The biological effects of ELFMES including proliferation and apoptosis of cells as well as the damage of DNA are initially evaluated with the treatment of plant cells and human pulmonary fibroblasts in low frequency magnetic fields with certain intensity and different time intervals in vitro. Cell culture, counting in vitro, fluorescent dyeing analysis and single cell gel electrophoresis are adopted. A new type of inorganic anchoring material is developed as a substitution for anchoring adhesive to overcome some imperfections in the process of planting reinforcing steel bar.The mix proportion of the anchoring material is determined by experiments.The compressive strength,adhesive force to concrete,volume stability and anchoring force with steel bar are studied.The early strength of the anchoring inorganic material is quite high: for 1d up to 38.5MPa and 3d up to 60MPa.It is a good adhesive to concrete and the adhesive strength of 28d is about 2MPa.The anchoring material will have tiny volume expansion with the age,which is beneficial to enhancing the anchoring force.The essential component of the inorganic anchoring material is cement-based material,so some defects of the organic macromolecular material can be avoided,such as poor stability and requirement for vigorous construction conditions.Its characteristics in early strength,adhesive force to concrete and volume expansion can satisfy the requirement of the construction to the planting reinforcing steel bar and the loading force,thus it can be used as a substituting material for anchoring adhesive. 相似文献

Pearlitic steel is composed of numerous pearlitic colonies with randomly distributed orientations,and each colony is composed of many alternatively arranged parallel lamellas of ferrite and cementite.The pearlitic steel with fine interlamellar spacing possesses excellent mechanical properties,such as high strength,good resistance against wear,and high fatigue life,etc. Based on the inconsistency of the deformation between the two phases,a strain_equivalent and non_local constitutive model is proposed. 猕猴桃溃疡病是一种毁灭性细菌病害,该病发展迅速,防治难度大,严重制约了猕猴桃产业的发展。为找到一种有效防治该病的方法,针对化学防治易产生抗药性、污染环境、杀伤天敌等特点,从猕猴桃根际土壤中分离共获得25株芽孢杆菌,采用点菌法筛选出4株对猕猴桃溃疡病菌(Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae)具有拮抗效果的菌株(抑菌圈直径达到5 mm以上),其中B2拮抗作用最强。根据菌落(体)形态特征、生理生化鉴定以及16S r DNA序列分析,初步鉴定B2为蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。将B2的发酵原液稀释成1×109cfu/m L的发酵液,并在此基础上依次配制50、100、500、1000、2000倍的稀释液,用于盆栽试验。盆栽试验采用喷雾法,30天后的防治效果分别达到了90.45%、86.52%、80.90%、67.98%、47.19%、15.73%,60天后尽管病斑有少量增加,旧病斑有所增大,但与对照相比,病斑增长速度明显减缓。大田试验结果证明,该菌具有较好的生防潜力,喷雾法选择B2发酵液的50倍稀释液,涂抹法选择B2发酵液的100倍稀释液,可有效降低猕猴桃溃疡病的危害。 相似文献

为检测X射线对日本沼虾精子的灭活效果,利用X射线对雄性日本沼虾进行不同时间的照射处理,将处理后的雄虾与刚完成生殖脱壳的雌虾交配。待雌虾产卵后,计数雌虾抱卵天数,并在显微镜下观察卵的畸形情况。X射线管照射强度为100 k V,5 m A,源距10 cm,照射时间为0、30、60、90、120 min。结果发现:照射30 min组的抱卵天数及卵的畸形率较0 min组无变化,卵的畸形率为0,卵能正常发育至孵化出膜。随着照射时间的增加,在30~90 min之间,雌虾抱卵天数逐渐减少,且所抱卵的畸形率呈上升趋势。照射120 min组的抱卵天数较90 min组变化不大,卵的畸形率达100%。在本试验照射时间范围(0~120 min)内,灭活日本沼虾精子遗传物质的最佳照射时间为90~120 min。 相似文献
