The effect of the pH on the boiling test was studied in 68 beef and 108 pork muscles. The pH had a significant effect on the sensory scores obtained from the boiling test. The effect was particularly pronounced in the odour of meat. In beef the odour scores remain steady for samples with a pH value under about 6.2 and start to increase rapidly in higher pH values. In pork the increase in scores appears to be linear. The odour observed in high pH meat was described by the judges as abnormal and ammonialike. In the case of meat with a high pH, the results of the boiling test at meat inspection should be interpreted with extreme caution. 相似文献

以冷季型草坪草草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis)的优异(Merit)、新哥来德(Nu Glade)、肯塔基(K.B.G)3个品种和紫羊茅(Festuca rubra)的两个品种宝瑞(Boreal)、梦神(rubra),共5个品种草坪草为研究对象,在人工遮阴控制下,对其成坪期耐阴性进行了比较。试验设置的遮阴处理分别是遮阴度22%、45%、66%、83%,以不遮阴的全光照为对照(CK)。结果表明,成坪期,随着遮阴度的提高,株高先增加后降低,各品种株高值达到最高时的遮阴度有差异,草地早熟禾在遮阴度为83%时均显著低于其他处理(P0.05);宝瑞在遮阴度为22%时根长极显著高于对照(P0.01),其他品种随着遮阴度的提高根长变短;遮阴使各品种的比叶重降低;遮阴度45%以上时,叶宽都显著小于对照(P0.05);随着遮阴度提高草地早熟禾枝条干重下降,紫羊茅先增加后降低。 相似文献

Objective – To compare the determination of cardiac output (CO) via arterial pulse pressure waveform analysis (FloTrac/Vigileo) versus lithium dilution method. Design – Prospective study. Setting – University teaching hospital. Animals – Six adult dogs. Interventions – Dogs were instrumented for CO determinations using lithium dilution (LiDCO) and FloTrac/Vigileo methods. Direct blood pressure, heart rate, arterial blood gases, and end‐tidal isoflurane (ETIso) and CO2 concentrations were measured throughout the study while CO was manipulated with different depth of anesthesia and rapid administration of isotonic crystalloids at 60 mL/kg/h. Measurements and Main Results – Baseline CO measurements were obtained at 1.3% ETIso and were lowered by 3% ETIso. Measurements were obtained in duplicate or triplicate with LiDCO and averaged for comparison with corresponding values measured continuously with the FloTrac/Vigileo method. For 30 comparisons between methods, a mean bias of ?100 mL/kg/min and 95% limits of agreement between ?311 and +112 mL/kg/min (212 mL/kg/min) was determined. The mean (mL/kg/min) of the differences of LiDCO?Vigileo=62.0402+?0.8383 × Vigileo, and the correlation coefficient (r) between the 2 methods 0.70 for all CO determinations. The repeatability coefficients for the individual LiDCO and FloTrac/Vigileo methods were 187 and 400 mL/kg/min, respectively. Mean LiDCO and FloTrac/Vigileo values from all measurements were 145 ± 68 mL/kg/min (range, 64–354) and 244 ± 144 mL/kg/min (range, 89–624), respectively. The overall mean relative error was 48 ± 14%. Conclusion – The FloTrac/Vigileo overestimated CO values compared with LiDCO and the relative error was high, which makes this method unreliable for use in dogs. 相似文献

Renal length, height, width, resistive index (RI), size of cortex, and medulla were determined by renal ultrasonography in 50 healthy Korean domestic short-hair cats. In the sagittal plane, the renal length was 3.83 ± 0.51 cm (mean ± SD) in the left kidney and 3.96 ± 0.48 cm in the right kidney, whereas the renal height was 2.42 ± 0.27 cm in the left kidney and 2.36 ± 0.28 cm in the right kidney. In the transverse plane, the renal height was 2.42 ± 0.28 cm in the left kidney and 2.38 ± 0.27 cm in the right kidney, whereas the renal width was: 2.65 ± 0.35 cm in the left kidney and 2.63 ± 0.31 cm in the right kidney. In the dorsal plane, the renal length was 3.84 ± 0.53 cm in the left kidney and 3.97 ± 0.54 cm in the right kidney, whereas the renal width was 2.65 ± 0.34 cm in the left kidney and 2.66 ± 0.33 cm in the right kidney. There were no significant differences (p > 0.05) among the same structure sizes measured in different planes. In the sagittal plane, the size of the renal cortex was 0.47 ± 0.08 cm in the left kidney and 0.47 ± 0.08 cm in the right kidney, whereas of the size of the renal medulla was 0.55 ± 0.30 cm in the left kidney and 0.50 ± 0.07 cm in the right kidney. RI evaluated by pulsed wave Doppler sonography was 0.52 ± 0.05 in the left kidney and 0.55 ± 0.05 in the right kidney. The actual renal dimensions determined by gross examination were not statistically different from those determined by ultrasonography. 采用不同浓度的NaCl溶液对4种一年生草本植物雾冰藜(Bassia dasyphylla)、白茎盐生草(Halogeton arachnoideus)、沙米(Agriophyllum squarrosum)和画眉草(Eragrostis pilosa)种子进行处理,通过测定种子相对发芽率、相对发芽势、发芽指数等指标,分析了种子萌发期耐盐差异性。结果表明:1)随着NaCl溶液浓度的增大,种子发芽率呈逐渐下降的趋势,在蒸馏水中第3天达到了发芽高峰,发芽基本结束,在NaCl溶液中第7天结束发芽。2)随NaCl溶液浓度逐渐增大,4种植物种子发芽率和发芽势均呈先增加后降低的趋势,同一植物种子发芽率和发芽势在不同浓度NaCl溶液中存在显著差异(P <0.05)。NaCl溶液浓度对白茎盐生草种子发芽率和发芽势影响较大,画眉草次之,其余两种较小。3)随NaCl溶液浓度逐渐增大,4种植物种子发芽指数呈下降趋势,雾冰藜活力指数显著高于白茎盐生草、沙米和画眉草种子;盐胁迫对画眉草发芽指数和活力指数影响较大,当NaCl溶液浓度达到2.1%时,幼苗活力指数降到最低。4) 4种植物幼苗长度均随NaCl浓度增... 相似文献

为研究排卵延迟奶牛发情配种后黄体的变化规律及其差异性,本研究在临床症状观察、直肠检查和B超辅助检查诊断的基础上,选取8头排卵延迟奶牛(排卵延迟组)、5头健康正常发情奶牛(对照组),应用B超对黄体的相关指标(直径、面积、周长和体积)进行了测量及分析,对获得的不同阶段典型黄体声像图进行了描述。结果显示,与对照组相比,排卵延迟组与对照组奶牛黄体的直径、面积、周长和体积在发情配种后7~15 d差异均不显著(P>0.05)。在发情配种后第9和13天排卵延迟组奶牛黄体相关指标(直径、体积、面积和周长)大于对照组奶牛,而在第11天小于对照组奶牛。结果表明,排卵延迟奶牛发情后不同阶段B超黄体直径、面积、周长和体积与正常发情排卵后的相应指标没有显著差别。 相似文献

本试验在蛋鸡日粮中添加不同浓度的酵母硒,测定蛋鸡血清生化指标,旨在探究酵母硒对蛋鸡肝脏功能的影响。结果表明:日粮添加酵母硒对蛋鸡血清谷草转氨酶(Aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、谷丙转氨酶(Alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、总胆红素(Total bilirubin,TBIL)无显著影响;日粮添加酵母硒显著降低了血清总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)含量,其中0.80 mg/kg的酵母硒效果最好,第28天比对照组下降了38.06%。认为日粮添加酵母硒没有对蛋鸡肝脏功能产生不良影响,且有保护心血管的作用。 相似文献
