黄淮海平原集约种植条件下土壤有机质动态模拟

A modified CQESTR model, a simple yet useful model frequently used for estimating carbon sequestration in agricultural soils, was developed and applied to evaluate the effects of intensive cropping on soil organic matter （SOM） dynamics and mineralization as well as to estimate carbon dioxide emission from agricultural soils at seven sites on the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain of China. The model was modified using site-specific parameters from short- and mid-term buried organic material experiments at four stages of biomass decomposition. The predicted SOM results were validated using independent data from seven long-term （10- to 20-year） soil fertility experiments in this region. Regression analysis on 1 151 pairs of predicted and measured SOM data had an r2 of 0.91 （P≤0.01）. Therefore, the modified model was able to predict the mineralization of crop residues, organic amendments, and native SOM. Linear regression also showed that SOM mineralization rate （MR） in the plow layer increased by 0.22% when annual crop yield increased by 1 t ha^-1 （P ≤ 0.01）, suggesting an improvement in SOM quality. Apparently, not only did the annual soil respiration efftux merely reflect the intensity of soil organism and plant metabolism, but also the SOM MR in the plow layer. These results suggested that the modified model was simple yet valuable in predicting SOM trends at a single agricultural field and could be a powerful tool for estimating C-storage potential and reconstructing C storage on the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain of China.

云南烟草丛枝症病害研究 VI综合防治技术的研究与示范推广

１９９４至１９９８年，在云南烟草丛枝症病害的重病区进行药剂治疗和治虫防病等研究，并进行大面积综合防治技术示范（３１１５ｈｍ２）和推广工作（６４０３２ｈｍ２），结果表明：抗生素类药剂和抗病毒制剂无治疗效果，单纯治虫防病的效果也不理想，采用以网罩隔离育苗培育无毒苗、药剂控制传媒昆虫、淘汰和更换病苗、保健栽培为技术核心的综合防治措施，能够有效地控制病害的发生和流行，防治效果在９５％以上．     

犬牙齿保健日粮配方及加工工艺的优化研究

本试验为了优化牙齿保健处方犬日粮配方和加工工艺，采用三因素(小麦面筋、明胶、甘油)正交试验设计，筛选出小麦面筋、明胶、甘油最佳添加比例。研究结果表明,小麦面筋添加比例越低，硬度相对较高；甘油比例提高，硬度和表观状态也相应地提高；明胶比例越高，硬度越大，韧性越好。筛选出牙齿保健处方犬日粮的最佳配方为小麦面筋35％、明胶6％、甘油15％、去离子水15％、膨化玉米粉27％、乳化剂0.5％、其它微量成分1.5％。根据饲料原料的性质探索出处方犬日粮的适合加工工艺为将小麦面筋、玉米粉、乳化剂、淀粉在干物质状态下混合均匀，将明胶与甘油混合均匀，然后将两者混在一起搅匀，加入适量水后揉成面饼，放在恒温箱中于72 ℃烘烤6 h。

Young of the Midas cichlid get biologically active nonnutrients by eating mucus from the surface of their parents

Fry (first mobile offspring) of the Midas cichlid,Cichlasoma citrinellum, feed on the epidermal mucus of their parents. Ingesting mucus increased at first then fluctuated during the four-week period of parental care of swimming young (fry). Total protein in the mucus was assessed using Bio-Rad-Protein-assays. Western blots revealed prolactin (tiPRL 177 and traces of tiPRL 188) and growth hormone (tiGH). Thyroxine (T₄) was also detected quantitatively by RIA. Fry with parents grew faster initially than those raised without. The growth rate of fry isolated from parents increased, however, when fed daily about 0.01 mg ovine PRL or ovine GH. Museum of Vertebrate Zoology The genus Cichlasoma, sensu lato, has been thrown into uncertainty by the restriction of the name to some South American species; until the generic allocations of the many Central American species in this nominal genus are resolved, Stiassny (1991) recommends retaining the generic name for them but enclosing it in a single quote.     

消维康对初生羔羊的保育作用观察

用消维康口服液对初生羔羊进行保育试验，结果：试验组羔羊比对照组羔羊多增重1.6kg和1.87kg，发病率比对照组降低26.8%，成活率比对照组提高9.2%，效果明显。     

A comprehensive study of silicone-based cosmetic textile agent

In recent years, textile materials have also found applications in the cosmetic field as more and more commercial cosmetic textile agents are now available in the market. In this paper, one commercially available cosmetic textile agent (CTA) for skin caring benefits was used for making the cosmetic textiles. Systematic characterization methods were established to assess their performance in terms of material identification, fabric performance properties as well as biological safety and biological response to human skin. The experimental results showed that after the treatment of cosmetic textile agent, the fiber surface was covered with a thin layer of smooth material, thereby contributing several alterations to fabric properties and providing a better hand feel to human body. The durability of cosmetic textile was considerably satisfactory with respect to the abrasion resistance and washing cycles. The experimental results also illustrated that the cosmetic textiles might probably enhance the replacement of cells with the newly regenerated ones in the skin structure of human body, and thus provided a more efficient turning-over and replacement of skin components.
