简述美国家庭农场

美国的农业主要由家庭农场来经营,经历了150多年的发展历程,目前美国共有农场219.6万多个,其中,家庭农场214.3万个;非家庭农场（主要是合伙农场、公司农场）5.34万个.美国家庭农场的经营管理一般由其家庭成员负责.经营者的文化、科学素质较高,据我多次访问调查,至少半数以上的经营者具有大学学历.在家庭农场的经营下,美国农业得以持续发展,成为全球粮、农生产和出口大国,其成绩很大,在国际社会上受到应有的尊重和赞誉.目前农村两极分化的现象十分严重.     

2013年河北省小麦市场情况分析及展望——基于夏收情况的调查

河北省是中国北方重要的小麦主产省之一,也是麦价相对较高的省份之一。通过对河北省小麦收购情况的调查,分析2013年河北省夏收的基本特点和新麦价格高开高走的主要成因,在此基础上探讨了未来河北省小麦市场应关注的主要问题,并提出相关建议。     

近五年国内高校图书馆学科服务理论研究综述

近年来国内图书馆界对高校图书馆学科服务的研究日趋活跃,对近五年(2008年—2012年)国内主要学术基础上发表的研究成果进行总结,归纳出高校图书馆学科服务研究的6个重点,分别是:高校图书馆开展学科服务必要性;高校学科服务的特点;学科服务的内容和模式;学科服务体系要素研究;国内开展学科服务的实践研究,国(境)外开展学科服务的实践研究。这些反映了国内近五年高校图书馆学科服务理论研究的概况。     

Contribution of Health Attributes,Research Investment,and Innovation to Developments in the Blueberry Industry

Abstract

This paper examines how the United States and Canadian highbush and lowbush blueberry industries have changed over the last two decades. Production increases have been driven by a combination of changing consumer preferences for healthy foods and the development of new cultivars that have opened new production regions, expanded fresh market opportunities, and created new food products. Canada has found it advantageous and economical to invest its research effort in the development of the lowbush blueberry, exploiting its health protective properties. The Unites States has concentrated its research effort on highbush cultivars to lengthen the harvest window and promote diversification opportunities in the Southern United States. Highbush production expansion in the Pacific Northwest has relied very little on new cultivar development and improvements in yield but more on increases in cultivated area.     

河北联合大学校园植物多样性调查

为了解河北联合大学校园植物的多样性,通过实地考察法,对其植物物种的种类、数量等进行系统调查。结果表明：河北联合大学校园植物资源较为丰富,共有植物138种,隶属于57科114属。其中菊科、蔷薇科物种较多,多年生木本植物应用频率较高,但绿化结构简单。     

中国对英国邱园的千年种子库计划的贡献

作为世界最大的植物园之一,英国邱区的皇家植物园（简称＂邱园＂）于2000年发起了＂千年种子库＂计划,旨在保存全世界10%的种子植物的种子,以应对未来不可预测的生态环境恶化。该计划自实施以来得到了来自54个国家123个合作伙伴的支持,种子库截止2010年已经保存了世界各地2万4千多种植物的种子。中国于2004年正式参加该计划,截止2012年12月31日已为种子库贡献了52科139属232种,共247个登记数的种子,其中大多是中国特有的种,这些种子绝大部分采自云南。从发芽率来看,种子质量很高。     

基于主成分的河北省地级市城市生态安全预警评价

为了对河北省各地区经济发展潜力进行综合评价,准确地发现各因素的相对重要性及其对综合发展潜力的影响程度,对主成分分析法进行修正,采用定量评价的方法,对河北省的11个城市的生态安全进行了预警评价研究。结果表明,河北省廊坊市得分为0.55,处于理想安全与临界安全之间,而其他城市均在临界安全与较不安全之间,其先后顺序为：秦皇岛市、保定市、承德市、邢台市、唐山市、石家庄市、张家口市、沧州市、邯郸市、衡水市。总体上,河北省生态环境存在较多的不安全因素,生态环境压力强度较大,全省城市生态系统的状态呈现出不均衡的状态,应提高响应水平。     

Composition and biological activity of the essential oil from Thapsia minor, a new source of geranyl acetate

The essential oils from aerial parts of Thapsia minor Hoffmanns. & Link (Apiaceae), obtained by hydrodistillation, were analyzed by gas-chromatography and gas-chromatography-mass spectrometry. Oxygenated monoterpenes represented the main fraction with geranyl acetate (82.3-83.0%) as the major constituent, making this plant a good source of this compound.Biological activity of the essential oil was evaluated against several fungal strains. The highest activity was found against dermatophyte strains, Crytococcus neoformans and Candida guillermondii with minimal inhibitory concentrations values from 0.32 μl/ml to 1.25 μl/ml. The antifungal activity could be associated with the significant contribution of the oxygenated monoterpene geranyl acetate.Furthermore, this essential oil demonstrated to have potent anti-inflammatory in vitro activity, at concentrations that did not affect macrophages and keratinocytes viability, being the anti-inflammatory properties of the oil mainly due to geranyl acetate.These favorable results emphasize the antifungal and anti-inflammatory abilities of the molecule geranyl acetate and further support the exploitation of T. minor oil for pharmaceutical industry, in order to find new phytopharmaceuticals.     

节水农业综合示范工程研究——以河北省涿鹿县辉耀节水灌溉示范工程为例

介绍了张家口地区涿鹿县辉耀节水灌溉示范工程的概况,水资源现状和农业用水状况,通过需水量预测及供需平衡分析,计算出涿鹿县辉耀节水灌溉示范工程所取得的经济效益,示范工程的研究对建设节水灌溉工程、推广节水灌溉技术起到一定的借鉴作用。
