目的探讨大熊猫白内障摘除合并人工晶体植入手术技术。结果发现大熊猫白内障的晶体核硬度大,超声乳化吸除有困难;由于人与大熊猫眼球解剖结构有差异,人用人工晶体不适合大熊猫。结论需要对较大量的大熊猫进行无创性眼球检测,了解其眼睛的屈光状态和晶状体的屈光度,才能为研制大熊猫专用的人工晶体提供科学的依据。  相似文献

设计了具有主光源尧辅助光源,物镜距离可调的玉米籽粒图像采集实验箱,应用数码相机采集实验箱载物台上玉米籽粒的图像。以玉米籽粒形状特征、颜色特征为对象,分析同一物镜距离下辅助光源的放置方式与强度对图像采集的影响,光源确定的情况下物镜距离对图像采集的影响。结果表明:闪光灯留下的光斑影响特征提取,辅助光源平行和垂直放置尧物镜距离在26~31 cm范围内较佳。  相似文献

分析老年性白内障囊外摘出并人工晶体植入术后眼视力低下的原因及防治。方法对老年性白内障囊外摘出并人工晶体植入术的患者,出院时的625例805眼和2个月后复诊的18例210眼进行检查,对裸眼视力〈0.5者的原因进行统计分析。结果裸眼视力〈0.5者,出院组236眼,(29.3%),其中因术前原有眼病所致的19例,因手术用光,过矫或欠矫等217眼;随诊组43组,后囊混浊22眼,散当、过中欠矫14眼,角膜失  相似文献

冠层结构是描述作物植被—环境界面的重要议题,半球图像法以其方便、廉价、省时、省力获得了众多学者的青睐,但半球图像法的发展受到鱼眼镜头畸变和图像处理技术的限制。文章以模拟鱼眼镜头的模型照片为研究对象,应用Image-pro plus图像处理软件,得出从原始图像提取目标的方法步骤,易于理解,方便操作。对照相法研究林冠结构的图像处理方面有一定的指导作用。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to characterize the proliferation and differentiation of primary canine lens epithelial cells (LEC) under standard culture conditions. PROCEDURE: Canine LEC were isolated by mechanical dissection of the canine globe and enzymatic digestion of the lens capsule from fresh lenses. Isolated capsules and cell suspensions were seeded in laminin-coated culture flasks. Canine LEC proliferated and formed monolayers, which could be passaged and maintained for approximately 2 weeks. Cells were characterized morphologically and cell lysates examined for expression of protein markers of epithelial origin and differentiation. RESULTS: Canine LEC exhibit morphologic characteristics of epithelial cells when cultured on laminin/lysine coated flasks. Expression of epithelial cell marker, cytokeratin 5, was highest at passage 1 and diminished with increasing passage number. Expression of gamma-crystallin, a protein found only in differentiated lens fiber cells, increased at passage 6. A laminin/lysine-coated surface supported optimal proliferation of canine LEC. Both an initial seeding density of 1 x 10(5) cells/cm(2) and culture in Dulbecco's modified essential media (DMEM) supplemented with 10% FBS supported a doubling time of less than 48 h in canine LEC. CONCLUSION: This study demonstrates that primary canine LEC retain the characteristics of lens epithelial cells prior to passage 6 under the described culture conditions and represent a suitable in vitro model for investigating lens physiology and cataractogenesis.  相似文献

Objectives To determine the vitreous volume, and retinal and lens wet weights in male and female Göttingen minipigs of different age groups. Procedures Vitreous, lens and retina were isolated from fresh minipig eyes. Vitreous volume, lens and retina weight were measured and allometric scaling was utilized to predict these parameters. Results There were no gender differences in body weights or retina and lens weights in the three age groups examined in this study. For vitreous volumes, females had a significantly larger volume (approximately 10%–12%) than males in the 4–6 and 6–8 month, but not in the 8–11‐month group. The mean body weight increased from 12.2 ± 2.6 kg (4–6 months) to 19.4 ± 4.0 kg (8–11 months). In the same period, the mean vitreous volume increased from 2.00 ± 0.28 to 2.67 ± 0.31 mL, while the mean retinal and lens weights increased from 114 ± 22 to 126 ± 17 mg, and from 298 ± 26 to 392 ± 15 mg, respectively. Allometric analysis between six species for vitreous volume and four species for lens weight covering a weight range of 260‐fold was not able to estimate the vitreous volume, but it did predict the lens weight in 8–11 months minipigs. Conclusions Overall these measurements add important context to intraocular pharmacology studies, and will help in the improved design and interpretation of such experiments.  相似文献

This case series describes the ocular, clinical and histologic manifestations of disseminated Aspergillosis in two dogs. Two dogs presented for severe unilateral panophthalmitis and secondary glaucoma with positive Aspergillus spp. titers. Case 1 showed no clinicopathologic systemic symptoms of fungal dissemination, however, case 2 was affected with acute renal failure. The affected eye of case 1 did not respond to medical therapy and was enucleated for comfort. The affected eye of case 2 responded to aggressive topical and systemic medical therapies, however, the patient was euthanized for acute renal failure. Globes were collected for histologic evaluation at the time of death. Histology of both revealed panophthalmitis with presence of significant intraocular hemorrhage, multifocal fungal granulomas, retinal and optic nerve changes consistent with secondary glaucoma, rupture of the anterior lens capsule, and fungal invasion and colonization of the intralenticular space. These cases represent a unique and devastating ocular manifestation of disseminated Aspergillosis. Cases presenting with uveitis and secondary glaucoma of unknown origin, especially with confirmed or suspected lens capsular rupture, should have serologic testing for this infectious agent.  相似文献

Purpose To describe a novel digital single lens reflex (dSLR) camera adaptor for anterior and posterior segment photography. Methods The adaptor was used to evaluate canine, feline, and equine patients presenting to Tufts Ophthalmology service. Anterior segment imaging was conducted with the adaptor mounted between a dSLR camera body (Canon 7D) and a macro lens (Canon EF‐S 60mm/f2.8). Posterior segment imaging was performed with the aid of an indirect ophthalmic lens mounted in front of the macro lens. Coaxial illumination during viewing was provided by a single white light‐emitting diode (LED) within the adaptor, while illumination during exposure was provided by the pop‐up flash or an accessory flash. Corneal and/or lens reflections were eliminated using a pair of linear polarizers, having their azimuths at right angles to one another. Results This dSLR camera adaptor provides quality high‐resolution, reflection‐free, images of both the anterior and posterior segments. It was easy to transport, assemble, and handle. The necessary adjustments, positioning, and focusing required for quality images were easily performed. Conclusion The described dSLR camera adaptor provides an alternative to existing imaging systems. High‐resolution image acquisition occurred at a fraction of the cost of established imaging system, particularly those devoted to the posterior segment.  相似文献
