应用融合变换对四川西昌地区紫茎泽兰遥感图像ASTER数据进行处理,结果表明:对ASTER三种传感器生成的三种分辨率的影像数据进行Gram-Schmidt融合处理,可以将具有较高光谱分辨率的多光谱遥感波段的空间分辨率从30m×30m提高到15m×15m,增加更多的地表地物组分信息,有助于识别各种不同地物类型,同时使同一地物的光谱信息变换前后保持不变,确保了后续图像分类的可靠性。应用ENVI中对融合后的图像进行马氏距离分类,分类结果总体精度为73.6983%,Kappa系数等于0.6936。  相似文献

A 17-year-old mixed breed pony was presented with intermittent neck stiffness during regular training rides in the six months preceding its admission. All parameters were within the normal range, except for an increase in heart rate (48 bpm) during the examination. Concave areas were observed at the level between the atlas and axis vertebrae (C1-C2) on both the left and right sides of the neck. Radiographs were taken of the laterolateral, left ventrodorsal oblique, and right ventrodorsal oblique projections in the cranial cervical region. The images revealed severe structural disorders, including trauma with luxation of the atlantoaxial joint, a fusion of the atlas and axis vertebrae, and evidence of a false joint in the axis bone. Subsequent ultrasonography showed hyperechoic areas in the rectus capitis caudalis and obliquus capitis caudalis muscles. Neck mobility was improved after two weeks of stall rest, administration of oral phenylbutazone (4.4 mg/kg), and topical cold gel treatment. The overstretching of surrounding soft tissues accompanying chronic injury of cranial cervical area may result in neck stiffness in the aging pony. Radiographic and ultrasonographic findings were consistent with the presence of cranial cervical trauma leading to neck stiffness. These findings emphasized the essential role of imaging diagnostics in treating a pony with intermittent neck stiffness.  相似文献

西北地区新城疫病毒分离株F基因的克隆与序列分析   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
从西北地区(陕西、甘肃、青海和新疆)1979~1999年发生新城疫鸡群中共分离和收集了15个毒株,经蚀斑纯化、SPF鸡胚增殖得到9株NDV分离株。致病力测定结果表明,除2株为中强毒外,其余均为强毒株。以异硫氰酸胍法提取病毒基因组RNA,RT-PCR扩增基融合蛋白(F)基因N端908bp的片段,经回收、鉴定后,克隆到pGEM-T载体上进行核苷酸序列测定。对各毒株核苷酸及推导的氨基酸进行序列和同源性的比较,结果表明所有毒株在该区段没有缺失和插入,但有多处碱基置换。各分离毒株之间同源性很高(平均96.8%),与疫苗毒株同源性较低(82.5~85.8%),而分离自青海省的3个毒株与其他毒株的同源性均较低(平均88.0%)。以389bp核苷酸绘制系统发育树,证实西北地区的新城疫是由基因型Ⅶc和一个新发现的基因型Ⅸ引起的。  相似文献

在分叶明显的肝脏,每叶均有肝静脉汇集其静脉血。左内侧叶和右内侧叶之间发生愈合的肝脏,其间出现肝中静脉。马属动物方叶与右叶之间有较深裂隙,肝中静脉缺如。愈叶程度高的肝脏(牛、羊),主要肝静脉仅为左、中、右三支,故肝静脉的数量与愈合相关。国际兽医解剖学名词(Nomina Anatomica Veterinaria,N.A.V.)的相关第目是不合适的,应予补充。  相似文献

小鼠带有完整透明带2-细胞期胚的2个卵裂球,用电融合和灭活的仙苔病毒融合法进行融合。实验结果表明:在电场强度为1kV/cm,脉冲持续时间为40μs(重复2次),电融合媒介液为PBS(磷酸盐缓冲液)和Whitten's Solution的条件下胚胎融合效果最好。融合后胚胎发育能力观察结果:46.9%融合胚在体内可发育到囊胚期,融合胚做染色体分析,数目为四倍体。  相似文献

根据猪链球菌2型(SS2)溶菌酶释放蛋白(MRP)和纤维蛋白原结合蛋白(FBPS)的基因序列,选取可能含有抗原决定簇的两片段,各设计合成一对引物,使之含有共同的酶切位点。通过T4DNA连接酶串联两片段,构建原核表达载体pET32a-mrp-fbps,重组质粒转化入大肠杆菌BL21(DE3),经不同时间、不同温度,不同浓度IPTG诱导表达,经SDS-PAGE电泳,表达约为80kD的融合蛋白。Westernblot结果表明重组蛋白可被SS2阳性血清所识别。证实串联表达的融合蛋白具有良好的免疫原性,是重要的保护性抗原,本试验为进一步研究猪链球菌亚单位疫苗奠定了基础。  相似文献

AIM:To investigate the effects of valproate and imatinib on the apoptosis of chronic myeloid leukemic cell line K562. METHODS:K562 cells were divided into 3 groups and treated with valproate, imatinib and cotreatment, respectively. Cell cycle, apoptosis, the mRNA expression of Bcr/Abl, total protein kinase B (PKB) and phosphorylated PKB (p-PKB) were analyzed. RESULTS:The apoptotic rates in valproate group, imatinib group and cotreatment group were (11.47±0.25)%, (28.43±1.70)% and (57.73±4.38)%, respectively (P<0.05). No obvious difference was observed in cell cycle between cotreatment group and monodrug group. Bcr/Abl mRNA and p-PKB in the above 3 groups were (0.00±0.00), (64.17±12.27), and (0.00±0.00) ×10 9 copies/(g total mRNA), respectively (P<005), and 0.25±0.02, 0.17±0.01 and 0.08±0.01, respectively (P<0.05). No apparent difference of PKB was found in the 3 groups. CONCLUSION:Valproate enhances imatinib-induced apoptosis and may link to the down-regulation of Bcr/Abl mRNA and p-PKB in chronic myeloid leukemic cell line K562.  相似文献

We investigated a strategy to improve predicting capacity of plot-scale above-ground biomass (AGB) by fusion of LiDAR and Land- sat5 TM derived biophysical variables for subtropical rainforest and eucalypts dominated forest in topographically complex landscapes in North-eastern Australia. Investigation was carried out in two study areas separately and in combination. From each plot of both study areas, LiDAR derived structural parameters of vegetation and reflectance of all Landsat bands, vegetation indices were employed. The regression analysis was carded out separately for LiDAR and Landsat derived variables indi- vidually and in combination. Strong relationships were found with LiDAR alone for eucalypts dominated forest and combined sites compared to the accuracy of AGB estimates by Landsat data. Fusing LiDAR with Landsat5 TM derived variables increased overall performance for the eucalypt forest and combined sites data by describing extra variation (3% for eucalypt forest and 2% combined sites) of field estimated plot-scale above-ground biomass. In contrast, separate LiDAR and imagery data, andfusion of LiDAR and Landsat data performed poorly across structurally complex closed canopy subtropical minforest. These findings reinforced that obtaining accurate estimates of above ground biomass using remotely sensed data is a function of the complexity of horizontal and vertical structural diversity of vegetation.  相似文献

[目的]构建联合表达气肿疽梭菌的鞭毛蛋白与分泌蛋白神经氨酸酶的方法,用以制备气肿疽生物工程亚单位疫苗.[方法]根据已公布的气肿疽梭菌FliA(C)和NanA序列设计引物,联合使用SOE-PCR与TD-PCR技术,建立融合基因FliA(C)-NanA的扩增方法.[结果]试验成功扩增出了融合基因FliA(C)-NanA.[结论]SOE-PCR方法无需在引物设计中加入酶切位点进行连接,降低了试验成本,且2个基因间未加入其他核酸序列,避免了表达出影响免疫效果的蛋白;TD-PCR的应用节省了试验时间,避免了筛选退火温度的繁琐步骤,解决了基因丢失的问题.  相似文献
