阿魏根粗多糖对鸡脾脏和外周血淋巴细胞体外增殖作用的影响

为研究新疆阿魏多糖（FSP）对鸡外周血T淋巴细胞和脾脏B淋巴细胞增殖作用的影响。本研究用水提醇沉法得到阿魏总多糖（FSP_t）和3种分级多糖（FSP₃₀、FSP₅₀、FSP₇₀）,并通过苯酚-硫酸法和红外光谱对FSP进行检测。通过MTT法测定各级FSP的安全浓度及其对鸡外周血T淋巴细胞及脾脏B淋巴细胞的增殖能力。结果显示,提取的FSP均具有多糖的特征峰,为多糖类化合物。外周血T淋巴细胞增殖试验表明,除FSP₅₀外,所有多糖在一定浓度下均能单独和协同PHA刺激T淋巴细胞增殖,其中FSP_t的增殖作用较强。脾脏B淋巴细胞增殖试验表明,除FSP₅₀外,所有多糖在一定浓度下均能单独和协同LPS刺激B淋巴细胞增殖,其中FSP₇₀和FSP_t增殖作用较强。综上所述,各级FSP中,FSP_t对脾脏B淋巴细胞和外周血T淋巴细胞的增殖作用最强,可以作为进一步研究的材料。     

Chemical composition of oleo-gum-resin from Ferula gummosa

The chemical composition of oleo-gum-resin from Ferula gummosa collected in the northern part of Iran has been studied. The fraction of oleo-gum-resin soluble in ethanol (ca 67 wt.%) is composed by three major fractions: (i) monoterpenes and monoterpenoids (ca 15 wt.% fraction), (ii) sesquiterpenes and sesquiterpenoids (ca 30 wt.%) and (iii) triterpenes and triterpenoids (ca 55 wt.%). The major families of terpenes and terpenoids were identified employing gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry detector (GC-MS). Almost 25 wt.% of oleo-gum-resin was insoluble in ethanol and, according to wet chemistry analyses, assigned to arabinogalactane structurally associated with protein complex (AGP). This arabinogalactan possessed the molecular weight of ca 30 kDa, as revealed by size exclusion chromatography, and the main backbone was constituted by β-(1 → 3)/β-(1 → 3,6)-linked d-galactopyranosyl residues ramified predominantly by terminal α-l-arabinofuranosyl and β-d-glucuronopyranosyl residues, as assessed by 1D/2D ¹H NMR.     

阿魏氯仿提取物对7种玉米病害的离体抑菌活性比较

采用生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定了阿魏氯仿提取物对引起玉米病害的7种病原菌(小斑病菌、弯孢霉叶斑病菌、链格孢叶斑病病菌、圆斑病菌、顶腐病菌、青枯病菌和瘤黑粉病菌)的菌丝生长和孢子萌发的影响。结果表明,对于同一种病原菌来说,阿魏氯仿提取物对其菌丝生长的抑制效果好于对其孢子萌发的抑制效果;对顶腐病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果最好,EC50只有46.66 mg/L;可引起大中型分生孢子畸形。     

荒漠植物新疆阿魏种子萌发与阿魏菇真菌的互作研究

对阿魏种子进行人工接种5株阿魏菇真菌的菌块和菌液,置于种子4℃最佳沉积温度下共培养90 d,探讨阿魏菇真菌对荒漠植物新疆阿魏种子发芽的影响,揭示阿魏菇真菌生于阿魏植物根上现象的过程和本质.结果表明,阿魏菇真菌的菌丝体生长势依次为菌丝体与种子有接触试验组＞对照组(仅菌块)＞菌丝体与种子无接触试验组.当接入菌块时,新疆阿魏种子发芽率依次为对照组(仅阿魏种子)＞种子与菌丝体无接触试验组＞种子与菌丝体有接触试验组;当接入菌液时,新疆阿魏种子发芽率依次为对照组(仅阿魏种子)＞1/2灭活原液试验组＞1/2原液试验组＞灭活原液试验组＞原液试验组.实验表明,阿魏菇真菌的存在对新疆阿魏种子发芽是不利的,这从另一个侧面反映了在荒漠环境条件下收获的新疆阿魏种子上是不允许阿魏菇真菌定殖的,阿魏菇真菌进行水平传递,保持迅速传播优势,通过寄主开花结果死亡实现更换新的寄主,这与野外调查和生产实践中见到的自然现象一致.     

阿魏不同溶剂提取物抑菌活性测定

通过超声波萃取法用不同溶剂提取阿魏有效成分,结合生长速率法测定阿魏不同溶剂提取物对植物病原菌的抑制活性。结果表明,丙酮、氯仿、乙酸乙酯对阿魏抑菌活性成分的提取能力较强,而且氯仿萃取相表现出较高的抑菌活性;在降低测试浓度的条件下,低浓度的氯仿萃取相对供试病原菌也表现出了较好的抑菌效果。     

阿魏倍半萜类对家鸭毛毕吸虫肝脏虫卵肉芽肿的影响

用18条毛毕吸虫尾蚴感染50日龄雏鸭,分别于感染后41 d起喂服阿魏倍半萜类及吡喹酮。结果显示,两用药组雏鸭肝内虫卵肉芽肿平均直径减小与对照组比较差异显著（P〈0.05）,肉芽肿内嗜酸性粒细胞数目减少与对照组比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。表明阿魏倍半萜类与吡喹酮对毛毕吸虫虫卵肉芽肿具有明显的抑制作用。     

圆锥茎阿魏化学成分的研究

采用体积分数95%乙醇提取、溶剂萃取、硅胶柱色谱分离等方法,从圆锥茎阿魏根中提取分离得到2种化合物,根据NMR,EI-MS等光谱学方法分别鉴定为anhydrokellerin(1),badrakemone(2),即化合物1和化合物2,这2个化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。     

Effects of Polysaccharides from Ferula sinkiangensis Root on Proliferation of Chicken Peripheral Lymphocyte and Spleen Lymphocyte in vitro

To investigate the effects of Ferula sinkiangensis polysaccharides (FSP) on cell proliferation of chicken splenic lymphocytes and peripheral lymphocyte in vitro. By the method of water extract-alcohol precipitation,total Ferula sinkiangensis polysaccharide (FSP_t) and 30%,50%,70% gradient alcohol precipitation of polysaccharides (FSP₃₀,FSP₅₀ and FSP₇₀) were extracted, and detected by phenol-sulfuric acid method and infrared spectroscopy method. The safe concentration of all classifications of polysaccharide were detected and the effect of FSP on lymphocyte proliferation of chicken spleen and peripheral blood were measured by MTT method. The results showed that the absorption peak of FSP were conformed to belong by polysaccharide compounds. Peripheral blood T lymphocyte proliferation test indicated that FSP_t,FSP₃₀ and FSP₇₀ alone or cooperated with PHA could stimulate T lymphocyte proliferation under a certain concentration,and FSP_t showed a better proliferation effect. Spleen B lymphocyte proliferation test showed that FSP_t,FSP₃₀ and FSP₇₀ alone or cooperated with LPS could stimulate B lymphocyte proliferation under a certain concentration,FSP_t and FSP₇₀ showed a better proliferation effect. In conclusion,FSP showed the strong effect on lymphocyte proliferation of chicken spleen and peripheral blood in vitro,and that would be the materials for further research.     

Antibacterial activity of the essential oil from Ferula gummosa seed

Antibacterial activity of Ferula gummosa essential oil was studied against bacterial laboratory ATCC standards using the disk diffusion method. The results showed activity against Gram(+) bacteria and Escherichia coli. Little antibacterial activity was found against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.     

阿魏漂浮缓释剂的制备及其对血吸虫尾蚴活性影响

根据血吸虫尾蚴聚集于水面的生态特点,以新疆阿魏为原药,以锯末为载体,研制出新型阿魏漂浮缓释剂,该缓释剂可在水面漂浮30d,且对血吸虫尾蚴杀灭作用极显著（P〈0.01）,为控制血吸虫病的蔓延提供了有效途径。
