使用PMSG等激素提高四川黄牛繁殖效率研究再报

在初报基础上改进用药方法、扩大试验规模到２４头。发情率９５．８％，总受胎率７０．８％，得一胎孪生牛；校正后的产Ｄｕ间隔以对照组有显著缩短。该处理方法在缩短空怀期、治疗屡配不孕等方面表现了良好作用。重点讨论了该方法的适应范围、对动物选择的要求，以及处理后再发情时间与受孕效果的关系。     

参考蒸发蒸腾仪的研制及其应用研

根据植物的蒸腾机理与土壤的蒸发机制，利用生物膜技术，研制了参考蒸发蒸腾仪。该仪器可很好地模拟土壤蒸发与植物蒸腾的自然物理过程。从理论上对仪器直接测定法与Penman-Monteith法、蒸发皿法进行了对比分析。在应用试验上，利用蒸渗仪值对三种方法进行了校核，结果表明：仪器直接测定法的精度稍差于Penman-Monteith法，但较蒸发皿法有很大提高。仪器使用方便、维护简单、价格低廉，易为我国普遍存在的经济与文化水平不高的农民用户所接受，将有良好的商品化开发及广阔的市场应用前景。

Finite Element Analysis on Interaction of Neighboring Highway Tunnels under Construction

Recently, the construction of neighboring highway tunnels with small interval gets more and more in China. The construction of such tunnels proceeds usually by excavating one after another. The second tunnel is constructed with the surrounding rock disturbed by the first one. And the construction of second tunnel also has effect on the first excavated one. For revealing the interaction laws of such tunnel construction in combination with the engineering practice of Lanfeng tunnel at Jinshan Road in Chongqing, The FE numerical simulation analysis was used to study the characters of surrounding rock deformation, stress field, and plastic zone of the tunnel. From this analysis, it clearly shows that the excavation of second tunnel has significant influence on the first one. This study provides a scientific basis for design and excavation of neighboring highway tunnels.     

Chromosomal location of genes for resistance to powdery mildew in common wheat (Triticum aestivum L. em Thell.). 9. Gene MlZec1 from the Triticum dicoccoides-derived wheat line Zecoi-1

The Triticum dicoccoides-derived wheat line Zecoi-1 provides effective protection against powdery mildew. F₃ segregation analysis of Chinese Spring × Zecoi-1 hybrids showed that resistance in line Zecoi-1 is controlled by a single dominant gene. Amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) analysis of bulked segregants from F₃s showing the homozygous resistant and susceptible phenotypes identified eight markers, of which four were associated with the resistance allele in repulsion phase. Following the assignment of these four repulsion phase AFLP markers to wheat chromosome 2B with the aid of Chinese Spring nulli-tetrasomic lines, they were physically mapped in the terminal breakpoint interval 0.89 (2BL-6)–1.00 (telomere) of chromosome 2BL. Genetic and physical mapping of simple sequence repeat markers from the distal half of chromosome 2BL located the wild emmer-derived powdery mildew resistance gene distal of breakpoint 0.89 in deletion line 2BL-6. Based on disease response patterns, genomic origin and chromosomal location the resistance gene in Zecoi-1 is temporarily designated MlZec1.
