3DS MAX建模及其在虚拟演播厅设计中的应用

随着虚拟现实技术的成熟发展,它已广泛地应用于生活的众多领域,虚拟现实平台软件层出不穷,其主要是更好展示所创造虚拟环境的真实性.但三维模型、动画的构建还需要借助第三方软件来实现.应用3DS MAX强大的建模技术能较为真实地将图像及动画展示出来.文章结合虚拟演播厅的构建,探讨3DS MAX在虚拟现实构建中三维模型建立的方法和技巧.     

Prokaryotic Expression and Bioinformatics Analysis of Nonstructure Protein 3C from Porcine Encephalomyocarditis Virus

To obtain the 3C protein of encephalomypcarditis virus (EMCV) and predict its structure,3C gene was amplified by RT-PCR with the RNA as template from HB10 strain. And the target gene inserted into pMD18-T vector. The plasmids were sequenced after verification by PCR and double enzyme digestion. The target gene was cleaved from the correct plasmid,and inserted into the pET32a vector. The recombinant pET32a-EMCV-3C was transformed into TranSetta (DE3) and then induced by IPTG. Then the size was identified by SDS-PAGE and the antigenicity was analyzed by Western blotting. According to the sequence results,the length of 3C gene was 615 bp,which encoded 205 amino acids. The results of SDS-PAGE showed that His-3C protein mainly existed in the form of inclusion body with the molecular of 40 ku. The Western blotting results verified that purified His-3C could react with rabbit anti-EMCV serum prepared with EMCV. Bioinformatics analysis indicated that 3C protein was non-secretory,and had multiple phosphorylation sites,but it had no transmembrane region. Thus,the 3C protein mainly involved in protein hydrolysis process.3C protease,as the only protease in the EMCV genome,played an indispensable role in viral replication. In this study,we successfully constructed the prokaryotic expression vector of 3C protein and predicted its structure,which provided a basis for further study of the role of 3C protein and catalytic mechanism.

遵优3号是遵义市农业科学研究所以T98A作母本,自育恢复系R866(6078/辐恢838)作父本配组而成,该组合米质优、高立稳产、耐冷性较强,是贵州省自育中籼迟熟优质杂交稻(国标3级优质稻谷标准)第一批通过审定的品种之一。介绍其产量表现、提高种子纯度措施及丰产栽培要点。     

Research on the Antioxident Function of Sulforaphane on the Leydig Cells of Cadmium Exposured Mice

The study was aimed to explore the antioxident function of sulforaphane (SFN) on the leydig cells of cadmium (Cd) exposured mice.Cd and SFN were added to the cell culture medium of TM3 cell, half inhibitory concentration (IC₅₀) of Cd and SFN safe dose range were determined.The tested model was set up,and the relative survival rate of TM3 cells, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity and cell antioxidant levels were determined to study the antioxident function of SFN to cadmium exposured mice.The results showed that:①With the increase of Cd concentration,the relative survival rate of TM3 cells was decreased,and the IC₅₀ of Cd was 51.4 μmol/L;Within a certain concentration range,SFN could increased the cells survive rate,but there was toxicity when the SFN concentration was more than the scope,and the greater the concentration,the greater the toxicity. At experimental condition,SFN safety concentration were 2.5,5 and 10 μmol/L.②Compared with the control group,the GSH content,the T-SOD and GSH-Px activities in Cd group were significantly or extremely significantly decreased (P < 0.05;P < 0.01),and the LDH activity,the MDA content were increased.Additionally,the LDH activity and MDA content of SFN groups were decreased,while others three indexes were increased. Compared with Cd group,the GSH content,the T-SOD and GSH-Px activities of Cd+SFN groups were significantly or extremely significantly increased (P < 0.05;P < 0.01),however,the LDH activity,MDA content were decreased. The result indicated that SFN had the antagonism effect on toxicity of Cd in TM3 cell.     

基于e~3-value的现实版“开心农场”商业模式创新途径分析

现实版"开心农场"因过于简单的商业模式而陷入经营困境。本文借助成熟的e~3-value分析方法,结合浙江PS开心农场的具体案例分析其面临的经营困境并探讨创新的商业模式,结果表明以价值网理念创新的商业模式具有一定的生存性与盈利性。
