在农业生产中由于化学农药的长期不合理使用,导致"3R"问题持续存在和人类赖以生存的环境日益恶化,生物防治产品及技术在有害生物综合治理中的作用越发重要。天敌昆虫的生长发育及存活期往往很短,探索其储存技术是天敌昆虫规模化生产中的关键性环节。低温贮藏可以延长天敌昆虫的寿命,进而可以为生物防治提供充足、稳定的天敌产品。因此,天敌昆虫低温贮藏一直是生物防治领域研究的热点。本文围绕天敌昆虫低温贮藏这一环节,就低温诱导天敌昆虫滞育虫态、冷驯化对昆虫低温贮藏效果的影响、低温贮藏对天敌昆虫适合度(寿命、羽化率、性比、个体尺寸大小、飞行扩散能力等)的影响等方面进行综述,以期为天敌昆虫产品的规模化生产及应用技术提供参考。 相似文献

The cultivation of autumn sown sugar beet (winter beet) is supposed to result in a marked yield increase compared with spring sown sugar beet. Although the importance of the growth stage reached before winter for the survival of autumn sown sugar beet has already been shown, it is not clear to which extent osmotic and potentially frost protecting compounds may contribute to winter hardiness. The study thus aimed to analyse the acclimatization process of sugar beet to low temperatures and to identify compounds which are important for survival of frost. Field trials with autumn sown sugar beet were conducted at eleven environments in Germany from 2009/10 to 2012/13, which were accompanied by greenhouse experiments with controlled temperature regimes. In the field trials, the survival rates after winter varied from 0 % to 99 %, but only in four environments differences between the five genotypes occurred. During acclimatization, betaine, glutamine, proline and raffinose were markedly accumulated and osmolality was enhanced. In particular betaine, amino acids and osmolality showed a positive correlation to the survival rate and were thus identified as potentially frost protecting substances for sugar beet. In contrast, raffinose and proline seem to act rather as stress indicators as they were negatively related to survival. 以紫叶黄栌的当年生嫩枝茎段为外植体进行簇生芽诱导,研究结果表明,诱导簇生芽时,在MS 6-BA2.0 mg/L NAA0.2 mg/L培养基上的诱导效果较好,分化率达100%;继代培养时,以MS 6-BA1.0 mg/L KT 0.5 mg/L NAA0.1 mg/L培养基增殖倍数较高,达到11.8倍;再生苗在1/2MS NAA0.1 mg/L的培养基上生长良好;在炼苗中,移栽基质以蛭石 森林土较好,可促进小苗后期生长。 相似文献

A highly efficient, stable, and cost-effective micropropagation protocol for the conservation of a medicinal plant Turnera ulmifolia L. was established from nodal tissues via multiple axillary shoot proliferation on using Murashige and Skoog’s (MS) liquid nutrient medium. To begin with, nodal explants were placed on agar gelled medium amended with 2.0 mg L?1 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) and 0.1 mg L?1 indole-3 acetic acid (IAA) for shoot induction. Subsequently, elongation of regenerated shoots could be possible on liquid MS medium supplemented with 0.5 mg L?1 BAP and Kin (kinetin) each along with 0.1 mg L?1 IAA where high frequency of regeneration in terms of number of shoots (47.2 shoots/explant) was achieved. Furthermore, long and healthy shoots (4?5 cm in length) were rooted on agar gelled half-strength of MS medium supplemented with 2.0 mg L?1 indole-3 butyric acid (IBA). Broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica) is an important nutritionally rich vegetable cole crop grown in the world. Environmental stress, pests, and diseases cause enormous yield losses because of a limited gene pool. Genetic manipulation is becoming an important method for broccoli improvement. The objective of present study was to evaluate the potency of thidiazuron (TDZ) as a plant growth regulator in evoking morphogenic responses in leaf and petiole explants of broccoli. An efficient, reproducible, and high frequency plant regeneration protocol has been standardized in broccoli cv. Solan green head. Leaf and petiole explants were cultured on Murashige-Skoog (MS) medium, supplemented with a wide range of TDZ concentrations. The following treatments were designed for efficient in vitro shoot regeneration: TDZ alone, TDZ with adenine, TDZ with naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), and TDZ with indole acetic acid (IAA). Among the 36 combinations of growth regulators used, the highest percentage of leaf explants producing shoot (89.25%) was recorded on MS medium containing 1.0 μM TDZ and 0.107 μM NAA. The multiple shoot regeneration response of petiole explant producing shoots (91.55%) was obtained on MS medium containing 2.0 μM TDZ and 0.107 μM NAA. Shoot multiplication and elongation were obtained on the same medium. For root regeneration in in vitro regenerated shoots, different concentrations of NAA were applied. High frequency (100%) root regeneration response with healthy and vigorous roots was observed on MS medium supplemented with 0.54 μM NAA. The regenerated plantlets with well-developed shoots and root system were transferred to pots containing cocopeat and successfully acclimatized. We recommend 1.0 μM TDZ with 0.107 μM NAA and 2.0 μM TDZ and 0.107 μM NAA combinations for adventitious shoot regeneration from leaf and petiole explants in broccoli cv. 比较观察和测量了高原藏羊和平原小尾寒羊的肺组织结构,并就藏羊肺组织形态测量指标与高原低氧的关系进行了初步探讨。结果表明,藏羊肺组织在肺泡大小、单位面积肺泡数和细小血管数、肺泡隔的厚度、肺泡隔内弹性纤维含量和毛细血管数量、终末细支气管的管径及细小动脉管壁中弹性纤维和平滑肌的含量等方面与小尾寒羊的肺组织相应值比较,表现有一定的差异和特点,这些差异和特点正是藏羊肺组织适应高原低氧的形态学特点。 相似文献
