研究硅对盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长及根细胞质膜H^+-ATPase、液泡膜H^+-ATPase、H^+-PPase和Ca^2+-ATPase活性的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫严重抑制黄瓜幼苗生长,根细胞质膜H^+-ATPase、液泡膜H^+-ATPase、H^+-PPase和Ca^2+-ATPase活性明显降低。硅处理明显提高盐胁迫黄瓜根液泡膜H^+-ATPase、H^+-PPase、Ca^2+-ATPase活性,一定程度上维持了液泡膜质子泵活性,有效地防御了细胞质酸化,这可能是硅提高黄瓜耐盐性的一个重要因素。 相似文献

cry8 Ca2基因是本实验室自行分离克隆的一种新型苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis,Bt)杀虫晶体蛋白基因,其表达130 kDa蛋白对铜绿异丽金龟(Anomala corpulenta)和黄褐异丽金龟(A.exoleta)幼虫具有较高的活性。本研究对Cry8Ca2蛋白原毒素及胰凝乳蛋白酶消化片断的纯化条件及活性进行研究,最适的消化条件为质量比1∶20,37℃,消化1 h。通过阴离子交换层析得到纯的活性毒素蛋白。用原毒素与纯化的毒素对铜绿丽金龟幼虫进行生测,Cry8Ca2原毒素蛋白的LC50为0.47μg/g土,纯化的毒素的LC50为0.08μg/g土,毒素的杀虫活性可以达到原毒素的6倍。 相似文献

为探讨复合枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对蛋鸡生产性能及血清中钙(Ca)、磷(P)含量的影响,试验选用39周龄产蛋鸡240只随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,1组饲喂基础日粮为对照组,2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加1.0%、1.5%、2.0%复合枯草芽孢杆菌制剂,预试期为7 d,试验期28 d。试验期间测定蛋鸡生产性能,在试验后的1、14、28 d测定血清中Ca、P的含量。结果表明:(1)试验2、3组产蛋率和平均蛋重分别较对照组提高3.79%、4.56%和12.81%、13.52%(P <0.05),试验2、3组的料蛋比分别较对照组降低11.86%、15.42%(P> 0.05),试验2、3、4组商品合格率和日均采食量均高于1组(P> 0.05)。(2)在试验后的14、28 d,试验2、3组血清中Ca含量分别较对照组提高18.78%、20.17%、6.69%、11.15%(P <0.05),在试验后的1、14、28 d,试验2、3、4组血清中P的含量均高于1组(P>0.05)。综上所述,在基础饲料中添加1.5%复合枯草芽孢杆菌制剂可以提高蛋鸡生产性能及血清中Ca、P含量。 相似文献

Background
Recurrent colic and unexplained weight loss despite good appetite and adequate feeding and management practices are common conditions in the horse. However, little information has been published on the systematic diagnostic evaluation, response to treatment, prognostic factors or outcome of either presentation. The aims of this study were to 1) identify possible prognostic indicators and 2) report the short- and long-term response to treatment with corticosteroid therapy of a variety of horses with a presumptive diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).Thirty-six horses with a history of recurrent colic and/or unexplained weight loss were screened with a detailed clinical, clinicopathological and diagnostic imaging examination. Twenty horses were subsequently selected that had findings consistent with inflammatory bowel disease based on the fulfilment of one or more of the following additional inclusion criteria: hypoproteinaemia, hypoalbuminaemia, malabsorption, an increased intestinal wall thickness on ultrasonographic examination or histopathological changes in rectal biopsy. These 20 horses were treated with a standardized larvicidal anthelmintic regime and a minimum of three weeks of corticosteroid therapy.Results
The initial response to treatment was good in 75% (15/20) of horses, with a 3-year survival rate of 65% (13/20). The overall 3-year survival in horses that responded to initial treatment (12/15) was significantly higher (P = 0.031) than in those that did not respond to initial treatment (1/5). The peak xylose concentration was significantly (P = 0.048) higher in survivors (1.36 ± 0.44 mmol/L) than non-survivors (0.94 ± 0.36 mmol/L).Conclusions
The overall prognosis for long-term survival in horses with a presumptive diagnosis of IBD appears to be fair to moderate, and the initial response to anthelmintic and corticosteroid therapy could be a useful prognostic indicator. The findings of the present study suggest that a low peak xylose concentration in absorption testing is associated with a less favourable prognosis, supporting the use of this test. 相似文献5.

不同磷水平和钙磷比饲粮添加植酸酶对妊娠母猪养分表观消化率的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
本试验旨在研究不同磷水平和钙磷比饲粮添加植酸酶对妊娠母猪养分消化率的影响。试验选择遗传背景一致、2~3胎次(预产期前28 d)、体重为(221.91±7.41)kg、预产期相近的健康"长×大"二元杂交母猪36头,按照胎次、预产期均衡原则随机分为9个组,每个组4个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮(钙、磷水平分别为7.26、5.81 g/kg);组2为基础饲粮添加植酸酶;组3~5保持钙水平(7.26 g/kg)不变添加植酸酶,减少无机磷添加至对照组的75%、50%、25%[钙磷比为(1.35~1.63)∶1.00];组6~9保持钙磷比不变(1.25∶1.00)添加植酸酶,减少无机磷添加至对照组的75%、50%、25%、0。结果表明:1)正常磷水平下,添加植酸酶显著提高了干物质、粗灰分、有机物和磷的表观消化率(P0.05),极显著降低了粪中磷的排泄量(P0.01),有降低铜、锌排泄量的趋势(P0.10)。与对照相比,低磷水平添加植酸酶极显著提高了干物质、粗灰分、有机物、磷、钙、铁、铜、锌的表观消化率(P0.01),显著降低了粪中磷、钙、铁、铜、锌的排泄量(P0.05)。2)饲粮在保持钙水平不变或钙磷比不变的条件下添加植酸酶,随磷添加量的降低,干物质、粗灰分、有机物、磷、铁、铜、锌的表观消化率均呈线性或二次升高(P0.05),粪中磷、铁、铜、锌的排泄量呈线性或二次降低(P0.01),保持钙磷比不变,钙、粗蛋白质的表观消化率显著提高(P0.05)。3)以表观可消化磷为标准,饲粮保持钙水平不变和钙磷比不变添加植酸酶可分别替代0.91、1.27 g/kg的无机磷,减少24.70%、34.48%的粪磷排泄量。4)钙磷比不变(1.25∶1.00)组饲粮的养分表观消化率极显著高于钙水平不变[高钙磷比(1.35~1.63)∶1.00]组饲粮(P0.01),且粪矿物质的排泄量极显著减少(P0.01)。综上所述:1)在本研究条件下,在低无机磷、低钙磷比(1.25∶1.00)饲粮中,添加植酸酶提高养分消化率的效果更显著。2)以表观可消化磷为标准,母猪饲粮的钙磷比为1.25∶1.00时,添加植酸酶可减少1.27 g/kg的磷添加。 相似文献

Susceptibility to IVM (IVM) of “strain A” Haemonchus contortus which had been exposed to IVM four times over a 2-year period was compared to IVM susceptibility of “strain C” H. contortus which had no prior field exposure to IVM, by in vivo and in vitro methods. In vivo, the percentage reduction in faecal egg counts (FEC) and the total worm counts (TWC) were compared between control animals (lambs and kids) and animals treated with low dose IVM (20 μg/kg). In vitro susceptibility to IVM was evaluated by larval migration inhibition (LMI) after the two strains of H. contortus were exposed to different concentrations of IVM. The dose response, measured as the proportion of larvae inhibited from migrating, was used to estimate LD50. Although differences in response to IVM in the in vivo determinations were not significant, “strain A” H. contortus had a significantly higher LD50 than “strain C” in the LMI assay. Coincident with the conduct of the in vivo experiment, it was observed that “strain A” H. contortus established and survived better than “strain C” in the control lambs. 相似文献

为探讨山毛豆(Tephrosia candida)草粉对肉兔的饲用价值,将60只新西兰青年肉兔分为5组,分别添加0%(对照),10%,20%,30%和40%的山毛豆草粉制成全价颗粒饲料,饲喂90 d后测定各组饲料的营养成分及肉兔采食量、日增重、料重比和屠宰性能.结果表明:山毛豆营养生长期粗蛋白含量为17.77%,肉兔对山毛豆中粗蛋白的消化率为78.09%,山毛豆的可消化总养分为56.18%.与对照组相比,添加20%草粉日增重达到20.80 g·d-1(P<0.01);料重比为4.45∶ 1(P<0.05);屠宰率为57.78%(P<0.01);单位kg增重平均最低饲料成本差异显著(P<0.05).因此,添加20%山毛豆草粉制成全价颗粒饲料可显著提高肉兔的生产性能和养殖效益. 相似文献

Acipenser sinensis and Acipenser dabryanus are critically endangered species, so germplasm conservation via cryopreservation of sperm is necessary. Disaccharides can act as membrane‐impermeable cryoprotectants, and enolase3 (ENO3) and plasma membrane Ca2+ ATPase isoform (PMCA2) are proteins associated with sperm quality. We considered seven characteristics of sperm quality in cultured brood stock from A. sinensis and A. dabryanus. We tested use of sucrose or trehalose alone and in combination at different concentrations for cryopreservation of A. dabryanus sperm. A low concentration of sucrose plus trehalose (S15T15) was optimal. Mixing of the extender with sucrose, lactose, or trehalose alone or with pairwise mixtures revealed that a mixture of lactose and trehalose (L15T15) gave the best results for both A. sinensis and A. dabryanus. Enolase3 and PMCA2 expression levels were measured in cryopreserved A. sinensis sperm via Western blotting. Relative ENO3 and PMCA2 expression levels were examined, and the relationship between disaccharide composition, sperm quality and protein expression was explored in A. sinensis. The results showed that relative ENO3 and PMCA2 expression levels were the highest at L15T15 in cryopreserved A. sinensis sperm. There were significant positive correlations between ENO3 expression and percentage membrane integrity, and between PMCA2 expression and sperm motility parameters (percentage of motile sperm, curvilinear velocity, straight‐line velocity and average path velocity; p < .05) in cryopreserved A. sinensis sperm. Our results indicate the optimal disaccharide combination and concentrations for cryopreservation of A. sinensis and A. dabryanus sperm and suggest that ENO3 and PMCA2 expression levels could serve as a valuable indicator of sperm quality in A. sinensis. 相似文献

为探讨内毒素在致大鼠肝损伤过程中对肝脏p53表达及Ca2+浓度的影响,将48只SD大鼠随机分2组:Ⅰ组为NS对照组;Ⅱ组为ET致病组,2组大鼠分别于第3、4、8、12h每组各处死6只,采集肝脏分别用于p53表达的Western-blotting检测和Ca2+浓度的FCM检测。结果显示,Ⅱ组p53的表达明显高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01),且Ⅱ组一直呈上升趋势;Ⅱ组Ca2+的荧光指数明显高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01),且一直呈上升趋势。结果表明,ET能有效上调肝细胞p53蛋白的表达及Ca2+浓度。 相似文献
