lengths. Two strains from the F1 generation that induced long lesions (= high virulence) were used as parents to produce an F2 generation, followed by a second round of selection for high virulence to obtain an F3 generation. Mean lesion lengths were not significantly different between the three generations (P ≥ 0.196). A parallel set of crosses was performed to select for low virulence by using progeny in the F1 and F2 generations that induced short lesions as parents for F2 and F3 generations, respectively. In this case, both rounds of selection resulted in a significant reduction in mean lesion length, from 33.8 ± 0.8 mm in the F1 generation, to 19.7 ± 0.7 and 12.9 ± 0.7 mm in the F2 and F3 generations, respectively. Thus it is apparent that F. circinatum retains the genetic capacity for avirulence to pines, which could reflect a lack of strong selection for virulence in nature. Progeny of a cross between high and low virulence parents manifested nearly continuous variation in lesion lengths, consistent with virulence being a quantitatively inherited trait. Based on this cross, broad‐sense heritability (H2) was determined to be 0.74, which suggests that virulence is under strong genetic control. 相似文献

Self-bonding is the main factor of the performance expression of binderless boards, and therefore its clarification is considered
to be an important issue. For this purpose, a series of chemical analyses were conducted on kenaf core binderless boards and
their chemical changes during the hot-pressing process are discussed in this article. First of all, binderless boards were
prepared from kenaf core powder at different pressing temperatures (without steam-explosion process) and were used for chemical
analyses after they were reduced into powders and extracted with methanol. To investigate their chemical changes, lignin,
holocellulose, and neutral sugar contents were determined, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra were recorded, and the
nitrobenzene oxidation procedure was applied. As a result, it was found that parts of lignin and hemicelullose were decomposed
during the hot-pressing process; however, the contribution of the resulting fractions to selfbonding was not observed. In
addition, progress of condensation reactions in lignin and the formation of chemical bonds by low molecular weight conjugated
carbonyl compounds in methanol extractives were observed. Thermal softening of lignin is also suggested to play an important

A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of combination of straw incorporation and water management on fluxes of CH4, N2O and soil heterotrophic respiration (Rh) in a paddy field in subtropical central China by using a static opaque chamber/gas chromatography method. Four treatments were set up: two rice straw incorporation rates at 0 (S1) and 6 (S2) t ha?1 combined with two water managements of intermittent irrigation (W1, with mid-season drainage) and continuous flooding (W2, without mid-season drainage). The cumulative seasonal CH4 emissions for the treatments of S1W2, S2W1 and S2W2 increased significantly by 1.84, 5.47 and 6.63 times, respectively, while seasonal N2O emissions decreased by 0.67, 0.29 and 1.21 times, respectively, as compared to S1W1 treatment. The significant increase in the cumulative Rh for the treatments S1W1, S2W1 and S2W2 were 0.54, 1.35 and 0.52 times, respectively, in comparison with S1W2. On a seasonal basis, both the CO2-equivalents (CO2e) and yield-scaled CO2e (GHGI) of CH4 and N2O emissions increased with straw incorporation and continuous flooding, following the order: S2W2>S2W1>S1W2>S1W1. Thus, the practices of in season straw incorporation should be discouraged, while mid-season drainage is recommended in paddy rice production from a point view of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. 相似文献

为了研究阶段水分亏缺(亏水+不亏水WLWH、不亏水+亏水WHWL、亏水+亏水WLWL、不亏水+不亏水WHWH)和不同施氮量(NZ:0,NL:0.2 g/kg,NH:0.4 g/kg)对小桐子生长、生理指标和灌溉水利用效率的影响,通过盆栽试验,发现WLWH的生长和灌溉水利用效率均显著高于WHWL;作物的灌溉水利用效率随施氮量的增大而呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在NL水平下达到最大值;与高水高氮的处理NHWHWH相比,中水低氮处理NLWLWH节约灌溉水27%,节约氮肥使用量50%,小桐子株高减少31%、总干物质量减少35%,灌溉水利用效率减少13%,但茎粗增加13%,根冠比增加20%.可见小桐子在第一阶段处理(40~90 d)幼树期对水分的需求量较小,适度的亏缺灌溉可提高灌溉水利用效率;小桐子在第二阶段处理(90~140 d)处于旺长期,对水分的需求量较大,增大灌水量可大幅度促进小桐子生长及其干物质量的积累.全生育期实施亏缺灌溉,可提高小桐子自身适应外界环境能力,抗干旱胁迫能力也逐渐增强,但WLWL水平下的小桐子生长缓慢.经综合分析,认为处理NLWLWH可作为干旱地区条件下的小桐子灌溉和施氮制度. 相似文献
