Two parallel experiments were conducted to evaluate the effect of partial substitution of fish meal by two different animal protein sources, blood meal (B) and haemoglobin meal (H) at 0, 50 and 100 g kg−1 of level inclusion in diets for gilthead sea bream, considering a long feeding period for juveniles (Trial 1) and a short feeding period (Trial 2) for on-growing fish. In Trial 1, 33 g juveniles were fed for 242 days and the fish fed with 5% and 10% of haemoglobin dietary inclusion obtained less growth, although feed efficiency, protein efficiency ratio and muscle composition were similar in all diets. In Trial 2, 179 g initial weight fish were fed for 164 days and growth of fish fed H10 showed the lowest growth, although nutrient efficiency and muscle composition were not affected significantly. The results of these experiments demonstrated that blood meal can substitute fish meal (up to 10%) with no effect on performance, but may lead to sensory differences compared with fish fed diet 0, while the inclusion of 5% blood meal had no effect on growth or sensory characteristics. Fish fed 10% haemoglobin inclusion had the poorest growth values.  相似文献

The nutritional quality of biofilm, a microbial community associated to an organic matrix, was evaluated in artificial substrate (polyethylene screen) in net cages during 30 days in the Patos Lagoon estuary, Southern Brazil. During this period, samples of biofilm were collected each 5 days for analysis of chlorophyll a, microorganisms abundance, dry weight, protein and lipid contents. During the study, chlorophyll a varied from 0.38 to 2.75 μg cm?2; dry weight between 7.16 and 17.63 mg cm?2; protein content from 0.43 to 1.76 mg cm?2 and lipid concentration between 1.21 and 4.23 mg cm?2. The variation of lipid in the biofilm was closely related to the abundance of free heterotrophic bacteria (34.25–56.54 × 106 cells cm?2), filamentous cyanobacteria (7.5–15.9 × 106 filaments cm?2), flagellates (6.92–12.89 × 106 cells cm?2) and mainly nematodes (29–1,414 organisms cm?2), while protein content varied similarly to the abundance of unicellular centric diatoms (52.10–179.81 × 103 cells cm?2), and nematodes. This information will allow a better management of food supply to raised aquatic organism with the utilization of natural productivity in the culture systems, with considerable decrease in production costs.  相似文献

A 30‐day feeding experiment was conducted in blue tanks (70 × 50 × 60 cm, water volume 180 L) to determine the effects of dietary lipid levels on the survival, growth and body composition of large yellow croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea) larvae (12 days after hatchery, with initial average weight 1.93 ± 0.11 mg). Five practical microdiets, containing 83 g kg?1 (Diet 1), 126 g kg?1 (Diet 2), 164 g kg?1 (Diet 3), 204 g kg?1 (Diet 4) and 248 g kg?1 lipid (Diet 5), were formulated. Live feeds (Artemia sinicia nauplii and live copepods) were used as the control diet (Diet 6). Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicate groups of tanks, and each tank was stocked with 3500 larvae. During the experiment, water temperature was maintained at 23(±1) °C, pH 8.0 (±0.2) and salinity 25 (±2) g L?1. The results showed that dietary lipid significantly influenced the survival and growth of large yellow croaker larvae. Survival increased with the increase of dietary lipid from 83 to 164 g kg?1, and then decreased. The survival of larvae fed the diet with 83 g kg?1 lipid (16.1%) was significantly lower than that of larvae fed other diets. However, the survival in larvae fed the diet with 16.4 g kg?1 lipid was the highest compared with other artificial microdiets. Specific growth rate (SGR) significantly increased with increasing dietary lipid level from 83 to 164 g kg?1 (P < 0.05), and then decreased. The SGR in larvae fed the diet with 164 g kg?1 lipid (10.0% per day) was comparable with 204 g kg?1 lipid (9.6% per day), but were significantly higher than other microdiets (P < 0.05). On the basis of survival and SGR, the optimum dietary lipid level was estimated to be 172 and 177 g kg?1 of diet using second‐order polynomial regression analysis respectively.  相似文献

对东极海区野生管角螺(Hemifusus tuba)软体部营养成分进行了分析,结果显示,管角螺软体部干品(DS)的粗蛋白含量达80.777%,蛋白质中检出含有17种氨基酸,氨基酸含量达软体部干重的51.42%。蛋白质中必需氨基酸蛋氨酸+半胱氨酸的氨基酸分最高为85.94分,呈味氨基酸含量丰富,占氨基酸总量的48.62%;EAA/TAA为40.57%、EAA/NTAA为68.72%,其必需氨基酸的构成比例基本符合FAO/WHO模式;粗脂肪中脂肪酸含量齐全,多不饱和脂肪酸比例高。分析结论为管角螺是一种高蛋白低脂肪、具有优良保健和营养价值的食品。  相似文献

通过总结2004~2014年间课题组在吉林省开展的田间试验及2005~2013年吉林省玉米"3414"田间肥效和校验试验资料,按土壤养分(播前耕层土壤硝态氮、速效磷、速效钾及10叶期0~90 cm土层土壤硝态氮)含量对土壤进行分级,进一步结合目标产量,初步建立以根层硝态氮调控为核心的总量控制、分期实时实地精确监控的玉米氮肥推荐施肥指标体系以及基于养分平衡和土壤测试的磷、钾肥恒量监控推荐施肥指标体系,为吉林省玉米合理科学施肥提供一定参考。  相似文献

研究了水稻均衡营养肥对杂交稻生长发育的影响及养分吸收特性,以为精准施肥及秸秆还田养分循环利用提供必要的科学参数。结果表明,水稻均衡营养肥处理的株高、总粒数、实粒数、结实率、穗质量和产量均高于常规施肥处理,稻谷中的总钾、S~(6+)和Fe~(2+)含量均高于常规施肥处理,但总磷、Ca~(2+)和Mg~(2+)的含量低于常规施肥处理,总氮含量则基本相同;常规施肥处理的秸秆中总氮、总钾、Mg~(2+)和S~(6+)含量均高于水稻均衡营养肥处理,总磷、Ca~(2+)和Fe~(2+)含量基本相同。均衡营养肥处理氮、磷、钾利用率分别为67.8%、60.0%和95.5%,农民常规施肥处理分别为32.3%、86.0%和100%。可见,水稻均衡营养肥能均衡的为杂交稻生长提供必需的养分,大幅度提高肥料利用率。  相似文献

为探讨不同氮效率小麦品种临界氮浓度模型的差异和开展小麦氮素营养诊断研究,基于两年大田试验,以不同氮效率小麦品种周麦27(高氮高效)、豫麦49-198(低氮高效)和矮抗58(低氮低效)为研究对象,系统分析了不同氮效率小麦品种地上部生物量、地上部氮含量和氮素营养指数的变化规律。结果表明,不同氮效率小麦品种地上部生物量和地上部氮含量均随施氮量的增加而增加,临界氮浓度(N_C)与地上部最大干物质(DM)均呈幂函数关系(N_C=aDM~(-b)),且氮高效型品种模型的两个参数(a和b)值均大于氮低效型品种。经检验,模型的标准化均方根误差分别为13.87%(周麦27)、7.7%(豫麦49-198)和13.02%(矮抗58),通过临界氮浓度模型所建立的氮素营养指数推荐的麦田施肥量均在120~225kg·hm~(-2)范围,其中周麦27和豫麦49-198的推荐施肥量分别为225和120kg·hm~(-2),矮抗58的推荐施肥量介于二者之间。  相似文献

Environmental and genetic factors influence growth and bulb development of onions by affecting their physiology. Photoperiod plays critical a role in bulb development and determines the suitability of a cultivar for a particular region. Long days and high temperatures promote onion bulbing. Bulbing is regulated more by temperature than photoperiod, as determined by growing degree days. Far-red light promotes bulbing most effectively. High-temperature storage of sets (above 20–25°C) results in increased total bulb yields, while very high temperature (25.5–31°C) or temperature below 0°C depresses yield. Plant density has an impact on bulb size: the higher the plant density the smaller the bulb size. Onion is more sensitive to water stress during bulb formation and enlargement than during the vegetative stage. Nitrogen improves bulb development, but too much nitrogen promotes excessive vegetative growth and delays maturity. Growth hormones (gibberellins and ethrel) promote the growth and development of bulbs. Flowering and bulb formation in onion is regulated by different (Flowering Locus T) FT genes. Two antagonistic FT-like genes regulate bulb formation. AcFT1 promotes bulb formation, while AcFT4 prevents AcFT1 up-regulation and inhibits bulbing. There is a need to link our research with the genetics and physiology of onions, to enhance bulb yield.  相似文献
