The Biological Effects of Low Frequency Electromagnetic Fields on Cells

The biological effects of ELFMES including proliferation and apoptosis of cells as well as the damage of DNA are initially evaluated with the treatment of plant cells and human pulmonary fibroblasts in low frequency magnetic fields with certain intensity and different time intervals in vitro. Cell culture, counting in vitro, fluorescent dyeing analysis and single cell gel electrophoresis are adopted. The results demonstrate that the electromagnetic field with the intensity of 3mT can affect the proliferation and apoptosis of cells significantly.

Based on the model of Human Simulation Intelligent Controller (HSIC) presented briefly, a detailed algorithm was described for the servo system control by using the method of HSIC. Simulation results obtained proves the good performance of the control algorithm.     

Nash Equilibrium Mechanic of Environmental and Human Capital

The externality of surrounding is introduced into the 2-capital of economical increasing models, which includes human factors, to explore the influences of circumstances contradiction on the human capital formation. The normal and special nash equilibrium of environmental and human capital is presented through a limited boundary model of overlapping generations. The character of equilibrium trail and its economical meaning are examined. The study on the model shows that laissez faire economy will be either stagnant,growing,or collapsing in the long-run,depending on the returns of the learning technology with respect to the two kinds of capital,the initial state of economy,and the relative price of the environmental and consumption goods.

Analyses the thermal environment parameters from physiological aspect and from psychological aspect respectively. Introduces the conception of thermal comfort of human body from heat balance aspect. Presents some measures to improve indoor thermal environment and advance thermal comfort of human body. Analyses the influence of indoor thermal environment on thermal comfort of human body and some questions on the aspect of this research, also puts forward some advices.

农村人力资源开发的根本目的是充分发掘和利用农村人力资源,为农村社会经济的发展服务。我国农村人力资源从数量和质量两个方面来衡量,其现状是数量过大、质量供给不足。农村人力资源开发重点在于提高农村人力资源的质量,核心是加强农村教育。即以提高新增劳动力素质为核心,加强农村基础教育;以就业为导向,大力发展农村职业技术教育;以农民培训为重点,大力开展农村成人教育。     

对自诉权的理论解构

自诉权源于个体的一种自我保护,它的理论基础在于权利保护和程序正义。本对对自诉权的构成要素、属性进行了分析。本文认为,自诉权的构成要素有三个方面:自诉权主体、自诉权的行为对象与效力以及自诉权的内容。自诉权的主要属性有三个方面:自诉权是一种自然之权也是法定之权、自诉权是一种诉权、自诉权是一种相对权也是一种非强制性权利。     

茶叶提取物对抗肺癌细胞(A549)体外试验研究

观察表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)、茶黄素-3、3'-双没食子酸酯(TFDG)、茶黄素(TF)、茶黄素复合物(TFs)、葡萄籽提取物(GrapeSeedExtract,GSE)、松树皮提取物(PineBarkExtract,PBE)、咖啡因(Caf)、槲寄生(VCE)和茶氨酸(The)的体外抗癌活性,通过人肺癌细胞(A549)进行体外试验,结果表明除咖啡因、槲寄生、茶氨酸的作用较小以外其他几种均有很强的促进人肺癌细胞(A549)凋亡的作用,并且EGCG的作用最强,顺序为EGCG、TFs>GSE>PBE、TFDG>TF。用作图法求得EGCG、GSE、PBE、TFDG和TF的IC50值分别为1.01μM、21.91μM、31.01μM、32.87μM和279.67μM。     

人和动物阿米巴原虫病研究进展

阿米巴原虫病主要是由溶组织内阿米巴引起的一种人兽共患寄生虫病。自1875年Feder Losch首次在人体发现该病以来,已有9个不同种属的阿米巴被先后发现,已报道的易感动物达30多种。该类原虫多寄生于人和动物的肠道和肝脏,以滋养体形式侵袭机体,引发阿米巴痢疾或肝脓肿。文章综述了近年来人和动物阿米巴原虫病的病原学、流行病学、发病机理、诊断和防治等方面的研究进展。     

人力资本投资、财政性农业投资与农业发展

基于一个结合新古典增长与内生增长原理的模型,从理论上分析了人力资本投资对农业摆脱低水平陷阱,实现可持续发展的重要作用。在此基础上,运用我国1978—2004年的数据检验了人力资本投资以及财政性农业投资对农业发展作用,实证结果对理论分析提供了有力的支持。
