ABSTRACT:   Larval and juvenile ayu from seven year-groups (1986, 1987, 1992, 1995, 1996, 1999 and 2000) were collected in the Shimanto Estuary and adjacent coastal waters. The present study focuses on the variation among year-groups in the hatching period estimated by age determination using the otolith. The hatching period of the dominant cohorts in the 1986, 1987 and 1992 year-groups occurred from late October to mid-November. A delay of the hatching period of the dominant cohort was observed from the 1995 year-group, which occurred in late November to early December, and the dominant periods in the 1996, 1999 and 2000 year-groups were observed from early to late December. It appears that the delay of the hatching period of dominant cohorts was not due to a delay of spawning, but a high mortality of early hatched larvae. The water temperature in autumn in the coastal waters adjacent to the Shimanto River has tended to rise over the past 20 years and this trend was especially notable in the late 1990s. The delay in the hatching period of the dominant cohort observed from the 1995 year-group was likely to be related to the rise in seawater temperatures in autumn.  相似文献

The study comprised 70,796 litters in 104 sow herds, observed from 1976 through 1982. Weaning age decreased from approx. 42 days to approx. 30 days during the observation period. Diseases and symptoms were recorded together with production parameters (feeding, barn construction, economic returns etc.). The mean incidence rate of pre-weaning diarrhoea was 6.8% of litters, with considerable inter-herd differences (incidence rates from 0 to approx. 50%). There was a slight increase in incidence during the autumn (August through October). Incidence rates increased with litter size, with a peak incidence in litters of 11-13 piglets, and decreased with increasing parity of the sow. There was a positive association between occurrence of arthritis and pre-weaning diarrhoea in the litters, and litters from sows with post parturient disease (MMA complex) had 1.8 times higher risk of getting diarrhoea than litters from healthy sows. No important differences among breeds were found. Small herds (less than 200 farrowings per year) had higher incidence rates than large herds (400-499 farrowings per year). Herds with a gilt proportion above 30% had an incidence rate of 12.3%, i.e. nearly twice as high as the overall mean (6.8%). There was a trend towards a higher incidence rate in litters kept in traditional pens (i.e. large pens with solid floor and loose sows) than in intensive pens (i.e. small pens with slatted flooring and tethered sows). The overall pre-weaning mortality rate was 16.2% of pigs born, half of which was due to stillbirths (6.3%) and overlaid piglets (2.2%). In litters with pre-weaning diarrhoea, the mortality rate was 19%, compared to 13% in litters without occurrence of diarrhoea. This difference accounts for an excess loss of 0.6 piglets from birth to weaning in diarrhoeic vs. non-diarrhoeic litters. Piglets from litters with pre-weaning diarrhoea had reduced weight gain. Thus, on the average, they were 2.2 days older at 25 kg bodyweight and weighed 0.4 kg less at 30 days than piglets from non-diarrhoeic litters. Also, litters with pre-weaning diarrhoea had a significantly increased risk of post-weaning diarrhoea. The present information forms a basis for defining acceptable disease thresholds in suckling litters in intensively managed herds.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo determine the effects of propofol or etomidate on induction quality, arterial blood pressure, blood gases, and recovery quality in normal dogs.Study designRandomized, blinded trial.AnimalsEighteen purpose-bred adult Beagles.MethodsDogs were randomly assigned to receive propofol at 8 mg kg−1 or etomidate at 4 mg kg−1 intravenously (IV) administered to effect. Midazolam was administered at 0.3 mg kg−1 IV as pre-medication at least 1 minute prior to induction. Direct arterial blood pressure, arterial blood gases, and heart rate were obtained at baseline, before induction, after induction, and for every 5 minutes afterwards until the dog began to swallow and the trachea was extubated. The dogs were allowed to breathe room air with the endotracheal tube in place.ResultsThe systolic arterial pressure (SAP) was higher in the etomidate group compared with the propofol group after induction. The SAP and mean arterial pressure (MAP) were higher in the etomidate group compared with the propofol group at 5 minutes. The recovery quality and ataxia score were worse in the etomidate group compared with the propofol group. Time from extubation to sternal recumbency and sternal recumbency to standing was longer in the etomidate group compared with the propofol group. The heart rate, PaCO2, and HCO3 were higher in the propofol group compared with the etomidate group after induction. The PaO2 and SaO2 were lower in the propofol group compared with the etomidate group after induction. The SAP and MAP were lower in the propofol group at 5 minutes compared with baseline.Conclusion and clinical relevancePropofol caused a decrease in SAP and MAP which was not observed with etomidate. Etomidate caused longer and poorer recoveries than propofol.  相似文献

To explore the suitable irrigation techniques for Alfalfa in Haihe Plain, six irrigation treatments were set up to study the effects of different irrigation treatments on the yield, agronomic traits and water use efficiency of one-year and two-year Alfalfa from 2015 to 2017. The results showed that alfalfa yield increased slightly with increasing irrigation amount in Haihe Plain, but had no significant difference among six treatments. Compared with the treatment without irrigation, the cumulative increment of alfalfa yield in three years was only 6. 13 t • hm~z. 本试验旨在研究不同粗饲料对生茸前期梅花鹿生长性能、血清生化指标和瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸生成的影响。选取2锯龄、体况良好的成年梅花鹿公鹿16只,随机分为2组,每组2个重复,每个重复4只。2组梅花鹿饲喂相同的精饲料,所饲喂粗饲料分别为玉米秸青贮(Ⅰ组)和玉米秸黄贮(Ⅱ组)。饲养期为45 d。结果表明:1)玉米秸青贮和玉米秸黄贮作为粗饲料对生茸前期梅花鹿末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)除Ⅱ组血清葡萄糖含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)外,其余各项血清生化指标2组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。3)2组在瘤胃液中各项挥发性脂肪酸与总挥发性脂肪酸浓度以及乙丙比方面均无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,生茸前期梅花鹿以玉米秸黄贮和玉米秸青贮作为粗饲料在生长性能、血清生化指标及瘤胃发酵类型方面并无显著差异。  相似文献

本试验旨在探究过瘤胃葡萄糖对围产期奶牛空肠微生物群落和黏膜代谢及免疫相关基因表达的影响。选择10头围产期荷斯坦奶牛[4~5岁、体重(515±42)kg]随机分为2组,每组5头。对照组和过瘤胃葡萄糖组奶牛饲喂相同的基础饲粮,同时对照组每头每日给予90 g过瘤胃脂肪,过瘤胃葡萄糖组每头每日给予200 g过瘤胃葡萄糖。预试期14 d(产前第21天到产前第8天),正试期21d(产前第7天到产后第14天)。正式期结束后,将所有奶牛(10头)屠宰并取空肠食糜样品,测定其中挥发性脂肪酸的含量和微生物群落;同时取空肠黏膜样品,进行代谢及免疫相关基因表达分析。结果显示:与对照组相比,添加过瘤胃葡萄糖有降低空肠食糜中总挥发性脂肪酸含量的趋势(P=0.094)。与对照组相比,添加过瘤胃葡萄糖有上调空肠黏膜中葡萄糖转运蛋白4(GLUT4)表达量的趋势(P=0.063),有下调Toll样受体4(TLR4)(P=0.063)、白细胞介素-17A(IL 17A)(P=0.063)和白细胞介素-26(IL 26)(P=0.063)表达量的趋势,同时显著性地上调了丙酮酸羧化酶(PC)(P=0.016)、闭合蛋白(occludin)(P=0.016)和胰岛素生长因子结合蛋白5(IGFBP5)(P=0.032)的表达量,显著性地下调了白细胞介素-22(IL 22)(P=0.016)、基质金属蛋白酶1(MMP1)(P=0.016)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)(P=0.032)的表达量。此外,与对照组相比,添加过瘤胃葡萄糖显著性地增加了空肠食糜中梭菌属ⅪⅤ子集的数量(P=0.036)。由此可见,围产期奶牛饲粮中添加过瘤胃葡萄糖可以改善葡萄糖在机体的代谢以及提高免疫力,同时促进免疫相关有益菌梭菌属ⅪⅤ子集的定植,从而缓解围产期能量负平衡导致的不良影响。  相似文献

氮磷肥配施对西北羊茅开花期叶片光合特性日变化的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
基于植物对N、P营养元素的需求,试验设计2个施氮量(0、60 kg·hm-2)和3个施磷量(0、60、90 kg·hm-2)配施,测定开花期叶片在不同光合有效辐射下的气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数,探讨西北羊茅对氮、磷添加和光合有效辐射的响应。结果表明,光合有效辐射呈先增后减的日动态变化,下午13:00时高达2000 μmol·m-2·s-1,且对西北羊茅光合特性的影响大于施肥措施。净光合速率随光合有效辐射增强先增后降,其值在800~1000 μmol·m-2·s-1时最大;气孔导度、气孔限制值、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率与净光合速率表现一致,胞间CO2浓度表现相反。氮肥和磷肥配施后气孔导度、气孔限制值和蒸腾速率均增大,胞间CO2浓度则减小,表明施肥主要通过调节气孔导度,以促进叶片与环境间交换水分和CO2,从而增大净光合速率。随光合有效辐射增强,PSⅡ有效光化学效率、PSⅡ实际光化学效率和光化学猝灭系数显著降低,非光化学猝灭系数显著增加,电子传递速率先增加后降低,但均在400~800 μmol·m-2·s-1和大于1200 μmol·m-2·s-1后快速变化。氮肥和磷肥配施显著提高PSⅡ有效光化学效率、PSⅡ实际光化学效率、光化学猝灭系数和电子传递速率,N60P90处理还提高PSⅡ最大光化学效率和非光化学猝灭系数。在光能分配方面,为减轻强光对光合器官的破坏,随光合有效辐射增强光化学反应比例降低,天线热耗散和非光化学反应耗散比例增加。施肥主要通过非光化学反应比例减小补偿于光化学反应比例,从而提高光能利用率。综合以上结果,从西北羊茅叶片的光合特性来看,氮磷肥配施通过调节气孔导度,以促进叶片与环境间水分和CO2的交换和提高PSⅡ反应中心活性,非光化学反应比例减小补偿于光化学反应比例,进而增加叶片净光合速率。  相似文献

研究包被γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)和包被γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)复合微量元素添加剂对生长期肉牛生长性能及血液生化指标的影响。选择12月龄体重在407.22kg±21.36kg的西门塔尔肉牛45头,随机分为3组(对照组,试验1组,试验2组),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在饲喂基础日粮的基础上饲喂包被γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)和包被γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)复合矿物质微量元素。结果表明,平均日增重试验1组高于对照组,试验2组高于试验1组,极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的浓度试验组与对照组相比,总体呈上升趋势,在第20、30、40、50、60天时试验2组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。血清中总蛋白(TP)的含量在第20天时试验1组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验2组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在第40天时试验1组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的浓度在第20、30天时,试验1组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验2组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在第40、50、60天时,试验1组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验2组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,添加包被γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)和包被γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)复合微量元素可以提高肉牛的体重,提高肉牛机体的免疫力,减少疾病的发生,且包被γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)复合微量元素的作用效果要优于γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)。  相似文献

近年来水产养殖中的常用药物恩诺沙星在鲫中的残留问题比较突出,但目前国家未对其在鲫中的休药期作出明确规定。为做到鲫养殖中科学合理使用恩诺沙星,在12~15℃水温条件下,以60mg/kg.b.w.剂量,对体质量为(250±10)g的健康方正银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)灌服恩诺沙星;在灌服后0~120d内不间断采样,用高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪检测,研究恩诺沙星及其代谢产物环丙沙星在方正银鲫鳃、血浆、肌肉、皮肤、肝脏和肾脏中的代谢及消除规律,从而为恩诺沙星在方正银鲫中的休药期制定提供参考。结果显示:灌药后,恩诺沙星在方正银鲫血浆、肌肉、肝脏、鳃、肾脏和皮肤中的达峰时间tmax分别为9、18、24、24、48和48h,肾脏、肝脏、肌肉、血浆、鳃和皮肤中的达峰浓度cmax分别为30.490、21.372、18.715、16.636、15.157和11.663mg/kg;皮肤中的消除半衰期t1/2β最大,为338.2h,血浆中最小,为93.303h;代谢产物环丙沙星的代谢及消除趋势与恩诺沙星大致相同,血浆中达峰值产生最早,tmax为18h,肾脏中的峰浓度最大,cmax为547.26μg/kg。结果表明,方正银鲫以单次口灌60mg/kg.b.w.剂量恩诺沙星,皮肤和肌肉中的恩诺沙星和环丙沙星总量需要1200度日才能满足限量要求。本研究为恩诺沙星在鲫鱼养殖中的科学使用提供了数据支撑。  相似文献

This experiment evaluated the effects of subnutrition during early gestation on hematology in cows (Bos Taurus) and on hematological, metabolic, endocrine, and vitality parameters in their calves. Parda de Montaña and Pirenaica dams were inseminated and assigned to either a control (CONTROL, 100% requirements) or a nutrient‐restricted group (SUBNUT, 65%) during the first third of gestation. Dam blood samples were collected on days 20 and 253 of gestation, and calf samples were obtained during the first days of life. Pirenaica dams presented higher red series parameters than Parda de Montaña dams, both in the first and the last months of gestation. During early pregnancy, granulocyte numbers and mean corpuscular hemoglobin were lower in Pirenaica‐SUBNUT than in Pirenaica‐CONTROL cows. Calves from the SUBNUT cows did not show a physiological reduction in red series values in early life, suggesting later maturation of the hematopoietic system. Poor maternal nutrition affected calf endocrine parameters. Newborns from dystocic parturitions showed lower NEFA concentrations and weaker vitality responses. In conclusion, maternal nutrition had short‐term effects on cow hematology, Pirenaica cows showing a higher susceptibility to undernutrition; and a long‐term effect on their offspring endocrinology, SUBNUT newborns showing lower levels of IGF‐1 and higher levels of cortisol.  相似文献
