金针菇品种比较试验

１９９１年１０月至１９９３年７月，笔者用Ｃｏ－２７等１２个菌株做了四批十二次金针菇品种比较试验，菌株Ｃｏ－２７比优良品种三明一号，Ｆ９０８分别增产１４．２６％和１２．３９％，差异显著性测验表明，它们之间的差异均达到了显著程度；Ｃｏ－２６，Ｃｏ－１４，Ｃｏ－２３，Ｃｏ－１５，Ｃｏ－２４，Ｃｏ－１３等菌株与两个对照品种相比，其产量都有不同程度的提高，除Ｃｏ－２５之外，各菌株之间菌丝生长速度没有表现出显     

COLLAGENASE CHEMONUCLEOLYSIS—A LONG TERM RADIOGRAPHIC STUDY IN NORMAL DOGS

Five clinically normal five year old dogs were used in this study. From a randomised table inter ver tebral discs were each injected with either collagenase or calcium chloride diluent. The surgically exposed cervical discs were injected with 50 units whereas thoracic and lumbar discs were injected under fluoroscopic guidance with 100 units of the enzyme. Postinjection radiographs revealed significant (p ≤ .05) disc space narrowing in enzyme injected discs. The cervical discs had the highest frequency of radiographic narrowing (87%) followed by the thoracic (70%) and lumbar (53%) discs. Spondylosis deformans developed at the sites of cervical enzyme injections. None of the dogs had neurologic abnormalities one year postinjection.     

吡喹酮和硝硫氰醚对日本血吸虫体内5-HT含量的影响

本文研究了吡喹酮和硝硫氰醚与日本血吸虫拟似神经递质 5-羟色胺间的关系。以吡喹酮 ( 5× 1 0 - 7mol/ L和 5× 1 0 - 8mol/ L )、硝硫氰醚 ( 1 0 - 4mol/ L和 1 0 - 5mol/ L )分别培养日本血吸虫成虫 4h和 8h ,反相离子对高效液相法测定其体内 5-HT的含量变化。结果显示 :吡喹酮和硝硫氰醚对日本血吸虫体内 5-HT等含量的影响与对照相比均无显著性差异。表明二者抗虫作用似不通过影响虫体 5-HT的生物合成和降解。     

墨绿色苦瓜新品种翠玉的选育

翠玉是以自交系0123为母本,0219为父本配制成的苦瓜一代杂种.中早熟,果实长棒形,纵径30～35 cm,横径10～13 cm,瓜肉厚1.0～1.5 cm,单瓜质量500～700g,产量2 500～3000kg·(667 m2)-1,皮墨绿色,大刺瘤,对白粉病和枯萎病的抗性强于对照翠妃,适宜南方春秋种植.     

微生物谷氨酰胺转胺酶(MTG)分批发酵模型的建立

在本文中，以本实验优化好的工艺条件，建立了关于微生物谷氨酰胺转胺酶分批发酵的数学模型方程细胞生长的动力学方程、产物合成的动力学方程和底物消耗的动力学方程。并对所建立的动力学方程进行了生物统计分析，结果表明所建立的模型具有一定的可信度。     

应用种间杂交方法进行谷子抗除草剂育种的初步研究

野生青狗尾草与中国栽培谷子进行杂交,并用浸有氟特力溶液的小培养皿进行发芽试验,快速鉴别F2代的抗除草剂性能。抗性被隐性基因控制,但更确切的结果有待进一步试验。氟特力不同用药量的选择试验表明,对氟特力抗性与敏感不同的谷子品种在 0~2.4 L/hm2 的处理表现不同,抗型品种的抗性大约是敏感型抗性的5倍。为我们选育谷子抗性新品种提供了依据。     

RT-PCR及RFLP分析技术对鸡传染性支气管炎病毒的诊断和S1基因分型的研究

本研究使用分别扩增整个S1糖蛋白基因 (引物A)和S1糖蛋白基因N_端高变区Ⅰ (引物B)的 2对引物对 3个IBV标准株M41、Connecticut、Arkansas及 5个地方分离株 (C60 ,D41A ,D41B ,A112 1,A1171)进行RT_PCR扩增。用引物A时 ,有 5个IBV毒株扩增到目的片段 (172 0bp) ;用引物B时 ,所有 8个IBV毒株均得到与预计大小相符的目的产物 (2 2 8bp)。对 172 0bp的PCR产物用限制性内切酶HaeⅢ进行酶切 ,结果得出 3个不同的RFLP图谱 ,其中M41、Connecticut、D41B具有相同的HaeⅢ酶切图谱。Arkansas和D41A则分别具有互不相同的图谱 ;对 2 2 8bp的PCR产物进行DdeⅠ、RsaⅠ限制性内切酶消化 ,根据它们的RFLP图谱 ,8个IBV毒株可分为 5个基因型。综合 2对引物的PCR产物的RFLP分析结果 ,8个IBV毒株可分为 7个基因型 ,分型的结果与传统的血清学方法吻合。本研究建立的方法和技术具有快速、简单、特异、灵敏等优点 ,为现场流行毒株的定型(基因型 /血清型 )及其S1基因变异的跟踪研究以及更有效防制传染性支气管炎奠定了基础。     

大白菜新品种中熟6号的选育

中熟 6号是由大白菜雄性不育系 98- 2 - 1和从丰抗 70中多代自交分离而选育出的自交系F - 3-2 - 3配制而成的优良一代杂种。抗霜霉病、病毒病与软腐病 ,生长期 6 0～ 6 5d(天 ) ,叶球叠抱、圆头、卵圆形。南方栽培平均单球质量 2 .0kg ,每 6 6 7m2 产量 4 0 0 0～ 5 0 0 0kg。

Photosynthate Unloading from Seed Coats of Phaseolus vulgaris L. an Attempt to Define Conditions Required for Stimulation by Abscisic Acid and Benzylamino Purine

The instablity of the stimulation of photosynthate unloading from seed coats of Phaseolus vulgaris by abscisic acid (ABA ) and benzylamino purine ( BAP ) was studied in terms of experimental conditions. ABA stimulated photosynthate unloading at pH 6 and pH 8 without close dependence upon pH. ABA at a concentration range of 10-5-10-4 mol/L displayed stimulatory effect. However, BAP revealed no effect at a concentration range of 10-6-10-4 mol/L. Experiments designed with different transport time of 14C-photosynthate indicated that ABA might act at the plasma membrane of the unloading cells. Reducing endogenous ABA level by diminishing leaf area did not facilitate the manifestation of exogenous ABA function. Potassium ion stimulated photosynthate unloading from seed coats with highest promotion at 100 mmol/L K . However, no dependence of ABA stimulation of photosynthate unloading on K was found.
