不同植物对煤矿废弃地土壤重金属富集转化规律 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
于2008~2009年采取吉林省九台营城煤矿废弃地的复垦土和矸石土作为种植土壤,分别于试验小区内种植黄花草木樨(Melilotus officinalis Lam.)和紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.),研究植物不同营养器官对煤矿废弃地土壤重金属的富集转化规律。结果表明,两种植物对不同土壤重金属的富集能力不同。复垦土种植条件下,黄花草木樨的叶和茎、紫花苜蓿的根和叶对Zn、Cd、Ni和Cu富集能力较强;矸石土种植条件下,黄花草木樨的叶对Ni、Cd及Cu的富集能力较强,根对Zn的富集能力较强,紫花苜蓿的叶对4种重金属的富集能力均较强,且茎对Cu和Ni、根对Zn也存在一定的富集能力。 相似文献

为了建立高效的杉木规模化组培快繁体系,以杉木未木质化的春梢茎段为外植体,MS为基本培养基,研究不同生长调节剂及其浓度组合对茎段萌发和丛生芽增殖的影响.结果表明:采用未木质化的春梢茎段,剖开后匍匐放置于培养基上,腋芽容易萌发,最佳初代培方式为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+ NAA0.5 mg/L培养基上培养10天后,转到MS+ 6-BA0.8 mg/L+NAA0.3 mg/L继续培养,最佳增殖培养基为MS+ 6-BA0.8 mg/L+ NAA0.3 mg/L,无根无菌植株采用常规扦插方法生根,可成功培育杉木优良无性系苗木. 相似文献

Summary Leaf cuttings without axillary buds were made from young vegetative beet plants. Roots were formed at the petiole end. Adventitious bud formation occurred at a very low frequency and could not be stimulated by application of growth regulators. Leaf cuttings with axillary buds formed plants at a higher frequency but development of buds into shoots was slow and irregular. As no vascular connections were found between petiole and axillary bud, the slow growth of the buds was attributed to insufficient supply of assimilates from the leaves. Axillary buds rapidly developed into shoots when petiole explants with buds were placed on culture media. Sensitivity to Drought Stress of Three Soybean Cultivars During Different Growth Stages 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Three soybean ( Glycine max L.) culivars, Lee-74, Wright , and Ra 401 , were subjected to 100 % (control), 75 %, and 50 % of field capacity during vegetative (VI), flowering (R2), and pod-filling (R4) stages in greenhouse and field studies. Stress applied at R2 significantly reduced the yield in the greenhouse, while in the field, the maximum reduction was observed when the plants were subjected to stress at R4. Stress during VI reduced the yield components less than stress applied during R2 or R4 stages in both studies. The pod number and seed weight were the yield components most affected by drought stress, and the number of seeds per pod the least affected. Yield stress index was significantly correlated with the yield and its components. The reproductive stage was clearly more sensitive to drought than the vegetative stage. The cultivar Lee 74 had the highest yield and the second highest yield stress index whereas the cultivar Ra 401 had the lowest yield. 相似文献

In maize, timing of vegetative phase change has been implicated in the response to certain pests and environmental stresses. Common rust is the most serious disease of sweet corn in the north central United States. Sweet corn hybrids differing for resistance to common rust were evaluated for vegetative phase change traits. There were significant differences among hybrids for all vegetative phase change traits measured, as well as resistance to common rust. Certain hybrids displayed rapid transition (within two leaves) from juvenile to adult vegetation, while others displayed prolonged transition (within four leaves). There were no significant correlations between vegetative phase change traits and common rust severity among the commercial sweet corn hybrids evaluated in this experiment. 相似文献

Hordeum spontaneum, the wild progenitor of cultivated barley, has previously been examined in various studies as a germplasm resource in breeding for grain protein content and related nutritional traits.The nitrogen content and dry weight of leaf and stem (stem plus sheath) at anthesis, and the final grain size and grain protein content were measured in 33 H. spontaneum and two H. vulgare genotypes. H. spontaneum was generally higher in nitrogen content of leaves and stems, but lower in dry weight at anthesis. Consistent with previous reports, the H. spontaneum genotypes were considerably higher in grain protein than the cultivars. The effect of potassium (K) supply on dry matter accumulation and partitioning of biomass between different among parts of
cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) was determined under irrigated conditions. The treatments were four cotton cultivars (CIM-448, CIM-1100, Karishma, and
S-12), four K rates (0, 62.5, 125, and 250 kg K ha−1), and two K-fertilizer sources (K2SO4, KCl). Sequential harvests were collected at four stages of growth, viz first flower, peak flowering, first boll split, and
maturity. The dry weights (DW) of vegetative and reproductive organs were determined. Maximum total DW was obtained at 125 days
after planting, and then it declined because of leaf senescence at maturity. Cultivars differed significantly among themselves
in the production of total DW and its partitioning between different organs. The addition of K fertilizer increased DW substantially
at various stages of growth. Potassium fertilizer stimulated cotton plant to translocate resources towards reproductive organs
rather than vegetative organs. Crop receiving 250 kg K ha−1 allocated 77% more dry matter into reproductive organs. The K-sources produced a little effect on the allocation of DW in
various parts of the plant. Maximum reproductive–vegetative ratio (RVR) was maintained by cv CIM-448 and minimum in cv CIM-1100.
Data showed that a shift in DW allocation into reproductive organs was dependent upon sustained supply of K+ throughout the season. There were positive significant correlations (0.86, 0.71, and 0.90) between seed cotton yield and
