早期限饲对肉鸡肌肉生长及生产性能的长期影响

本研究旨在比较不同生长阶段隔日限饲(早期限饲:1~14日龄限饲,后期限饲:50~63日龄限饲)对肉鸡肌肉生长及相关激素水平的影响,并探讨早期限饲对肉鸡肌肉生长的程序化作用。试验结果:1)早期限饲组整个试验阶段体重均极显著低于对照组,后期限饲组限饲一周后体重显著低于对照组并于63日龄实现完全补偿生长;2)早期限饲组14日龄和63日龄胸肌、腓肠肌重均显著低于对照组;后期限饲组63日龄胸肌、腓肠肌重均显著低于对照组,且二者与早期限饲组均差异不显著;3)早期限饲显著降低了14日龄肉鸡肌肉中DNA、RNA和蛋白含量,63日龄恢复至正常水平,且核酸、蛋白水平在胸肌和腓肠肌内的趋势表现不一致;4)早期限饲组14日龄血清中T3、T4水平均显著低于对照组,63日龄血清T3水平仍显著低于对照组;后期限饲组63日龄血清T3水平显著低于对照组,T4水平与对照组差异不显著。结果表明:1)限饲可显著阻碍肉鸡肌肉的生长;2)不同部位的肌肉对限饲的敏感度不同;3)早期营养因子对肉鸡肌肉的生长具有"程序化"作用,甲状腺激素可能参与这些过程的调节。     

不同株型玉米苗期生长,光合速率及对肥料的反应

在人工气候室中，对盆栽条件下不同熟期的紧凑型与平展型玉米比较研究表明，单株玉米对土壤养分的反应株型间无规律性差异；不同熟期玉米间存在明显的规律性差异。植株苗期生长速率及高低土壤肥力下的差异与叶片Ｎ、Ｋ含量，光俣速率及不同光强，不同ＣＯ２浓度与的反应差异间存在明显的相关性。不同品种间苗期光合速率差异明显，土壤肥力高低对玉米苗期光合速率影响很大。     

An Overview on Fiberoptic Sensing Technology in Smart Civil Structure

The paper discuss the concept of fiberoptic smart civil structure,and analysis the principle of non destructive evaluation of civil structure with the help of embeded fiberoptic sensor in sensing the inner state and integrity of the structure.The typical experiment and development of fiberoptic sensing system in the health monitoring of dam,highway,bridge and buildings are overriewed.     

Bubbleless Aerated Membrane Bioreactor for Ramie Degumming Wastewater Treatment

Through introducing the principle of bubbleless aerated membrane bioreactor, the traditional membrane bioreactor was improved. It could be obtained that the removal efficiency of COD and NH3 - N in bubbleless aerated membrane bioreactor increased 4% and 2% than that in traditional membrane bioreactor, respectively. Adopting bubbleless aeration as reflushing air which not only increased DO in the MBR, but also advanced the oxygen utilization, and the energy consumption decreased as well.     

Some Ideas on Reconstruction of Villages inside the City

In this paper, the historical reasons of formation of the village inside the city are analyzed. It is indicated that such situation for the villages inside the city are the result of joint action of both the villagers and the government. The foundation of villages inside the city laid on the simple compensation for farmers in confiscating the rural land and lack of intelligence aids. In this paper, the ideas and measures for their reconstruction are put forward based on consideration of the reasons of their formation and difficulties in the reconstruction.     

AN APPRONTMATE CALCULATING METHOD FOR WALL PLATES OF MAN'' S DRY GAS HOLDERS

The basic equations of wall plates of MAN' S dry gas holders are derived in this paper. According to the law of cylindrical bending given by the finite element results .we derive some approximate formula calculating the deflection and stresses of the wall plates from the basic equations. Compared with the known approximate calculating method.the method car. obviously increase the percision.     

Ecological Technology Strategy-the Typologic Analysis and Research of Double-Skin Facade

As a renovation envelope, double-skin facade has the characteristics of environmental function and unique aesthetic effect. In this paper, the composition and functional characteristics of double skin facade is introduced briefly, its development history and a detailed typologic analysis combined with typical cases is reviewed. It is pointed out that the double skin facade has a bright future in 21~(st) century and the function and aesthetics are the footstone for its typologic research.     

Structural Analysis and Discussion of Wide -stayed Bridge Basket

Based on a cable -stayed bridge girder as an example, the structure and function, the operating principle and calculation model of the main elements of the Basket of wide - stayed bridge were described in detail. A further discussion was carried out on the Basket of Cantilever construction of the main beam in the structure.
