A Furry Synthetic Evaluation Model in Capital Structure Decisions

This paper analyzes the limitation of regarding the weighted average cost of capital as the optimal standard of capital structure in the traditional capital structure decision-making method, and analyzes the view that the capital structure is affected by many factors,such as earning power, long-term stability of operating, the attitudes held by owners and operators, the attitudes held by creditors and financial risk. With the example, the affecting factors of the capital structure is analyzed. The fuzzy synthetic evaluation model are employed to decision-making of the capital structure. This article also shows the key point of its application.     

Slab Defect Diagnosis and Predicting System Based on Rough Set Theory

In accordance with the special characteristics of state medium-sized construction enterprises and their reform objects of "having a free hand and enlivening", the suitable objective model, the stock cooperative system for state medium-sized construction enterprises has been put forward in this paper by analyzing the system mechanism of stock cooperative system enterprises. Then the causes for it were expounded.     

Nash Equilibrium Mechanic of Environmental and Human Capital

The externality of surrounding is introduced into the 2-capital of economical increasing models, which includes human factors, to explore the influences of circumstances contradiction on the human capital formation. The normal and special nash equilibrium of environmental and human capital is presented through a limited boundary model of overlapping generations. The character of equilibrium trail and its economical meaning are examined. The study on the model shows that laissez faire economy will be either stagnant,growing,or collapsing in the long-run,depending on the returns of the learning technology with respect to the two kinds of capital,the initial state of economy,and the relative price of the environmental and consumption goods.     

An Analysis of Principal-Agent of Game under the Asymmetric Information in Venture Capital

The relationship of investors and venture capitalists is an important part in venture capital. Based on asymmetric information, this paper analyzes the principal agent relationship between investors and venture capitalists with game theory. And this paper mainly discusses the choosing, controlling and incentive problem. It suggests that only the capable and self confident venture capitalists could accept the terms of the limited partnership. It also indicates that recompense mechanism which holds the interest of investors and that of venture capitalists tightly is the center of the limited partnership. Rate of yield is the key of recompense mechanism, it not only reflects the incentive on venture capitalists, also reflects the share of risk between investors and venture capitalists. At last, the market credit play an important role in venture capital.     

人力资本投资、财政性农业投资与农业发展

基于一个结合新古典增长与内生增长原理的模型,从理论上分析了人力资本投资对农业摆脱低水平陷阱,实现可持续发展的重要作用。在此基础上,运用我国1978—2004年的数据检验了人力资本投资以及财政性农业投资对农业发展作用,实证结果对理论分析提供了有力的支持。     

社会资本对农民工返乡创业意愿的影响效应分析——基于互联网嵌入视角

农民工返乡创业能够有效培育农村经济发展的内生力量,对促进乡村振兴战略具有重要现实意义。在当前信息时代背景下,社会资本因互联网的嵌入已分化为现实社会资本和虚拟社会资本,这对农民工返乡创业意愿的影响效应可能不同。基于互联网嵌入视角,利用西安市406个农民工的微观调查数据,运用结构方程模型,分析现实社会资本和虚拟社会资本对农民工返乡创业意愿的影响效应。结果表明,农民工返乡创业意愿较为强烈;现实社会资本对农民工返乡创业意愿具有直接正向影响;虚拟社会资本对农民工返乡创业意愿具有直接负向影响、间接正向影响;虚拟社会资本可以转化为现实社会资本;虚拟社会资本正在逐步取代部分现实社会资本成为提升农民工返乡创业意愿的重要推力;互联网嵌入对于现实社会资本具有直接负向影响,对虚拟社会资本具有直接正向影响,对农民工返乡创业意愿没有直接影响。据此,提出加快农村地区经济组织发展,增加现实社会资本的累积;建立并完善信息服务平台,加强互联网信息审核机制的政策建议。     

PPP模式下公共图书馆提供公共文化服务新探析 ——"图书馆+纪录片院线"

[目的/意义]文章以中国PPP模式下公共图书馆提供公共文化服务为研究对象,提出“图书馆+纪录片院线”的构想,该项目不仅可以丰富公共图书馆提供公共文化服务的形式,还能促进纪录片产业的良性发展。[方法/过程]简要概述了公共图书馆与社会资本合作的现状,指出了发展过程中所存在的一些问题,并对“图书馆+纪录片院线”项目的意义和可行性进行了分析。[结果/结论]提出努力开拓市场、提高宣传效力,树立正确观念、合理合法收费,选择合适伙伴,发挥公共图书馆优势、提供特色服务,联合多方力量、克服潜在阻力等对策。     

农村普惠金融对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响研究——基于空间溢出效应的视角

提高农业绿色全要素生产率是实现农业高质量发展的必由之路,也是落实绿色发展理念和推进农业现代化转型的题中之义。在测度农村普惠金融发展水平和农业绿色全要素生产率的基础上,运用空间杜宾模型和调节效应模型实证检验农村普惠金融、人力资本对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响效果。研究发现：农村普惠金融能够显著提升本地区与相邻地区农业绿色全要素生产率;人力资本积累有利于提升相邻地区农业绿色全要素生产率,但对本地区农业绿色全要素生产率的提升无显著影响;人力资本水平越高,农村普惠金融对农业绿色全要素生产率的提升效果越明显,且具有空间溢出效应。进一步研究发现,农村普惠金融的发展主要通过提高农户对金融业务接纳度来推动本地区农业绿色全要素生产率提升。在农村普惠金融对农业绿色全要素生产率的空间溢出效应中,增加金融覆盖密度、改善金融使用情况以及提高金融服务效率均有利于相邻地区农业绿色全要素生产率提升,促进效果依次减弱。因此,深入发展农村普惠金融,以人力资本为载体,重点培育金融服务型人才、构建农村普惠金融与人力资本的协同发展机制是实现农业绿色全要素生产率全面提升的优选之路。
