小型枝桠削片机的结构分析

小型枝桠削片机主要用于伐区加工直径为60～80 mm的枝桠,要求其体积小、结构简单、移动方便和易于操纵,因此在结构设计上有其特殊性.在分析其结构特点的基础上,找出影响木片加工质量的因素,提出改进建议,以利于产品的设计和改进.

Considerations for the use of neonicotinoid pesticides in management of Bactericera cockerelli (Šulk) (Hemiptera: Triozidae)

Bactericera cockerelli is a pest on multiple solanaceous crop plants and is the sole vector for the bacteria Candidatus Liberibacter psyllaurous. When the pathogen is present, feeding by these psyllids results in ‘vein greening’ disease in peppers and tomatoes, and “zebra chip” disease in potatoes. Currently, management is based entirely on the application of pesticides, including two neonicotinoid compounds. Populations of B. cockerelli collected in southern Texas in 2006 and 2012 were examined for reduced susceptibility and behavioral responses to imidacloprid.Tests comparing imidacloprid and thiamethoxam demonstrated that both can reduce nymph numbers in the field, but retention and effective periods vary among application methods and compounds. In addition, imidacloprid and thiamethoxam are both sensitive to the amount of water applied during irrigation. Collectedly, these results suggest that imidacloprid is unlikely to be effective in controlling B. cockerelli in south Texas. Moreover, its use needs to be carefully considered in other locations even where resistance has not yet been detected. Finally, thiamethoxam may be useful, but careful attention must be paid to irrigation and rainfall level, application method, and timing of application.

利用AFM机械刻划的切屑形成试验

切屑的形成和对切屑产生影响的因素是机械加工中的一项重要研究内容。基于原子力显微镜AFM的机械刻划加工方法,对超精密加工中切屑的形成、形貌的影响因素的研究具有重要意义。通过阐述原子力显微镜的工作原理及针尖刻划过程,应用纳米压痕理论对基于AFM的机械刻划加工机理、切屑形成过程进行分析。随后通过变化不同参数如进给量、刻划速度、垂直载荷和不同进给方向等进行刻划试验,通过扫描电镜对刻划后试件形成切屑进行观察。通过实验结果,分析各种参数对切屑的形成、形貌的影响和变化规律。     

全树削片的研究

本文概要介绍了国内外全树削片的情况。论述了全树木片的生产、应用、存在的问题、解决的办法和我国开展全树削片的前景。指出，我国在３０多年木片生产的基础上，可开展全树削片试验，进而建造全树削片生产基地，利用扶育伐、低产林改造等林木或营造速生纤维林进行全树削片。它将成为林业企业新的经济增长点。是发展、振兴森林工业，使森工企业走出低谷的一项重要措施。     

模拟数控铣床的改造

本文对数控模拟铣床的改造,进给机构用两个步进电动机做动力源,控制系统用8051单片机作为主控制器,用数字信息通过单片机传送给步进电动机控制其按一定方式运行,即可达到零件的加工要求。     

Analysis of parental effects on mean vine maturity and chip colour of 4x.2x potato progenies

Summary The parental effects on progenies from potato 4x.2x(FDR) crosses were analyzed to determine anether and to what extent selection criteria used for selecting tetraploid breeding lines have to be adjusted when selecting diploid breeding lines. For vine maturity and chip colour multiple regression analysis of progeny means on means of diploid and tetraploid parents revealed high coefficients of determination (R²) for both characters, indicating good predicting power of the performance of both diploid and tetraploid parents on the performance of their 4x.2x progenies. For vine maturity the multiple regression slope for the tetraploid perents was significantly larger than for the diploid parents, and progeny means were towards the tetraploid parents. This indicates that selection criteria for vine maturity may be less stringent at the diploid level. However, diploids may be earlier maturing than tetraploids and therefore selection criteria can better be similar at both ploidy levels. For chip colour, multiple regression slopes for diploid and tetraploid parents were similar and progeny means were towards the darkest coloured parent irrespective of its ploidy level. This indicates that selection of breeding lines for chip colour can be conducted similarly at both ploidy levels.
