PROBABILISTIC EVALUATION FOR STEEL FRAME COLUMNS OF TALL BUILDINGS

Based on properties of parameters and test data of dom-estic steel,this paper analyses the reliability and partial coefficient forresistance of steel frame columns of tall builings.The result may serveas a scientific basis.It is not only for domestic steel instead of importedsteel in building tall steel structures,but also for compiling concerendstandards.     

AMETHOD OF COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION TO DEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALTERNATIVES

In view of the complication of compreliensive evaluation to development projectplanning alternatives,an AHP model for comprehensive evaluation to the alternatives is advanced,the way of determinating the weight of each index affecting the aIternatives' quality is expounded,and the general methods of evaluating the alternatives with the indexes are given.     

Matter-element Evaluation Model on the Personal Credit of University Students Loan and It''s Application

This paper analyzes the current situation of university students' credit evaluation and set up an evaluation index system of university students' credit to compensate a loan.Based on this index system,this paper sets up a matter-element evaluation model on the individual credit of university students loan by means of extensible engineering method.The grade of individual credit and the index for evaluating the level of individual credit are made as matter-element,meanwhile,the classical field,the segment field,the weight coefficient are obtained.Dependence function is established based on the grade of individual credit and then the grade is judged by calculating the synthetic dependence degree.Finally,this paper presents the evaluation method by giving an example.This method is simple in calculation,reasonable in evaluation with high applicability.     

Customer Service Satisfaction Evaluation System and Method Viewed From Supply Chain Management

Based on experience in customer service evaluation,through the analysis of many factors affecting customer satisfaction calculation estimate, customer service evaluation rules as well as customer-oriented and supply chain partner-oriented methods are developed and discussed from the view of supply chain, besides, we construct two sets of customer satisfaction evaluation systems, in which we perform non-dimensional analysis on evaluation system to form single factor evaluation matrix after using improved AHP to determine each factor item's weighting ,utilizing fuzzy decision theory to construct evaluation model for integrated estimate. This evaluation method is scientific, round and objective with more stability and convienience in practical use.     

Determination and Evaluation of Saccharides Content in Extract of Herba Spirodelae Seu Lemnae Polysaccharides

In the course of searching immunodulators from natural herbal sources,the polysaccharide has been isolated from the water extract of duckweed(Herba Spirodelae seu Lemnae).The authors aim at investigating the methods that determine the content of total saccharides in the mixture,accordingly,to be used as a quality control in the procedure of producing polysaccharides from duckweed.The contents of saccharides in the extraction were mensurated by spertrophotometry of sulphuric acid-phenol and sulphuric acid-anthrone.And the validitiy of methods was evaluated through some indexes such as linearity and range,precision,stability,and accuracy.The results reveal the methods are convenient,rapid,accurate,and high sensitive,thereby leading to a wide and effective use in determining the saccharides contents in polysaccharides extraction from Herba Spirodelae seu Lemnae.     

Application of Water Quality Standand Leuel Method in Eualuazing Status Quo of Heauy-Metals Pollution in Riuers

The status quo of heauy-metals pollution in water phase of course of Long-Tan hydropower statian was eualuated by water Quality Standand Level Method. With this special method,mone objectiue and definite results were obtained.     

A MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF FUZZY EVALUATION METHOD FOR ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION

The problem of fuzzy evaluation of environmental pollution is importantboth in environment science and in environmental protection.Usual evaluationmethods have their own characteristics.This paper puts forward a mathematicalmodel of fuzzy evaluation method in grades by means of systematic analysisfor environmental pollution.At the same time,it assigns weighted values byordering based on paired comparison.     

南方涝渍地综合整治开发效果的评价研究

以 2个示范区作为实例构建了一套对南方涝渍地实施以农业工程技术为基础的综合整治与建设后的效果进行评价的评价体系。该体系由工程效果、农业综合开发效果和综合效益等 3部分构成。在工程效果评价中 ,重点对工程实施后的抗灾减灾效果和代表经过改良后农田物理构架改变的“农田综合生产力指数 (IPI)”等二方面进行了分析。研究表明 ,该评价体系能比较全面、有重点地对涝渍地综合改良的实效做出评价。由于该体系实现了评价的数量化 ,使用该评价体系既利于对同一地区改良前后的效果做出对比分析、找出存在的问题 ,也利于对邻近不同地区的改良效果做出比较评价。对 2个示范区进行实际评价的结果表明 ,该地区的涝渍地综合整治开发效果良好 ,其第一期工程取得成功。     

An approach to multi-criterion evaluation of irrigation system performance

Irrigation systems aim to meet multiple objectives and performance must therefore be assessed using quantifiable measures for each. It therefore becomes an extremely difficult task to capture the valuation of all of them simultaneously and to mentally process the trade-offs between them in order to arrive at an overall impression of system performance. There is a need for a methodology which provides a systematic approach to comparing and combining the components of overall performance.Multi-Attribute Utility Theory offers an attractive approach to assessing performance of irrigation systems in the form of a utility function which reflects the strength of preferences and trade-offs between individual performance criteria. The method is described and demonstrated on the basis of a case study of irrigation in Sudan.     

An economist's perspective on irrigation performance assessment: With examples from large scale irrigation in Morocco

This paper accepts that assessing the performance of irrigated agriculture is difficult because being multi-dimensional it requires a multi-disciplinary approach. Public irrigation schemes may have a number of often competing objectives and are assessed by interest groups with differing values and perspectives. A wide range of performance indicators are thus required. Some of these and the complex inter-relationships that may exist in the system are illustrated.
