受体在宿主细胞与病毒的相互作用中起着极其重要的作用。病毒受体的特性与病毒的宿主范围、组织嗜性有密切关系,是病毒致病性的主要因素之一。病毒受体的研究方法有经典的研究方法,也有现代分子生物学方法。在病毒受体的研究中,通常以分离纯化的细胞膜代替活体细胞来研究病毒受体。通过对病毒与细胞受体相互作用的深入研究,人们已经发现很多受体阻断剂例如植物凝集素和肝素等物质可以阻断病毒与受体的结合,从而为病毒病的防控提供繁殖一些有效的新方法。  相似文献

Paraquat (Pq) inducible transporters are presumed to play a role in the resistance mechanism of horseweed and to function by carrying paraquat to a metabolically inactive compartment. The uptake and intracellular localisation of paraquat, the effect of transporter inhibitors on resistance, and paraquat-induced gene expression were studied to obtain a better understanding of the mechanism of resistance. Investigations proved that paraquat entered the cells of both resistant and susceptible biotypes, approached the maximum within the first hour in chloroplasts, and then declined in all organelle fractions. In the resistant biotype paraquat was located in the vacuoles a day after treatment. Selective transporter inhibitors blocked the sequestration of paraquat, suggesting the participation of not directly energized transporters. Four EST fragments were identified that were expressed in response to paraquat. Two of them are thought to play a role in the general stress response (Ferr2, Myb). The others exhibit a similarity to transporters (EmrE, CAT) and could conceivably be involved in the intracellular transport of paraquat and the mechanism of resistance.  相似文献

中国石化榆济输气管道在试运行过程中,因发生水合物冻堵事故,西源祠阀室、石门阀室、杨家峪阀室压力变化异常,通过分析上下游管道的运行参数和统计管道工程遗留的裸管段,初步确定两处裸管段为线路冻堵点:1#冻堵点位于西源祠阀室和石门村阀室之间的爬坡段,2#冻堵点位于石门村阀室和杨家峪阀室之间的U形弯管段。根据现场实际,在采取应急处置措施的基础上,将加注醇类抑制剂、管道天然气放空、全线降压运行和加装电伴热4种方法结合使用,很快缓解了冻堵现象,确保了管输安全。  相似文献

Transgenic expression of antimicrobial peptides in crops has become a novel approach among the strategies to combat phytopathogens in modern plant protection measures. The first antimicrobial transgenes of insect origin, modified cecropins, have been demonstrated to confer resistance of several transgenic cultivars against both bacterial and fungal phytopathogens. Insects represent a promising reservoir for antimicrobial peptides to engineer disease resistant crops. The increasing knowledge about the potent insect innate immunity may help to develop a novel strategy in sustainable agriculture. Several approaches are presently under investigation to prevent evolution of phytopathogens that can overcome disease resistance in transgenic crops expressing an insect antimicrobial peptide. Pathogen-induced expression of insect antimicrobial peptides in crops and combined multiple expression of different antimicrobial peptides along with proteinase inhibitors from insects may prevent selection of resistant phytopathogens. The potential of insect antimicrobial peptides as transgenes to render disease resistant crops has just started to be explored and may provide tools to be ahead of the evolutionary adaptability of phytopathogens.  相似文献

Desmedipham, phenmedipham and a 50% mixture of the two decreased the maximum quantum efficiency of photosystem II (F(v)/F(m)) and the relative changes at the J step (F(vj)) immediately after spraying in both sugar beet and black nightshade grown in the greenhouse. Sugar beet recovered more rapidly from phenmedipham and the mixture than from desmedipham. Desmedipham and the mixture irreversibly affected F(v)/F(m) and F(vj) in black nightshade at much lower doses than in sugar beet. Black nightshade recovered from phenmedipham injury at the highest dose in the first experiment (120 g AI ha(-1)) but not in the second experiment (500 g AI ha(-1)). The dry matter dose-response relationships and the energy pipeline presentation confirmed the same trend. There was a relatively good correlation between F(vj) taken 1 day after spraying and dry matter taken 2 or 3 weeks after spraying. The differential speed of herbicide metabolism between weed and crop plays an important role in herbicide selectivity and can be studied by using appropriate chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters.  相似文献

Ramipril, an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor for use in dogs, is converted in vivo to its active form, ramiprilat, which is eliminated in the bile and urine in the dog. The objective of this study was to assess the effect of renal impairment on the pharmacokinetics (PKs) and pharmacodynamics (PDs) of ramipril and ramiprilat. Ten adult Beagle dogs were used. PK/PD studies were performed before and after the induction of subclinical renal impairment. Ramiprilat was given at 0.25 mg/kg by a single IV bolus. After a 2-week washout period, ramipril was administered PO at 0.25 mg/kg once daily for 8 days. Ramipril and ramiprilat PKs were studied by using a physiologically based model. The relationship between free plasma ramiprilat concentration and ACE activity was described by using the fractional Hill model. Glomerular filtration rate was decreased by 58%. No biologically relevant changes in usual plasma variables were observed between the 1st and the 8th day of oral treatment with ramipril under either condition. After an IV bolus of ramiprilat, the only changes in renal-impaired dogs were a 14 and 49% decrease in clearance of the free fraction of ramiprilat (P < .01) and free plasma concentration required to produce 50% of the maximal effect (P < .05), respectively. After repeated PO administration of ramipril, there were no alterations in any of the PK and PD parameters in healthy or renal-impaired dogs. No adjustment of the recommended PO dosage of ramipril is needed in dogs with moderate renal impairment.  相似文献

研究旨在观察比较樟科(CFPE)、丝兰(YE)、一串红(SS)和桂花(OFL)植物提取物对肉鸡氨散发量、生产性能、免疫机能以及血液生化指标的影响。将500只0日龄AA肉鸡随机分为5组:即肉桂、丝兰、一串红和桂花提取物200mg/kg添加试验组,及基础日粮对照组。每个试验组4个重复,每个重复25只。结果表明,与对照组相比,各试验组均显著降低氨气的散发(P〈0.05),提高日增重,降低料肉比(P〈0.05),显著改善肉鸡血液生化指标(P〈0.05):增高血清总蛋白的含量,降低血清尿素氮、血清尿酸含量和黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性;同时,桂花组显著提高血液中CD4^+的含量和CD4^+/CD8^+,降低CD8^+的含量(P〈0.05)。结果提示,日粮中添加肉桂、丝兰、一串红、桂花提取物均能显著改善肉鸡生长性能,增强机体免疫机能,且在降低鸡舍中的氨气浓度,改善饲养环境方面,一串红、桂花植物提取物完全可以达到甚至超过樟科、丝兰植物提取物的作用效果。  相似文献

Seasonal chemical composition and ruminal organic matter (OM) and crude protein (CP) degradabilities were determined in four tropical multi-purpose tree species (MPTS) namely; Pterocarpus santalinoides, Grewia pubescens, Enterolobium cyclocarpum and Leucaena leucocephala. Three West African dwarf (WAD) rams fitted with permanent rumen cannula were used for the degradability trials. Foliage samples were collected four times to represent seasonal variations as follows: January--mid dry; April--late dry; July--mid rainy and October--late rainy seasons. Leaf samples were randomly collected from the trees for estimation of dry matter (DM) and chemical composition. Ruminal in sacco OM and CP degradabilities were estimated from residues in nylon bags. All samples had high CP (161-259 g/kg DM) and moderate fibre concentrations [neutral detergent fibre (without residual ash], 300-501 g/kg DM; acid detergent fibre (without residual ash), 225-409 g/kg DM and acid detergent lignin, 87-179 g/kg DM across seasons. Interaction effects of species and season on chemical composition were highly significant (p = 0.001) except for trypsin inhibitor (p = 0.614). The MPTS recorded more than 60% OM and CP degradability at 24 h, which implied that they were all highly degradable in the rumen. Their incorporation into ruminant feeding systems as dry season forage supplements is therefore recommended.  相似文献
