New icetexane diterpenes (1-2); 8, 11, 13-icetexatriene-10-hydroxy, 11, 12, 16-tri acetoxyl (1) and 8, 11, 13-icetexatriene-7, 10, 11-dihydroxy-12, 13-dihydrofuran (2) along with six known compounds namely acetoxy syranzaldehyde (3), syranzaldehyde (4), coniferaldehyde (5), lupeol (6), betulin (7), and 4-(4-methoxy phenyl)-2-butanone (8) were isolated from the roots of Premna tomentosa. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were established by detailed spectral analysis using UV, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 1D, 2D and Mass. The newly isolated compounds were screened for rat intestinal α-glucosidase inhibitory and free radical (DPPH) scavenging potentiality. The new icetexane diterpenes (1, 2) and compound 3 were found to have significant α-glucosidase inhibitory and also free radical scavenging (DPPH) activities. 相似文献

The presented research is about the use of a new type of a functional inorganic additive in particleboards, for the purpose of reducing free formaldehyde releases. One-layered particleboards were prepared in the laboratory by mixing industrial wood particles and urea-formaldehyde resin. Natural, abundantly and cheaply available nano-mesoporous diatomaceous earth (DE) was used, without and in combination with urea as a scavenger. Silica quartz sand was also added as a nonporous analogy. Particleboards were pressed at two press factors (9 and 15 s/mm). Formaldehyde release was determined using the rapid 3-hour-flask method (DIN EN 717-3). As a result, DE additions insignificantly reduced bending properties of particleboards. Internal bonding was in part significantly lowered. The particleboard produced with 3% urea loaded on 5% DE prior to application almost halved (–45%) the formaldehyde release. Formaldehyde release was on the average 17% lower when pressed at 15 s/mm instead of 9 s/mm. By loading urea onto the nano-mesoporous structure of DE, an improved scavenging function of urea could be shown. 相似文献

The DPPH radical scavenging activity of two flavonol glycosides obtained from ethanolic extracts of Aconitum napellus sp. lusitanicum was studied. The results showed a high DPPH antiradical activity of compound 1 (quercetin 3-O-(6-trans-caffeoyl)-beta-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranosyl-7-O-alpha-rhamnopyranoside) when compared with compound 2 (quercetin-3-sophoroside-7-rhamnopyranoside), rutin and ascorbic acid. 以盆栽3年生红松实生苗为材料,分为CK(对照)、T1(+3.25 μW·cm~UV-B辐射)、T2(+6.51μW·cm~UV-B辐射)及T3(+9.76 μW·cm-2 UV-B辐射)4个处理,研究环境UV-B辐射增强对红松叶片自由基含量、脂质过氧化程度及抗氧化系统的影响.结果表明:UV-B辐射增强显著提高红松针叶内羟基自由基(·OH)、过氧化氢自由基(H2O2)和MDA含量(P<0.05),T3处理下叶片的H2O2(149.05 mmol·g-1)和MDA(12.56 μmol·g-1)含量最高;UV-B辐射增强诱导过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,显著降低过氧化物酶(POD)活性(P<0.05);抗氧化物质中可溶性蛋白含量随UV-B胁迫程度加强而显著增加(CK为0.17 mg·g-1,T3处理为0.26 mg·g-1),而各UV-B辐射增强处理均降低了类胡萝卜素和类黄酮含量.各生理指标相关分析结果表明:红松针叶内可溶性蛋白含量与自由基、MDA含量间存在极显著的正相关关系(P<0.01);·OH含量与类胡萝卜素、类黄酮含量间存在极显著的负相关关系(P<0.01).研究证实UV-B辐射增强通过产生大量的自由基对红松幼苗的生理代谢产生影响,而红松幼苗通过提高抗氧化酶(CAT,APX,SOD)的活性和蛋白质的含量来抵抗UV-B辐射引起的损伤,但其防御机制并不能有效地缓解这个伤害. 相似文献

In the reaction of green tea catechins with formaldehyde at room temperature (25°C), tea catechins were found to have reactivity. In particular, (-)-epicatechin gallate and (-)-epigallocatechin gallate, which have a galloyl moiety at the C-3 position, showed higher reactivity than (+)-catechin, (-)-epicatechin, or (-)-epigallocatechin. Reactivity of various kinds of simple phenolic compounds and flavonoids with formaldehyde was also examined. Among these compounds, only phloroglucinol showed reactivity to the same degree as that of nongalloylated catechins. These results suggest that factors for reactivity with formaldehyde at room temperature may be the presence of a phloroglucinolic A-ring structure and the absence of the electron-attractive group such as a carbonyl group in Cring. The comparison of the reactivity of 3-O-acylated catechins with that of 3-O-galloylated catechins indicated that only a galloyl group effectively enhanced reactivity with formaldehyde. 相似文献

利用FEIXG型电子自旋共振波谱仪和Nicolet Nexus 670型傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)研究了微波处理对稻草表面特性的影响。研究结果表明,经微波处理后的稻草表面自由基浓度显著增加,最高可以达到处理前自由基浓度的7倍左右。且随着处理时间的延长和微波强度的增加,稻草表面自由基浓度的增加幅度有所上升。经微波处理后,稻草外表面的化学成分(包括SiO2、羟基、木素和纤维素)变化都不明显,而稻草内表面SiO2略有减少,羟基显著增加,木素和纤维素也有一定变化。微波处理可以改善稻草内表面的特性,使之比外表面更具活性,有利于稻草与胶黏剂之间的交联。 相似文献

从细木工板的发展现状概述了开发绿色环保细木工板的必要性,介绍了试制绿色细木工板的试验结果。试验结果显示,BL-甲醛消纳剂与UF树脂兼容,加消纳剂后的UF树脂的黏度及pH可满足生产需要。在UF树脂中加入10%左右的消纳剂在实验室及试生产中可生产出物理力学性能合格的E_0细木工板。 相似文献
