暗纹东方鲀几种组织中可培养细菌的组成分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用16S rDNA特征序列PCR-DGGE法,分析了不同饵料饲养的暗纹东方鲀的表皮、肠道和河鲀毒素累积组织(肝和卵巢)中可培养细菌的群落组成.根据分子系统发育分析,共鉴定出45种可培养细菌,在这些细菌中,以变形细菌的gamma亚群占多数,其它分别隶属于低GC含量革兰氏阳性菌和高GC含量革兰氏阳性菌.摄食不同饵料的暗纹东方鲀,其肠道、表皮或河鲀毒素累积组织中的细菌菌落组成是不同的,但不管是摄食人工配合饲料或天然饵料,在暗纹东方鲀的肠道、表皮或河鲀毒素累积组织中,均发现已有报道的可产河鲀毒素的细菌类群,表明饵料来源对暗纹东方鲀的河鲀毒素产生不是必需的.  相似文献

地形对黑土区典型坡面侵蚀—沉积空间分布特征的影响   总被引:13,自引:1,他引:13  
研究地形对黑土区坡面侵蚀-沉积空间分布特征的影响可以为水土保持措施配置提供科学依据。以典型黑土区——黑龙江省宾县东山沟小流域为研究区域,在流域上游、中游和下游各选取2个典型坡面,坡面种植作物均为玉米。典型坡面坡顶、坡上、坡中、坡下和坡脚的平均坡度分别为3.1°,3.0°,4.0°,2.8°,1.2°。利用137Cs示踪技术,分析了坡度、坡长和坡形对坡面侵蚀—沉积空间分布特征的影响。结果表明:研究流域农耕地坡面以侵蚀为主,平均侵蚀速率为448 t km~(~(-2)) a~(~(-1)) ;坡面不同部位土壤侵蚀—沉积分布特征差异明显,坡顶、坡上、坡中和坡下主要表现为侵蚀,平均侵蚀速率分别为819、376、1 000和634 t km~(~(-2)) a~(~(-1)) ,而坡脚表现为明显的沉积,平均沉积速率为~(~(-1)) 382 t km~(~(-2)) a~(~(-1)) 。不同坡形坡面侵蚀-沉积分布存在差异,凸形坡坡面表现为先侵蚀后沉积的分布特征,而复合坡坡面呈现出侵蚀-沉积交错分布特征;坡面土壤侵蚀速率与坡度和坡长均呈极显著的幂函数关系,而坡度对黑土区坡面侵蚀的影响明显大于坡长,反映了即使在长坡缓地形的黑土区坡度对侵蚀的影响仍然有重要作用。因此,在黑土区配置合理的水土保持措施时,应尽量削弱坡度对坡耕地土壤侵蚀的影响。  相似文献

贺兰山西坡不同海拔梯度草地土壤氮特征   总被引:9,自引:1,他引:9  
以阿拉善左旗境内贺兰山中段(西坡)及山前地带不同海拔下的草地为研究对象,分析不同海拔梯度下草地土壤全氮的分布特征及其与气候因子、植被特征和土壤特性的关系.结果表明,土壤全氮含量随海拔的降低而逐渐降低,在典型草原中沿土壤垂直剖面依次降低,在高寒草甸、荒漠化草原和草原化荒漠0~20与20~40 cm土层中差异不显著,但高于40~60 cm土层.在海拔1 360~1 380 m草原化荒漠的5个样地上,由于放牧利用程度和植被类型的不同,0~20 cm土层土壤氮的含量变幅在0.022 8%~0.034 7%.0~20,20~40和40~60 cm土层土壤全氮含量与年降水量、植被盖度、草地生产力、土壤含水量、有机碳含量和<0.05 mm颗粒含量呈极显著正相关,与年均温、土壤pH值呈极显著负相关(P<0.001).偏相关分析显示,影响0~20 cm土层全氮(TN)含量最主要的因素是植被盖度(C)和年降水量(AP),相关方程是TN%=0.002 040 C 0.000 585 AP-0.076 800;而影响20~40 cm土层全氮含量的最主要因素是草地生产力(B),与土壤全氮回归方程为TN%=0.001 6 B 0.024 7.而各环境因素中影响土壤全氮含量最主要的因素,0~20 cm土层为土壤有机碳和年降水量,20~40 cm土层主要受土壤有机碳的影响.  相似文献

白头翁锈病是近年来我国新报道发生的一种病害,在辽宁省保护地白头翁生产中,病害尤为严重.根据植物病害流行学原理和研究方法,对沈阳地区白头翁锈病菌近程传播及空间分布进行了研究.对调查数据进行回归分析,结果表明:指数模型是沈阳地区白头翁锈病近程传播中的最佳模型,顺风传播梯度可用y=570.63e-0.0055x描述,侧风向传播梯度可用y=1 004.9e-0.0116x描述(y为锈病的发病程度,x为距菌源中心的距离).在全田普遍发病的条件下,白头翁锈病在1个月内顺风向传播距离约为100 m;侧风向传播距离约为55 m.白头翁锈病病株空间分布型在病害发生前期和中期为聚集分布,后期为均匀分布.  相似文献

Abstract  The smooth marron, Cherax cainii Austin, now occurs in regions of Western Australia that are warmer and drier than those of the natural distribution. Animals sourced along a south to north geographical axis decrease in body mass per unit length. Juveniles reared from gravid females sourced from four sites along this axis were raised in common laboratory conditions for 14 weeks. No differences between sites were observed in body mass, standardised for length, indicating that in situ differences are a phenotypic response to local conditions.  相似文献

Altitudinal gradient incorporates multiple resource gradients, which vary continuously in different fashions. It is important to study the mountain floristic patterns along altitudinal gradients, which reveal the regular pattern of the flora along the environmental gradients, the changing trend of biodiversity patterns along the altitudinal gradient, and relevance of biological fitness. To explore the compositional characteristics and ecological significance of floristic patterns along altitudinal gradient in China National Nature Reserve of Dawei Mountain in the southeast of Yunnan Province, field investigations have been made to the flora along the two routes of the southwest slope and the northeast slope of the said reserve, including a vertical vegetation transect. Meanwhile, further investigations have also been made to the flora of Dawei Mountain, which has been accounted for in the literature, as Flora Yunnan, The Seed Plant in Yunnan, and so on. The structural characteristics of the flora and the altitudinal distribution pattern of its floristic components were analyzed. By applying systematic cluster analysis, the altitudinal position of the dividing line of floristic changes along altitudinal gradient was detected, and the effects of the montane climate on the vertical variation of floristic composition were studied. Conclusions were put forward. This paper can be summarized as follows: (1) The obvious boundary that differentiates tropical floristic elements is located at the altitude of approximately 1,500 m; it is reasonable to stipulate the boundary line between tropical rain forests and the evergreen broad-leaved forests. (2) The vertical vegetation spectrum made by cluster analysis shows that humid rain forests are below 700 m a.s.l, montane rain forests are between 700 and 1,500 m, monsoon evergreen broad-leaved forests are between 1,300 and 1,800 m, and montane mossy evergreen broad-leaved forests are above 1,800 m a.s.l. An analogy between water flux and the field of temperature gradient in a column of wood fuel chips was discovered by these experiments. The heat—mass transfer coefficient was determined by least squares method. An equation relating water flux and temperature gradient was developed and it was demonstrated that the temperature gradient was the main driving force for water transport. The mechanism was evaporation—condensation of water vapor through natural convection in air phase. The study gives a theoretical explanation for analyzing the problem of water transport in wood particle material.  相似文献

Environmental factors, such as global solar radiation, wind speed, air temperature, humidity, and CO2 concentration, were measured above and within the canopy of a tropical rainforest in Lambir Hills National Park, Sarawak, Malaysia. Few data concerning the environment of this forest have been reported. Intensive observations were carried out in 1998, 1999, and 2000 with the following results: (1) The fraction of global solar radiation reaching the upper layer of the canopy varied with global solar radiation above the canopy. Even though the global solar radiation above the canopy fluctuated, the fraction of that reaching the lower canopy and the ground was constantly approximately 5%. (2) The fraction of wind speed reaching each layer of the canopy increased with wind speed above the canopy. Little wind was usually present at the lower canopy. (3) The daytime air temperature at the canopy top was higher than that near the ground. The maximum difference between the air temperature at the canopy top and that at the ground was about 5°C, and the diurnal temperature ranges at the canopy top and those at the ground were about 8°C and about 5°C, respectively. The highest daytime water vapor pressure occurred within the canopy and particularly near the ground. Vertical gradients of water vapor pressure during the day were steep, probably because of high transpiration. (4) In the 1998 observation the minimum and the maximum CO2 concentrations were 360 ppm in the day and 450 ppm at night, while in the 2000 observation the minimum and the maximum CO2 concentrations were 350 ppm in the day and 540 ppm at night. The higher CO2 concentration in the daytime and the lower concentration at night observed during the 1998 observation period were probably due to reduced photosynthesis and soil respiration caused by exceptional dry conditions during the observation period.  相似文献

The aim of our study was to characterize the structure and regeneration dynamics of dominant tree species along altitudinal gradient in dry valley slopes of the Bhutan Himalaya. In the typical dry valley slopes of west-central Bhutan, we analyzed forest stratification, tree crown projection, and population structure from lower dry valley bottom (1520 m a.s.l.) to upper humid ridge top (3370 m a.s.l.) across five major forest types: i.e. (1) dry pine forest with Pinus roxburghii as a dominant species; (2) mixed broad-leaved forest with Quercus lanata (evergreen), Quercus griffithii, (deciduous), and Rhododendron arboreum (evergreen) as major canopy species; (3) evergreen broad-leaved forest dominated by Quercus semecarpifolia, Quercus glauca and Quercus oxyodon; (4) cool conifer forest dominated by Abies densa and Tsuga dumosa; (5) cold conifer forest with A. densa and Juniperus recurva as dominants. In general, regeneration pattern of major dominant species shifted from inverse-J (lower altitudes), to sporadic (mid-altitudes), and to uni-modal type (upper altitudes) corresponding to three regeneration trends: (1) invasive at the lower, warm, dry forest under relatively strong human disturbances; (2) stable/balanced at the mid-altitude, in a relatively stable, mature moist evergreen broad-leaved forest with gap regeneration; and (3) poor/low regeneration at the upper, cool, humid conifer forest with a continuously cattle-grazed understory. Overall, regeneration patterns were balanced in all forest types, however care should be taken to prevent excessive exploitation of dry pine forest of lower valley bottom, and to control cattle grazing at higher altitudes. Our findings can be incorporated into management plans for sustainable management and conservation of mountain forests.  相似文献

In order to analyze the effects of the temperature gradient on moisture movement during the highly intensive microwave-vacuum drying, thermal diffusion of Masson pine wood was studied. Internal distribution of temperature and moisture in Masson pine samples sealed by epoxy resin and aluminum foil was measured, the magnitude of thermal diffusion was calculated and the influencing factors of thermal diffusion were discussed. Results showed that with the transfer of moisture toward the low temperature in wood, opposite temperature and moisture gradient occurred. The initial moisture content (MC), temperature and time are important factors affecting this process; the thermal diffusion is in proportion to wood temperature, its initial moisture and time. The temperature and distance from hot surface is strongly linearly correlated, and the relationship between MCs at different locations and distance from the hot end surface changes from logarithmically form to exponentially form with the increase in experimental time.  相似文献
