中药"壮阳促孕散"对小白鼠传统致畸试验的研究

用昆明种小白鼠对中药“壮阳促孕散”进行传统致畸试验研究。在试验中，对所有孕鼠的着床数、活胎数、死胎数、吸收胎数、胎鼠体重、身长、尾长、颜色、形状、大小、数量以及胎鼠的内脏和骨骼进行了检查记录。结果表明：致畸反应呈阴性，这说明中药“壮阳促孕散”无致畸作用。     

鸡传染性法氏囊病快速诊断试纸的研制

本文简述用胶体金免疫层析技术,构建鸡传染性法氏囊病快速诊断试纸。试纸主要由测试端、显色区和手柄端3部分构成,能在很短的时间内完成对鸡传染性法氏囊病的诊断,且无需任何仪器设备,具有简便、快速、敏感、特异的特点。     

Transient glucose malabsorption in two horses fact or artefact?

Two horses, presented for investigation of chronic weight loss despite normal to increased feed intake, had flat oral glucose absorption curves, suggesting malabsorption. The cause of the apparent malabsorption was not evident grossly or on light microscopic examination of the intestinal tract. Both horses survived long term and at follow-up examination had regained weight and their capacity to absorb glucose. These cases illustrate that flat glucose absorption curves may occur in horses with no obvious intestinal lesions, that they may revert to normal and that the results of these tests should be interpreted with caution.

草坪业从业人员资质考试制度的构想

通过分析我国草坪业在草坪的建植与养护方面存在的一系列问题,并指出产生这些问题的原因在于没有相应的法规和制度保证从业人员的理论和技术素质、草坪界落后的再教育无法保证工程技术人员,知识和技术的更新以及草坪业强烈的商业化色彩影响了草坪学术界的健康发展,从而无法保证草坪建植技术水平的提高;提出了在我国加入WTO(世界贸易组织)后应顺应各个行业持证上岗的潮流设立草坪业从业人员资质考试认证制度以应对草坪业日趋激烈的市场竞争,并对这一制度进行了技术可行性分析。     

通用试题库管理系统的设计与实现

提出了适用于理、工、农、医类各课程通用的试题库管理系统(简称8TK系统),阐述了该系统的设计思想、系统结构以及编程设计的若干技术问题.     

Herd prevalence of Salmonella enterica infections in Danish slaughter pigs determined by microbiological testing

As a part of a nationwide programme to survey and control salmonella in pig herds, a microbiological survey of 1363 pig herds was performed in Denmark. A total of 13 468 slaughter pigs were examined at slaughter by culture of 5 g of caecal contents. Overall, 30 different serotypes of Salmonella enterica were isolated from 832 pigs (6.2%). The predominant serotype was S. Typhimurium, comprising 536 (64.4%) of the isolates. Four hundred and forty-eight isolates of S. Typhimurium were examined by phage typing, resulting in detection of 17 different phage types (definitive types, DT) with DT12 being the most frequent (49.1%).

Salmonella enterica was found in 302 herds (22.2%), S. Typhimurium was found in 61.1% of these. 279 (23.1%) large herds (producing more than 2600 slaughter pigs per year) were found to be salmonella positive compared with 23 (14.7 %) small herds (annual production of 500 to 550 slaughter pigs). Practical constraints in the study design did not allow for a firm conclusion on the interplay among herd size, geographical location and occurrence of salmonella.

In 284 of 302 infected herds (94.0%) only one serotype was detected. Infections with two different serovars were seen in 18 herds (6.0%).     

马立克氏病双价苗的研究Ⅲ.双价苗与单价苗免疫效应的比较病理学研究

选用SPF种蛋孵化的京白鸡60只,随机分为三组,即马立克氏病单价苗组(2000PFU HVT)、双价苗组(2000 PFU HVT 1200 PFU SB—1)以及攻毒对照组.应用组织学和透射电镜等手段对两种疫苗的免疫保护效应进行了比较病理学研究.结果证明,双价苗免疫鸡,MD发病数显著减少,发病时间推迟,病变程度明显减轻,法氏囊有大量具有分泌活性的浆细胞;单价苗免疫鸡发病数较对照组略有减少,但对延缓或减轻MD肿瘤的发生无明显作用,在法氏囊网状细胞胞浆中、核碎片附近和细胞间隙中存在大量无囊膜的马立克氏病病毒粒子,残存的细胞发生变性、坏死.由此认为,双价苗对实验性鸡马立克氏病的免疫效果明显优于HVT单价苗.     

植物生长调节剂在啤酒大麦上的增产效果试验初报

啤酒大麦使用W -HE生物表面活化剂、C -HE植物生长调节剂、喷施宝、丰产宝、生根粉能促进大麦生育前期的生长发育 ,增加分蘖 ,抑制后期的节间生长 ,有利于根系的发育和干物质的积累 ,对植株有较为明显的活化和调节作用 ,增产效果明显     

“三三法”快速检测沙门氏菌的研究

将DHL平板上产H_2S和不产H_2S的菌落分别用TSI、LMA、甘露醇或TSI、LMA、ONPG三管判定,辅以肠杆菌科诊断噬菌体0—1、C多价、E多价三滴法快速检测沙门氏菌的方法简称“三三法”。近两年来我们用此法检测了125批、341份样品中236株可疑菌株,检出沙门氏菌27株、11个血清型,经系统生化验证符合率100％。表明该法具有快速、简便、准确、实用的优点。
