为明确蚜虫在西藏工布自然保护区藏青杨(Populus szechuanica var.tibetica)叶片上的危害特征及其产生虫瘿的分布特点,基于野外调查数据,应用扩散系数(C)、Morisita指数(I)、Cassie指标(Ca)、平均拥挤度(M*)、Lloyd聚块性指标、负二项参数(K)、Iwao回归分析法、Taylor幂指数法对该区藏青杨叶片上虫瘿空间分布格局进行研究。结果表明,藏青杨叶片左上虫瘿出现率为25.36%、左下为24.30%、右上为24.98%、右下为25.36%,叶片左边为49.66%、右边为50.34%;藏青杨不同方向叶片上虫瘿出现的比率均在25%左右。藏青杨叶片上虫瘿主要以3~7个聚集的形式存在。虫瘿出现频次(y)与虫瘿数量级别(x)的拟合曲线为y=-2.150 3x~2+23.159x-7.309 1(R~2=0.818 4)。6级虫瘿数量最多,占总虫瘿数的22.15%。由虫瘿空间分布参数可知,藏青杨叶片上虫瘿空间分布呈聚集型,但虫瘿聚集强度不大。总体上虫瘿个体群大小随虫瘿密度的增加而增大,个体群指数L值平均大小为7.20。经拟合,虫瘿空间分布格局Iwao M*-M回归模型为M*=1.059 9m+0.523 4(R~2=0.993 9),Taylor模型为log S2=1.043 4logm+0.043 7(R~2=0.996 4),两模型均判定为聚集分布。综上,虫瘿在藏青杨不同方位的出现率相近,但在叶片上均呈聚集分布,虫瘿的聚集除与环境因素有关外,也与其生物学特性相关。  相似文献

In this study the starch digestion rates in broiler chickens from 18 samples of 5 commonly used feed grains (sorghum, wheat, maize, barley, triticale) were determined. The methodology to determine starch digestion rates in poultry is detailed herein. Starch digestion rates were not significantly different (P = 0.128) across the 18 feed grains, which reflects the wide variations that were observed within a given feedstuff. Nevertheless, starch digestion rates in broiler chickens offered wheat-based diets were significantly more rapid by 56.0% (0.117 versus 0.075 min−1; P = 0.012) than their sorghum-based counterparts on the basis of a pair-wise comparison. In descending order, the following starch digestion rates were observed: wheat (0.117 min−1), barley (0.104 min−1), triticale (0.093 min−1), maize (0.086 min−1), sorghum (0.075 min−1). The implications of these findings are discussed as they almost certainly have implications for poultry nutrition and the development of reduced crude protein diets for broiler chickens.  相似文献

Land degradation is a global problem. Best management of degraded land can be done by evaluating the spatial variability of soil properties including chemical properties of degraded land and mapping such variations. Since, a significant portion of arable land in India is chemically degraded due to soil acidity; the present study was conducted to study the spatial variability of soil acidity (pH), electrical conductivity (EC), soil organic carbon (OC) content, exchangeable potassium (K+), calcium (Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2+) contents in some cropped acid soils of India. A total of four hundred (one hundred from each series) representative surface (0–0.15 m depth) soil samples were collected from arable soils representing four soil series namely Hariharapur, Debatoli, Rajpora and Neeleswaram situated in Orissa, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh and Kerala states of India, respectively, and were analyzed. Soil acidity (pH between 3.90 and 6.45) showed a low variability, in contrast to other soil properties, which showed moderate variability. The coefficients of variation varied from 32.4 to 74.3, 31.2 to 50.9, 45.6 to 100, 71.9 to 93.0 and 59.0 to 79.8% for EC (mean between 0.05 and 0.09 dS m−1), OC (mean between 0.29 to 1.86%), exchangeable K+ (mean between 39.1 and 77.7 mg kg−1), Ca2+ (mean between 148 and 293 mg kg−1) and Mg2+ (mean between 111 and 191 mg kg−1), respectively. Soil pH and OC content were positively and significantly correlated with exchangeable K+, Ca2+ and Mg2+ content. Geostatistical analysis revealed that the best fit models were gaussian, exponential and spherical for different soil properties with moderate to strong spatial dependency. Fire products have been widely identified as germination cues for a number of species from both fire-prone and fire-free ecosystems. However, there is uncertainty about the effects of fire products on seed germination of semi-arid rangeland species. We examined the germination of seven dominant species from Central Zagros rangelands in the semi-arid region of Iran under various heat shock (60, 80 and 120 °C), aerosol smoke, ash and control treatments. Our findings showed that fire products could enhance, inhibit or not affect the seed germination of rangeland species in this area. The germination percentage of Astragalus adscendens increased following 60 °C heat treatment in comparison with the control. The germination of Astragalus verus, Bromus tectorum, B. tomentellus and Phlomis olivieri were increased significantly using smoke treatment (P<0.0001). The seed germination of B. tomentellus and B. tectorum was promoted by ash treatment, whereas the other species exhibited no response or were inhibited by fire products. In addition, smoke treatment shortened the overall germination time of B. tectorum. These findings suggest that fire products affect the germination of several species and can serve as potential tools for understanding the vegetation dynamics and restoration of disturbed semi-arid rangelands.  相似文献

Phenotypic variation in organisms depends on the genotype and the environmental constraints of the habitat that they exploit. Therefore, for marine species inhabiting contrasting aquatic conditions, it is expected to find covariation between the shape and its spatial distribution. We studied the morphology of the head and cephalic sensory canals of the eelpout Austrolycus depressiceps (4.5–22.5 cm TL) across its latitudinal distribution in South Pacific (45°S–55°S). Geometric morphometric analyses show that the shape varied from individuals with larger snout and an extended suborbital canal to individuals with shorter snouts and frontally compressed suborbital canal. There was size variation across the sampled populations, but that size does not have a clear latitudinal gradient. Only 8% of the shape variation relates to this size variation (allometry), represented by a decrease in the relative size of the eye, and a depression of the posterior margin of the head. There were spatial differences in the shape of the head, but these differences were probably caused by allometric effects. Additionally, 2 of the canals of the cephalic lateralis pores and the head shape showed modularity in its development. This study shows that the morphology of marine fish with a shallow distribution varies across distances of hundreds of kilometers (i.e., phenotypic modulation).  相似文献

不同草地处理措施对植被和土壤会产生重要的影响。为探究不同草地处理措施对草甸草地的影响,以科尔沁草甸草地不同点为研究对象,设置围封(UNM)、围封+刈割(M)、围封+火烧(F)、放牧(G)4种处理,针对生长季土壤脲酶(S-UE)、碱性磷酸酶(S-AKP)、蔗糖酶(S-SC)活性和植被特征等开展研究,以探究草甸草地的最佳处理方式。结果显示:1)土壤酶活性随着土层深度的增加而降低,不同处理间的差异随着土层深度增加逐渐降低。2)放牧较围封处理,不同点植被高度、盖度、地上生物量和酶活性均降低,而丰富度指数增加。3)刈割较围封处理,不同功能群物种的补偿能力不同,禾本科的补偿能力大于菊科。4)火烧较围封处理,不同点植被高度、盖度、地上生物量、丰富度指数和3种水解酶活性均增加。5)多年刈割较放牧处理,植被高度、盖度和地上生物量和蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶活性均增加,丰富度指数和土壤脲酶活性均降低。综上所述,控制性火烧是半干旱地区草甸草地的最佳处理方式。  相似文献

棉铃发育过程中,苏杂16单铃子棉主的提高表现为二个方面:一是纤维干重的增加,1991~1992两年平均增加10.0%;二是种子重量的提高,两年平均单铃种仁重增加9.4%。单铃纤维干重的增长与棉铃对位叶大小呈正相关关系,与棉铃对位叶中全N含量呈负相关关系.该杂文组合在棉铃发育过程中表现了较强的“源”“库”生理优势,光合产物积累多,营养物质运转快是该组合获得高产的重要生理基础。  相似文献
