为研究大连地区玉米螟越冬期间气象条件对越冬后活虫数的影响,以期为防治玉米螟提供科学依据。利用大连地区最近10年气象资料和玉米螟越冬后活虫数资料,对玉米螟越冬后活虫数与越冬期间气象要素进行相关性分析。结果表明,玉米螟冬后百杆活虫数受上年10月下旬-11月份温湿条件影响较大。此间温度低有利于其越冬成活;11月份降水多,冬后百杆活虫数多。建立大连地区玉米螟冬后百杆活虫数统计预报模式。  相似文献

The giant freshwater prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii was first introduced into mainland China by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences from Japan in 1976. It was cultured at the Guangdong Province Fishery Institute (now as Pearl River Fishery Institute, Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences). Following these early efforts, giant freshwater prawn culture has gradually spread to northern and inland areas. At this time (2011), China has become the largest producer of giant freshwater prawn in the world. Due to a preference of cooking with fresh aquatic products, Chinese retail markets have developed which have special live‐holding counters. From small rural shops to urban supermarkets and specialty restaurants, live seafoods are commonly available whereby customers pick out the products they wish to purchase and consume. Giant freshwater prawns are produced in over 35 countries throughout the world. They are usually sold either fresh, on‐ice, or frozen. What makes the Chinese prawn industry unique is its focus on a live transportation and marketing model. As a result, numerous innovative live‐transport technologies have been developed which have been key to the success of this expanding domestic industry. In this article, we would like to give a general overview of the giant freshwater prawn industry, its status in China, and the special role live‐transportation has for expanding production of giant freshwater prawns.  相似文献

Copepods are the optimal live feed for hatcheries and improvement of cultivation techniques, to provide a constant food source, is crucial for the expansion of the industry. However, studies based on experimental work and real observations can be labour intensive and expensive. A simple model was developed based on the well‐known life history traits of Acartia tonsa to describe batch cultures and their productivity. Model results were compared to observations from real cultures. For maximizing egg production yields, the optimal stocking density of copepods should be adapted to the design (depth) of the culture tanks. At high densities, stress due to encountering conspecifics, as well as cannibalism of eggs by adults, limits egg production yields. Using this model, the potential selection efficacy of copepod strains was also evaluated in order to increase production yields. Selecting larger copepods increases the egg production per litre of culture, but decreases the optimal stocking density and the range of densities at which egg production yield is high, and vice‐versa. Selecting copepods that are less affected by stress due to conspecifics only affect production yields at very high adult densities. However, selecting copepods with a high Specific Growth Rate (SGR), or improving their SGR, was found to be an alternative which did not affect the optimal cultivation densities but improved egg production yields.  相似文献

To develop an effective vaccine against porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2), ORF2 gene was cloned into a Lactobacillus plantarum (L.plantarum) pSCPSP under the control of a SCP promoter to construct recombinant plasmid pSCPSP-Cap that was transformed into LP1 by electroporation. Extracellular expression of the Cap protein was confirmed by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting analysis. Afterwards, 8-week-old SPF BALB/c mice were randomly divided into control group, carrier group, lavage group, group of drinking water and inactived vaccine group. After 14,28,42 and 56 d, mice serums were collected to evaluate the level of specific antibody by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. Eventually, SDS-PAGE and Western blotting results indicated that the Cap protein of PCV2 could be efficiently expressed in L. plantarum, expression of protein molecular weight was 28 ku and with good immunogenicity. In addition, higher levels of specific antibody in the serum of mice was observed by oral administration with L. plantarum expressing the PCV2 Cap antigen (P<0.05). In conclusion, the ORF2 gene of PCV2 could be successfully expressed in recombinant L. plantarum and expressed protein with good biological activity, which would lay the foundation for the development of PCV2 oral vaccination.  相似文献

Rabies is endemic in wildlife or domestic carnivore populations globally. Infection of domestic dogs is of particular concern in many areas. In regions where domestic animals are at risk of exposure to rabies virus, dogs should be routinely vaccinated against rabies to protect both pet and human populations. Many countries require demonstration of an adequate level of serum rabies neutralizing antibodies to permit entry of dogs during international travel. We analysed rabies titres of dogs seeking travel certification in Israel to assess demographic and vaccine history factors associated with antibody titres below the acceptable threshold for travel certification. Having received only one previous rabies vaccination and a longer duration since the most recent vaccination was received were primary risk factors for not achieving an adequate rabies virus neutralizing antibody titre for travel certification. These risk factors had stronger effects in younger animals, but were consistent for dogs of all ages. In particular, these findings reiterate the importance of administering at least two rabies vaccinations (the primo vaccination and subsequent booster) to ensure population‐level protection against rabies in dogs globally.  相似文献

为临床科学选用疫苗,对来自三个生物制品厂的伪狂犬病活疫苗的免疫效力进行了评价。试验选取35日龄伪狂犬阴性猪20头,试验根据疫苗接种情况分为5组,分别为:免疫疫苗稀释液的对照组(第一组)、免疫进口活疫苗组(第二组)、免疫国产活疫苗组(第三组)、免疫本公司ST细胞系增殖制备活疫苗组(第四组)、免疫本公司鸡胚成纤维细胞增殖制备活疫苗组(第五组),然后进行免疫监测和效力评价,观察不同疫苗组仔猪的抗体水平后攻毒保护情况。结果显示:一次免疫后各组抗伪狂犬病毒抗体水平增长缓慢,进行二次免疫后,抗体水平迅速增加并保持较高水平。攻毒后,从身体耐受性、体温变化、体重下降率以及g E抗体水平来看,第二组疫苗B和第四组疫苗D耐受性较强,较快恢复健康,体重下降率较小且g E抗体水平较高。  相似文献

依据《中华人民共和国兽药典》2005年版(一部)附录112-115和《中华人民共和国药典》2005年版(三部)ⅫE收载的细菌内毒素检测方法及指导原则进行实验。研究猪瘟脾淋毒(耐热保护剂)活疫苗对细菌内毒素检查试验的干扰情况,并建立其内毒素检测方法。结果猪瘟耐热保护剂活疫苗在10倍稀释后对灵敏度为0.25EU/ml的鲎试剂无干扰,细菌内毒素检测方法可用于猪瘟耐热保护剂活疫苗内毒素的检测。  相似文献

生猪肉产量预测的非接触实时在线机器视觉系统   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
为了准确估测生猪肉产量,该文提出了一种自动提取生猪活体特征的方法,建立了生猪肉产量预测算法。首先,基于自主研发的生猪肉产量预测的机器视觉系统装置实时采集54头活体大白猪的俯视图和侧视图,然后根据图像处理技术对所得的图像进行分析,提取生猪的体长、胸宽、臀宽、体高等体尺参数值;同时通过称量装置获得每头猪的活体质量。其次,将54头生猪样品按2∶1的比例分为校正集和验证集,基于体长、胸宽、臀宽、体高和体质量5个特征参数分别利用多元线性回归法(multiple linear regression,MLR)和偏最小二乘回归法(partial least-squares regression,PLSR)建立不同的肉产量预测模型,通过比较各预测模型的估测精度、相关系数等,确定最佳预测模型。分析结果表明,5个参数中体质量对肉产量预测的权重最大;偏最小二乘回归方法的预测结果较好,最佳预测模型的预测相关系数为0.95,预测误差为3.09 kg。试验结果证实,在检测系统中使用基于生猪的体尺参数和体质量建立的偏最小二乘回归预测模型可快速准确预测生猪肉产量,适于实际生产应用。  相似文献
