证券投资基金是十分重要的金融工具，我国的证券投资基金才刚刚起步，立法的缺陷导致目前证券投资基金行业存在很多问题，严重损伤了投资者的积极性。本文主要探讨了基金管理人的法定义务(忠实、注意义务)，及其监督机制。     

庞泉沟自然保护区保健功能及效益研究

通过对庞泉沟自然保护区森林资源涵水净水、维持氧碳平衡、净化空气、产生负氧离子、消减噪音、调节气候、散发芳香物、保持眼视觉功能的分析可知区内环境清新、幽静、舒适,对人体有良好的保健作用,折算成货币,其保健效益为173.4万元/a.     

Effects of intraoperative positive end-expiratory pressure and fraction of inspired oxygen on postoperative oxygenation in dogs undergoing stifle surgery

ObjectiveTo compare the effects of fraction of inspired oxygen (FiO₂) with the addition of positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) during anesthesia on arterial oxygenation in the first 4 postoperative hours in dogs. We hypothesized that compared with dogs breathing FiO₂ ≥ 0.95 and no PEEP (ZEEP), the use of intraoperative PEEP would improve postoperative oxygenation, and that the use of PEEP combined with an FiO₂ of 0.4 would further improve it.Study designProspective, randomized study.AnimalsA total of 30 dogs undergoing unilateral stifle surgery.MethodsUsing a standardized anesthetic protocol, dogs were assigned to either FiO₂ ≥ 0.95 and ZEEP, FiO₂ ≥ 0.95 and 5 cmH₂O PEEP or FiO₂ 0.4 and 5 cmH₂O PEEP. All dogs were mechanically ventilated with a tidal volume of 12 mL kg^–1. Dogs breathed room air after recovery from anesthesia. Arterial blood gases were measured during surgical closure and 10, 120 and 240 minutes after extubation. Demographic characteristics were compared with Kruskal–Wallis tests. The effects of treatment and time on the PaO₂, PaCO₂, PaO₂:FiO₂ and shunt fraction (F-shunt) were assessed with mixed-effect models.ResultsThe PaO₂ and F-shunt were lower during anesthesia for dogs breathing FiO₂ 0.4. No differences among groups were measured after extubation for any variable.Conclusions and clinical relevanceCompared with dogs ventilated with FiO₂ ≥ 0.95 and ZEEP, application of 5 cmH₂O PEEP did not improve intraoperative gas exchange. The combination of 5 cmH₂O PEEP and FiO₂ 0.4 resulted in lower intraoperative F-shunt values. However, no benefits from those maneuvers on postoperative PaO₂ and F-shunt were recorded after extubation, suggesting that alterations in pulmonary function imposed by anesthesia were reversed soon after extubation.

湘南丘陵地桉树纸浆林栽培模式研究

桉树已成为湖南湘南地区栽培的主要纸浆林树种。通过对桉树肥料、整地、密度等分析，得出湘南地区桉树集约经营的主要栽培模式：使用较耐寒的桉树品种(赤桉、邓恩桉、柳桉)的优良无性系或种源，15-20cm的容器苗，整地方式为人工带垦、中穴或机耕，每穴施放430g磷肥作为底肥，其间追施尿素65g、氯化钾肥25g，或追加氯化钾50g，或追加尿素130g，造林密度为1667-2505株/hm^2，轮伐期6-8年，栽植后要连续抚育3年，每年1-2次，主要是松土、扩穴、培蔸、施肥、控制杂草、防治病虫害。     

不同用途毛竹林的施肥研究 Ⅱ.毛竹笋用林丰产经营技术*

为探索高产稳产毛竹笋用林经营技术,以研究施肥方法为主,利用正交设计原理,布置了一个具有2次重复,4因子3水平(A.毛竹林密度,B.挖山深度,C.施肥剂量,D.施肥时间与次数)的试验,设计中加设无处理措施的对照小区,以增加试验结果的可靠性。 连续5年分别统计10种处理的春笋产量,并对数据进行正交设计的直观分析和时间裂区设计的方差分析。结果表明,处理2(A_1B_2C_2D_2)、处理4(A_2B_2C_2D_3)和处理5(A_2B_2C_3D_1)为试验中的三种最佳处理组合,于正常年景可比对照增产近10倍。据综合分析的结果,建议在我国亚热带中、北部山地毛竹笋用林中推行中等水平(A_2B_2C_2D_2)的经营方式。采用该套技术经营的毛竹笋用林,每度(二年)每公顷林地可以增产春笋2万kg左右,除去经营成本可增收0.7万元。     

Alchornea cordifolia,a promising indigenous browse species adapted to acid soils in southeastern Nigeria for integrated crop-livestock agroforestry production systems

Dry matter (DM) production, crude protein, phosphorus fibre contents and goat preference for eight indigenous browse species,Alchornea cordifolia, Diallum guineense, Ficus capensis, Baphia nitida, Manniophytum fulvum, Homalium aylmeri, Glyphaea brevis andRauwolfia vomitoria, and for two exotics,Leucaena leucocephala andGliricidia sepium, in cultivated plots were compared on acid soil in southeastern Nigeria. Total DM production was higher (P<0.05) forAlchornea cordifolia than for the other browse species.Glyphaea brevis andL. leucocephala were the most preferred species, whileA. cordifolia, G. sepium andR. vomitoria were the least. Mean crude protein content of browse species in this study was higher, whileP and neutral detergent fibre were lower than reported for other browse species in Nigeria. It is argued that the ultimate goal of a crop-livestock agroforestry system such as alley farming, could be better achieved through the complementary use of browse species.

云南烟草丛枝症病害研究 VI综合防治技术的研究与示范推广

１９９４至１９９８年，在云南烟草丛枝症病害的重病区进行药剂治疗和治虫防病等研究，并进行大面积综合防治技术示范（３１１５ｈｍ２）和推广工作（６４０３２ｈｍ２），结果表明：抗生素类药剂和抗病毒制剂无治疗效果，单纯治虫防病的效果也不理想，采用以网罩隔离育苗培育无毒苗、药剂控制传媒昆虫、淘汰和更换病苗、保健栽培为技术核心的综合防治措施，能够有效地控制病害的发生和流行，防治效果在９５％以上．     

犬牙齿保健日粮配方及加工工艺的优化研究

本试验为了优化牙齿保健处方犬日粮配方和加工工艺，采用三因素(小麦面筋、明胶、甘油)正交试验设计，筛选出小麦面筋、明胶、甘油最佳添加比例。研究结果表明,小麦面筋添加比例越低，硬度相对较高；甘油比例提高，硬度和表观状态也相应地提高；明胶比例越高，硬度越大，韧性越好。筛选出牙齿保健处方犬日粮的最佳配方为小麦面筋35％、明胶6％、甘油15％、去离子水15％、膨化玉米粉27％、乳化剂0.5％、其它微量成分1.5％。根据饲料原料的性质探索出处方犬日粮的适合加工工艺为将小麦面筋、玉米粉、乳化剂、淀粉在干物质状态下混合均匀，将明胶与甘油混合均匀，然后将两者混在一起搅匀，加入适量水后揉成面饼，放在恒温箱中于72 ℃烘烤6 h。
