刺槐无性系种子园老龄母树截干矮化试验

利用刺槐萌蘖力强的特性,对刺槐无性系种子园老龄化后的树体进行截干试验,促使其萌蘖形成新的树冠,并进行整形修剪,结果表明:老龄母树截干矮化,效果良好,达到预期目标。解决了原母树树体高大釆种困难的问题,为提高刺槐种子园老龄化后种子产量和质量进行了有益的探索。     

河北植物新记录——臭荠属(Coronopus Zinn)

报道了河北种子植物新记录属臭荠属(Coronopus Zinn)及新记录种臭荠[Coronopus didymus(L.)J.E.Smith]。     

Development of IP and SCAR markers linked to the yellow seed color gene in Brassica juncea L.

Previous studies showed that the yellow seed color gene of a yellow mustard was located on the A09 chromosome. In this study, the sequences of the molecular markers linked to the yellow seed color gene were analyzed, the gene was primarily mapped to an interval of 23.304 to 29.402M. Twenty genes and eight markers’ sequences in this region were selected to design the IP and SCAR primers. These primers were used to screen a BC₈S₁ population consisting of 1256 individuals. As a result, five IP and five SCAR markers were successfully developed. IP4 and Y1 were located on either side of the yellow seed color gene at a distance of 0.1 and 0.3 cM, respectively. IP1, IP2 and IP3 derived from Bra036827, Bra036828, Bra036829 separately, co-segregated with the target gene. BLAST analysis indicated that the sequences of newly developed markers showed good collinearity with those of the A09 chromosome, and that the target gene might exist between 27.079 and 27.616M. In light of annotations of the genes in this region, only Bra036828 is associated with flavonoid biosynthesis. This gene has high similarity with the TRANSPARENT TESTA6 gene, Bra036828 was hence identified as being the gene possibly responsible for yellow seed color, in our research.     

大兴安岭地区兴安落叶松种子园球果花蝇防治技术

利用综合防治方法对加格达奇兴安落叶松种子园落叶松球果花蝇进行防治,结果表明:防治效果达到90%时,种子园出种率提高了10%,大幅度减少良种种子损失,增加良种供给率。     

低碳节约型园林的探索

随着社会经济和城市建设的迅速发展，自然资源和生态环境等面临着巨大压力，矛盾日益突出，本文主要结合目前非常流行的低碳经济讨论了建设节约型的园林。     

四种柱花草种子萌发中参与氮代谢的酶活性变化

研究了4种柱花草种子萌发过程中参与氮代谢的蛋白酶、肽酶和硝酸还原酶活性的动态变化。结果表明,蛋白酶的活性随着柱花草种子萌发的深入而不断上升,在种子即将露白胚根突破种皮的时候蛋白酶活性达到最大值。此后,随着胚芽的生长蛋白酶活性逐渐降低,其中热研2号柱花草的蛋白酶活性高于其他3种;肽酶活性的变化总体呈上升趋势;硝酸还原酶呈S型变化。了解柱花草种子萌发期各种酶活性的变化规律,为深入研究柱花草种子萌发时贮藏物质的动员和代谢机理提供数据。     

Perivascular wall tumour presenting as pastern mass in a Standardbred gelding

A 2-year-old Standardbred gelding was referred for a mass on the palmaromedial right front pastern which was accompanied by progressively worsening lameness. The mass was firm to palpation and covered by normal skin. Ultrasonographically, a smooth encapsulated mass was present, medial to the flexor tendons and palmar to the neurovascular bundle. Because of a poor prognosis for future athletic performance without surgical or chemotherapeutic intervention and economic constraints preventing further diagnostics and treatment, the horse was euthanised. Post-mortem magnetic resonance imaging, histopathology and immunohistochemistry revealed the mass to be a perivascular wall tumour, the first record of such a neoplasia in the horse.
