杂交水稻抛秧栽培大田肥料科学运筹的研究

通过对杂交水稻抛秧栽培大田肥料运筹小区试验结果进行分析研究,找出符合该种栽培生育特点的肥料运筹方法:重施基肥,少施或不施蘖肥,稳施穗粒肥。增产效果较对照达极显著水平。

通过连续三年实地对巴马县的玉米黑毛虫发生为害特点和发生成因进行分析,并系统调查研究,提出综合防治措施:农业防治;物理防治;药剂防治。     

洮藏黑山羊特性研究

本文以洮藏黑山羊为研究对象,通过查阅史料及现场资源调查、试验分析,系统研究了洮藏黑山羊的数量变化、原绒产量、营养成分等特性研究。为洮藏黑山羊的利用和保护,提供了理论依据及生产指导作用。     

膜下滴灌棉田冻融期土壤剖面水盐热分布动态

为了深入揭示干旱区膜下滴灌棉田冻融期土壤水、盐和温度的动态变化规律,利用Hydra水盐热系统实现对冻融期宽行、窄行和膜间位置15,25和40 cm深度土壤液态水分、温度和电导率实时等间隔加密监测,分析了冻融期土壤水盐热动态变化过程.结果表明:同一位置不同深度液态水分、电导率和温度动态变化规律一致;冻融期内盐分垂向运移规律为深层土壤内的盐分向表层运移,冻融作用使盐分发生了重分布,加重了土壤40 cm深度的盐分含量,电导率增值范围为20~80 μS/cm,并且冻融前后不同位置电导率以位置排序由大到小为宽行,窄行,膜间;在冻融过程中不同位置土壤温度、液态水分和电导率两两之间存在着正相关关系(P<0.01),其相关系数大于0.74,而电导率与温度和液态水分两者也存在极强的多元一次函数关系(P<0.01),其相关系数大于0.90;冻结和融化并不是重合的过程,而是在期间会出现分叉点,分叉点出现在-1 ℃附近.研究结果对制定合理的非生育期灌溉制度具有重要参考意义.     

Gene Expression in Black Tiger Prawns Following Intramuscular Injection of β-gal Plasmid

Gene expression in black tiger prawns (Penaeus monodon) was studied following intra-muscular injection of CMVGal plasmid into the second abdominal segment. We used an in situ staining technique to detect -gal expression in one- and three-month-old injected prawns. We found that only one of the three-month-old prawns expressed the marker gene (2 days after injection), and the site of expression was confined to the sixth abdominal segment away from the injection site. We repeated the experiment on a new batch of three-month-old prawns, but using fluorometric determination technique. This time we found that -gal expression was detected (6/42) at the site of injection after 2, 7, and 14 days. In two other test samples, transgene expression was detected in the sixth abdominal segment only, further confirming the possibility of injected DNA dispersal. The results of the study also suggest that direct gene transfer is a feasible technique in black tiger prawns.     

乌苏里江黑斑狗鱼种群生态学特征的研究

本报道乌苏里江名贵冷水鱼类黑斑狗鱼种群生态学。通过158尾样品测定，对其形态学特征、捕捞群体的体长体重组成、年龄与生长、生殖力、性比、初始性成熟、成熟系数、肥满度、摄食等生态学特征进行研究，并提出其资源繁殖保护措施。     

Compensatory growth and body composition of juvenile black rockfish <Emphasis Type="Italic">Sebastes schlegeli</Emphasis> following feed deprivation

ABSTRACT:   Compensatory growth, feeding rate, feed efficiency and chemical composition of juvenile black rockfish (mean weight 1.43 g) were investigated for 35 days after a 14-day feed deprivation treatment under four feeding conditions: one group continuously fed (control) and the other three groups fasted for 5 days (F5), 10 days (F10) and 14 days (F14). All fasted fish were re-fed from day 15. Only F5 achieved the same body weight as the control, indicating that complete compensation occurred in F5. The specific growth rate (SGR) of F5 was the highest at day 21 and then decreased thereafter, showing higher values than the control at days 21, 28 and 42. In contrast, although SGRs of F10 and F14 were higher than that of the control during the whole refeeding period except day 21, they did not catch up the control in body mass, indicating that only partial compensation occurred in F10 and F14. The feeding rate (FR) of all groups except F14 changed in a pattern similar to SGR (Spearman's rank correlation, r _s > 0.9), suggesting that SGR varied depending on FR. Similar feeding efficiencies (FEs) were found in the four groups and they did not vary significantly during the whole refeeding period, suggesting that FE was not the factor affecting SGR. At day 14, the ratios of lipid to lean body mass in F10 and F14 were lower than those in the control and F5, and there was no difference between the control and F5. At day 49, however, only F14 showed a lower value than the other three groups, and there was no difference among the three groups. These results indicate that juvenile black rockfish fasted for 5–14 days can exhibit compensatory growth after refeeding, but timing and degree vary depending on the duration of feed deprivation.

通过研究总结国内外籽粒损失传感器普遍存在适应性差、价格高等问题,在国内首次提出PVDF型籽粒损失传感器的设计方案.通过研究PVDF材料的特性与应用现状,讨论了PVDF在籽粒损失传感器上应用的可行性及优势,并结合已有研究成果和相关PVDF压电薄膜传感器实验室制作工艺的文献资料,初步确定在实验室中利用PVDF 压电薄膜制作籽粒损失传感器的主要过程,为进一步设计、制作经济、实用的籽粒损失传感器提供理论依据和实践基础.

设计了一种适合膜上播种的双环带分种分肥穴播器,并采用该播种器研制了覆膜穴播施肥联合作业机械;同时发明了切膜机构、整平机构和覆土机构.通过大量的实验表明,覆膜穴播施肥联合作业机组工作稳定可靠,性能优良,是一款与新农艺相适应的机械化联合作业的机型.
