Protein digestibility, proteolytic activity, and post-embryonic development of Anticarsia gemmatalis (Hübner) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) were assessed in larvae reared on artificial diet containing 0.00, 0.25, 0.50, and 0.75% (w/w) of the synthetic trypsin inhibitor benzamidine. Diet consumption was affected by the inhibitor when the insects were exposed to 0.50% benzamidine showing a 4-day delay and a 70%-higher peak of consumption. Larva weight gain was also affected by benzamidine and again the results of 0.50% benzamidine were unexpected due to the worst performance of the insects at this inhibitor concentration and not at 0.75% benzamidine. These patterns of consumption and weight gain were however consistent with the results of protein digestibility, which affects larvae mortality and adult emergence. The insect proteolytic activity was also affected by benzamidine, particularly at 0.50%. These results indicate that the insects are able to circumvent the potentially harmful effects of the inhibitor since at the highest concentration the negative impact is mitigated.  相似文献

以明胶和阿拉伯胶为壁材,通过Box-Behnken设计响应面优化试验,采用冷冻干燥工艺制备蛋白酶微胶囊.将微胶囊添加到干酪中,测定pH 4.6可溶性氮总氮比、水溶性氮总氮比以及12%TCA可溶性氮总氮比,同时进行质构、SDS-PAGE、SEM分析.结果表明:明胶质量分数为3.8%、阿拉伯胶质量分数为3.7%、芯材添加量为6.4 mg/(100 mL)时蛋白酶微胶囊化效率达到93.4%;干酪中应用该微胶囊后使pH 4.6可溶性氮总氮比、水溶性氮总氮比以及12%TCA可溶性氮总氮比增加,酪蛋白逐渐被降解为小肽且质地改善,干酪成熟60 d后蛋白质微观结构破坏.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to determine the effect of starvation on digestive enzymes activity of the carp (Cyprinus carpio) at the water temperature 18 -20℃ in the cycle and flow water aquarium. The experiment was designed for four groups with three replication,which were 0 day(control) , 10 days, 20 days, 30days group. The results showed That there was a trend to drop first and keep stabilization for Cyprinus carpio body weight and Meat Content with the prolongatin of starvation, and that Effect of starvation stress on the the activity of protease in intestine and hepatopancreas of Cyprinus carpio was significant, with the prolongatin of starvation, there was a trend to increase then drop for the activity of protease in fore-gut, mid-gut hind-gut and hepatopancreas of Cyprinus carpio. And that the variatin for activityof amylase in fore-gut was significant butthat of the others was no significant.  相似文献

研究了温度和pH值对斜带髭鲷Hapalogenys nitens蛋白酶、淀粉酶活力的影响。结果表明,斜带髭鲷胃内pH值范围为4.9~5.4;肝胰脏pH值为5.8~6.2;肠道pH值为6.5~6.9。蛋白酶活性随温度的上升而增加,在40℃达最大,40℃以上酶活性随温度的上升而下降。在不同消化器官中,蛋白酶活性大小顺序为:胃〉前肠〉幽门盲囊〉后肠〉肝胰脏。在15~50℃范围内,斜带髭鲷消化道不同部位淀粉酶活性的最适温度均为35℃,淀粉酶活性由高到低顺序为:肝胰脏〉幽门盲囊〉前肠〉后肠〉胃。在pH值为2.2~7.6范围内,胃蛋白酶活性的最适pH值为2.8;在pH值为4.8~8.0范围内,其他消化器官蛋白酶的最适pH值均为7.2;在最适pH值下,各消化器官中的蛋白酶活性由高到低顺序为:前肠〉幽门盲囊〉后肠〉肝胰脏。在pH值为4.8~8.0范围内,胃淀粉酶活性的最适pH值为6.0,肠、肝胰脏与幽门盲囊淀粉酶的最适pH值均为6.8,活性由高到低顺序为:肝胰脏〉幽门盲囊〉前肠〉后肠〉胃。在最适温度和pH值下,蛋白酶活性由高到低顺序为:胃〉前肠〉幽门盲囊〉后肠〉肝胰脏;淀粉酶活性由高到低顺序为:肝胰脏〉幽门盲囊〉前肠〉后肠〉胃。  相似文献

用添加绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)饲料投喂牙鲆,研究了不同消化时间内食糜在牙鲆消化道中的分布情况,采用福林一酚法测定了不同时间胃、前肠、中肠和后肠各组织黏液蛋白酶活性。结果表明,牙鲆在摄食后消化道蛋白酶活性随着食糜在消化道内的分布而变化,食物的刺激引起消化腺体分泌蛋白酶。牙鲆摄食后1h食糜达到中肠,胃和中肠蛋白酶活性与空腹相比迅速增高;食糜在5h时遍布整个消化道,此时胃蛋白酶活性几乎检测不出,而前肠蛋白酶活性迅速增高,5h达到最高,然后开始降低;8h时中肠蛋白酶活性一直很高,之后降低;而后肠直到12h其蛋白酶活性仍维持在较高水平,说明牙鲆这种消化道较短的鱼类其肠道比胃在蛋白质消化过程中发挥更重要的作用。  相似文献

The impact of microbial proteases on the release of carbohydrates from BSG was studied. The proteases were able to release the non-cellulosic glucose, a portion of feruloylated arabinoxylan and over 50% of the protein from brewers' spent grain (BSG) after 24 h hydrolysis. The non-cellulosic glucose was derived from residual starch-derived products persisting in BSG after mashing. The proteases did not cleave the hydroxycinnamate ester linkages present on the arabinoxylan backbone, and thus do not behave as feruloyl esterases. However, the material solubilised from spent grain by the proteases contained up to 198 μg bound ferulic acid/g extract, which represented 8.6% of the total ferulic acid present in BSG. These results suggest that a portion of water-extractable feruloylated arabinoxylan and starch is trapped within the BSG matrix by a proteinaceous barrier.  相似文献

由南京紫光精细化工厂污水中筛得一株耐苯微生物,且能大量分泌蛋白酶,经菌种鉴定,确认其为盐芽孢杆菌。该菌所产生的蛋白酶对脱脂奶粉蛋白质有较强的水解能力,产生的菌落透明圈与菌落直径比(R)为2.3,该茵能耐受苯、甲苯等多种有机溶剂。该菌所产蛋白酶粗酶的最适反应温度为50℃,最适pH值10.0,亚铁离子能有效提高其活性,且对含有50%(V/V)的苯、甲苯等多种有机溶剂具有良好的耐受性,可望将该酶应用于有机溶剂介质酶催化反应的生产工艺中.  相似文献

选取天津市住宅小区中4种典型的绿化配置模式,测定不同绿化配置下表层土(10~20cm)中的淀粉酶活性、蛋白酶活性和有机质含量,以了解不同绿化配置模式对城市土壤质量的影响.结果表明,4种绿化配置模式对土壤淀粉酶活性、蛋白酶活性和有机质含量的影响顺序相同,均为:乔草模式>灌草模式>乔灌草模式>乔灌模式,表明城市绿化对城市土壤质量有一定的影响,影响作用的大小与绿化配置模式有关.  相似文献

Proteinase inhibitors are proteins in the body that regulate the catalytic activity of proteinases. They are important in a large variety of physiologic processes including coagulation, digestion, tumor metastasis and immunity. Proteinase inhibitors are categorized as either nonspecific proteinase inhibitors or class-specific proteinase inhibitors. Nonspecific proteinase inhibitors are comprised soley of the alpha macroglobulins, most notably alpha2-macroglobulin. Class-specific proteinase inhibitors are subcategorized as serine proteinase inhibitors, aspartic proteinase inhibitors, metalloproteinase inhibitors, and cysteine proteinase inhibitors. Each subcategory is made up of numerous inhibitors. As the roles of individual proteinase inhibitors are determined, the therapeutic use of natural and synthetic proteinase inhibitors is also being investigated. The purpose of this article is to review the history and classification of proteinase inhibitors and their relevance to veterinary medicine.  相似文献
