植物内源激素对小麦叶片衰老的调控机理研究

对小麦灌浆期不同叶位叶片的５大类激素含量测定结果表明,正在衰老叶片的乙烯和脱落酸（ＡＢＡ）含量明显增加,前期和中期的功能期叶片细胞分裂素（玉米素和玉米素核苷,Ｚ＋ＺＲ）和赤霉素（ＧＡ３）含量较高,生长素（ＩＡＡ）在功能期和后期衰老的叶片中含量较高。因此可以将这４种激素分为２大类,即乙烯和ＡＢＡ诱发和促进叶片衰老,另一类的Ｚ＋ＺＲ和ＧＡ３则维持叶片功能,抑制衰老。但ＩＡＡ表现了具有前期保持叶片生长发育和后期促进衰老的双重作用,在不同叶片中,春６叶（旗叶）则比较复杂。旗叶与睛相比表现了特殊性,这可能与其特殊的功能有关。     

Alterations in lycopene concentration and Z‐isomer content in egg yolk of hens fed all‐E‐isomer‐rich and Z‐isomer‐rich lycopene

Effects of feeding lycopene isomers to laying hens on egg qualities such as lycopene concentration and color of the yolk were investigated. Firstly, to evaluate the dietary transfer of lycopene to egg yolk, (all‐E)‐lycopene–rich diets (lycopene content, 100, 200, or 300 mg/kg diet) were fed to hens for 21 days. Lycopene in egg yolk could be detected after 4 days or more from the start of feeding, and the lycopene concentration increased according to the feed amount and period. Even though most of the dietary lycopene was the all‐E‐isomer, more than 65% of lycopene in egg yolk was present as Z‐isomers. Thus, the effect of lycopene Z‐isomer content in the diet (lycopene content, 200 mg/kg diet; lycopene Z‐isomer content, 35.1% or 61.3%) on egg qualities was investigated. As the Z‐isomer content increased, the lycopene concentration in the egg yolk increased, for example, when fed a diet rich in Z‐isomers (61.3%), the lycopene concentration in the egg yolk was approximately three times higher than when fed the (all‐E)‐lycopene–rich diet for 21 days. The results indicated that Z‐isomers of lycopene had higher bioavailability and/or higher transfer efficiency to the egg yolk than the all‐E‐isomer.     

四川凉山州光叶紫花苕良种选育及推广研究

通过对凉山光叶紫花苕良种选育及应用研究，系统分析了该草种在不同生态条件下（海拔１５００～３２００ｍ）的生物学和生态学特性。主要经济性状是：分枝期全草干物质中粗蛋白含量为３０．６９％，粗脂肪８．７０％，粗纤维２２．８０％，无氮浸出物为２８．０３％，粗灰分８．７２％，钙１．４８％，磷０．２３％，还含有１７种必需氨基酸。平均鲜草产量４５０００～７５０００ｋｇ／ｈｍ２，种子产量６００～１２００ｋｇ／ｈｍ２。１９９６～１９９８年全州种植面积达８．５万ｈｍ２，鲜草总产２６．２６８亿ｋｇ，产值２．６２６８亿元，推动了全州畜牧业生产的发展。     

Application of wind profiler data to rainfall analyses in Tazhong Oilfield region, Xinjiang, China

To improve the level of meteorological service for the Oilfield region in the Taklimakan Desert,the Urumqi Institute of Desert Meteorology of the China Meteorological Administration(CMA) conducted a detection experiment by means of wind profiling radar(WPR) in Tazhong Oilfield region of Xinjiang,China in July 2010.By using the wind profiler data obtained during the rainfall process on 27 July,this paper analyzed the wind field features and some related scientific issues of this weather event.The results indicated that:(1) wind profiler data had high temporal resolution and vertical spatial resolution,and could be used to analyze detailed vertical structures of rainfall processes and the characteristics of meso-scale systems.Before and after the rain event on 27 July,the wind field showed multi-layer vertical structures,having an obvious meso-scale wind shear line and three airflows from different directions,speeding up the motion of updraft convergence in the lower atmosphere.Besides,the wind directions before and after the rainfall changed inversely with increasing height.Before the rain,the winds blew clockwise,but after the onset of the rain,the wind directions became counterclockwise mainly;(2) the temperature advection derived from wind profiler data can reproduce the characteristics of low-level thermodynamic evolution in the process of rainfall,which is capable to reflect the variation trend of hydrostatic stability in the atmosphere.In the early stage of the precipitation on 27 July,the lower atmosphere was mainly affected by warm advection which had accumulated unstable energy for the rainfall event and was beneficial for the occurrence of updraft motion and precipitation;(3) the "large-value zone" of the radar reflectivity factor Z was virtually consistent with the onset and end of the rainfall,the height for the formation of rain cloud particles,and precipitation intensity.The reflectivity factor Z during this event varied approximately in the range of 18-38 dBZ and the rain droplets formed mainly at the layer of 3,800-4,500 m.     

玉米×墨西哥大刍草杂种饲草产量及其构成性状对密度和氮肥的响应

研究了不同密度和施氮量对玉米（Zea mays）×墨西哥大刍草（Z.mexicana）饲草产量及其构成性状的影响,结果表明,密度和施氮量对玉米×墨西哥大刍草杂种的饲草产量和产量性状影响显著。随着密度和施氮量的增加,饲草产量发生变化。饲草产量与绿叶片数、叶长、叶面积呈负相关,与密度、施氮量、主茎粗、分蘖数、叶宽、单株鲜质量呈正相关,与草长呈显著正相关（P<0.05）;单株鲜质量与密度、草长、主茎粗、分蘖数、叶宽、叶面积相关显著。密度、单株鲜质量、草长对饲草产量直接作用分别在0.05、0.05、0.1水平差异显著,是影响饲草产量的重要因素。种植密度40 000株·hm-2、施氮量450 kg·hm-2时,鲜草产量达到最高,为59 444.74 kg·hm-2;干草产量达到最高时（12 374.39 kg·hm-2）的种植密度和施氮量分别为40 000株·hm-2、600 kg·hm-2。说明,玉米×墨西哥大刍草杂种种植密度在40 000株·hm-2的基础上施氮450 kg·hm-2左右是饲草高产、优质的合理组合。     

自动气象站Z文件实时数据丢失的恢复方法

自动气象站是一种能自动地观测和存储气象观测数据的仪器设备。自动气象站投入业务运行以来,不仅能极大地减轻观测员的劳动强度,而且能提高观测资料的精确性,但是,自动气象站在业务运行中常出现因设备软硬件故障或操作失误等原因,造成数据资料的全部或部分丢失或出现数据异常等问题。主要针对自动气象站采集数据文件——Z文件中数据丢失问题,分析了其形成的原因,并给出了相应的恢复办法,使自动气象站实时数据完整、准确,以满足现代气象业务需求。     

高表达粟酒裂殖酵母SpTrz2p对细胞周期的影响

[目的]测定粟酒裂殖酵母高表达的SpTrz2p对其细胞周期的影响。[方法]将粟酒裂殖酵母的trz2+克隆到pREP4x质粒上,构建带有SpTrz2的高表达载体,将构建成功的重组子转化至野生型粟酒裂殖酵母细胞中,利用流式细胞仪检测细胞周期的变化。[结果]高表达SpTrz2p可导致酵母细胞形态和周期的改变,使大部分酵母细胞停留于G1期,这说明高表达SpTrz2p对细胞周期有明显影响。[结论]该研究结果表明高表达SpTrz2p给细胞造成的致死毒性是通过影响细胞周期实现的。     

核桃楸枝条浸提液对百日草种子发芽与幼苗生长的影响

通过不同树龄、枝龄及不同组织的核桃楸枝条浸提液对百日草种子发芽影响的研究,结果表明:核桃楸枝条内含有抑制百日草种子发芽的物质,抑制效果随树龄和枝龄的增加而显著增加,韧皮部显著大于木质部.经浸提液处理的百日草种子发芽期间的α-淀粉酶活性显著低于对照.     

葡萄透翅蛾大田性诱防治效果研究

１９８８－１９９３年作者在上海市松江县苗圃用性引诱剂诱捕葡萄透翅蛾，苗圃葡萄种植面积约２．８ｈａ，设置粘胶诱捕器５３－５５只，每只用一含Ｅ３，Ｚ１３－１８：ＯＨ３００－５００μｇ的硅橡胶塞作诱芯，６年依次诱杀雄蛾４５７、５７９、５５１、５４１、８８１和７６８头。试验期间，用雌蛾缚翅拴放法检测，雌蛾田间交配率高于４７．６％；用雄蛾标记释放法检测，诱捕器的田间诱蛾率为３０．６％。试验证明，此种防治方法
