Cervical stenotic myelopathy (CSM) is the most common cause of noninfectious spinal cord ataxia in horses. Intra‐articular injection of corticosteroids into the facet joints of horses with CSM may relieve clinical signs of the disease process. However, there is a paucity of literature regarding the efficacy of facet injection therapy in horses with CSM. This retrospective study describes the return to normal function or improvement in performance of horses after ultrasound‐guided cervical facet injection that had previously shown signs of ataxia, obscure lameness or neck pain, prior to injection. 相似文献

为了探讨烟叶质量评价指标体系中各化学成分指标的相对重要性,采用优势分析法从化学成分与感官质量香气的角度对化学成分的重要性进行了评价.结果表明,应用灰色优势分析法并结合烟草化学分析可以找到与感官质量香气关系最密切的一组化学成分指标,针对北方区川渝烟叶基地烤烟,选择蛋白质、pH值、柠檬酸、油酸、己酸、二氢猕猴桃内酯、巨豆三烯酮D、苯乙醛和二氢大马酮作为烤烟化学成分的评价指标,从原评价指标体系的65个指标缩减为9个指标. 相似文献

对广东地区7年生杉木优良家系区域化测定试验林进行了实测调查与统计分析,结果表明:家系间胸径、单株材积有极显著差异,3个生长性状在地点间差异极显著,在家系×地点互作上表现为互作效应极显著,家系间生长存在遗传差异,不同家系对造林立地适应性有所不同,立地不同林分生长也不一样,说明开展区域试验是必要的。文章根据单株材积主效应、家系×地点互作效应及变异系数的统计结果,13个家系可分为速生稳定型、速生变化型、慢生稳定型和慢生变化型四种类型,对各类型家系作了应用评价。 相似文献

【目的】构建文冠果Xanthoceras sorbifolia不同类型的评价指标体系,为类型评价、实现分类经营提供依据。【方法】在掌握文冠果生物学特性及类型划分的基础上,应用层次分析法构建优良类型综合评价指标体系。【结果】综合评价指标体系由目标层、控制层和指标层组成。目标层由生长性状、种子及果实性状、产量性状、产油性状、物候期性状组成。指标层由19个具体指标组成。应用层次分析法、特尔斐法、指数综合评价法确定了各评价指标的权重和评价方法。利用该指标体系对内蒙古赤峰地区文冠果各类型进行评价的结果显示:花朵类型中,单瓣白花型和单瓣红花型的得分较高,分别为3.96和2.75;果实类型中,大球果型得分最高(3.98),其次是圆柱果型(3.67)、三棱果型(3.50),这3类为入选的丰产高油优良类型。【结论】所建立的评价指标体系能满足以油用为目的的文冠果优良类型选择要求。 相似文献

AIM:To explore the immunotherapeutic effect of adriamycin (ADM) combined with frozen-thawed antigen-sensitized dendritic cells (DCs) on cervical tumor-bearing mice. METHODS:The U14 cervical cancer model of Kunming mice was established by subcutaneous implantion of U14 cells in axillary fossa. DCs vaccine was prepared by U14 cervical cancer cell frozen-thawed antigen-sensitized mouse bone marrow-derived DCs. Mature phenotype of sensitized DCs was identified by flow cytometry. Tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into 4 groups and treated for 3 cycles with PBS (control), DCs vaccine, ADM and ADM combined with DCs vaccine, respectively. The tumor volume was evaluated. The tumor weight and the levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2), IL-12 and interferon γ (IFN-γ) in the serum were determined by ELISA on the 21st day. RESULTS:Cancer cell frozen-thawed antigen-sensitized DCs had higher expression levels of CD11C, CD80 and CD86. The volume and weight of the tumor in ADM combined with DCs vaccine group were less than those in ADM group, DCs vaccine group and control group. The tumor inhibitory rate in combination group was higher than that in the other 3 groups. Compared with the other 3 groups, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-12 and IFN-γ in combination group significantly increased. CONCLUSION:ADM combined with tumor antigen-sensitized DCs vaccine can strengthen the animal antitumor immune response and effectively inhibit the growth of tumor in cervical tumor-bearing mice. 相似文献

Reason for performing study: Localisation of spinal cord compression in horses with cervical vertebral stenotic myelopathy is inexact. Vertebral canal endoscopy has been used in man to localise spinal cord lesions and has the potential to become a useful diagnostic technique in horses. Objective: To establish a surgical approach via the atlanto‐occipital space to the cervical vertebral canal in equine cadavers and describe the endoscopic anatomy of the cervical epidural and subarachnoid spaces. Methods: The cadavers of 25 mature horses were used to assess 3 surgical methods to approach the cervical vertebral canal, including 2 minimally invasive and one open technique. Once the approach had been made, a flexible videoendoscope was inserted into the epidural space (epiduroscopy) or the subarachnoid space (myeloscopy) and advanced caudally until the intervertebral space between C7 and T1 was reached. Results: The epidural and subarachnoid spaces could not be accessed reliably using the minimally invasive techniques. Furthermore, damage to the nervous tissues was a frequent complication with these procedures. The open approach allowed successful insertion of the videoendoscope into the epidural and subarachnoid spaces in all horses and no inadvertent damage was observed. Anatomical structures that could be seen in the epidural space included the dura mater, nerve roots, fat and the ventral internal vertebral venous plexus. In the subarachnoid space, the spinal cord, nerve roots, blood vessels, denticulate ligaments and external branch of the accessory nerve were seen. Conclusions: Using the open approach, epiduroscopy and myeloscopy over the entire length of the cervical vertebral canal are possible in the mature horse. Potential relevance: Cervical vertebral canal endoscopy may become a valuable tool to localise the site of spinal cord injury in horses with cervical vertebral stenotic myelopathy and could aid in the diagnosis of other diseases of the cervical spinal cord. 相似文献
