In order to study the allergenicity of camel milk,cow milk and human milk,sixty BALB/c mice were randomly divided into β-lactoglobulin (β-lg) group (positive control group),cow milk group,camel milk group,human milk group and blank group (negative control group). Each group of mice received 1 mg/g BW samples and 0.3 μg/g cholera toxin (CT) per week,while mice in control group were received PBS and CT. After six weeks of intragastric administration,some allergic symptoms,the serum specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) and immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) levels,plasma histamine levels and vascular permeability were detected. The results showed that the body weight of mice in camel milk,human milk and blank groups were normally increased,while that in β-lg and cow milk groups tended to slow down. The serum-specific IgE,IgG1 levels and histamine level in β-lg and cow milk groups were extremely significantly higher than blank group (P<0.01),the vascular permeability was increased,and the allergy symptoms were obvious. While the specific IgE and IgG1 levels of camel milk group were extremely significantly lower than cow milk group (P<0.01),but there were no significant difference with human milk group (P>0.05),and the allergy symptoms were mild. 为了解中国双峰驼群体的遗传多样性及不同种群间的遗传进化关系,本研究采用微卫星标记技术,对中国阿拉善驼、青海驼、南疆驼、北疆驼、肃北驼、苏尼特驼6个双峰驼群体进行了遗传多样性分析。通过计算杂合度(H)、多态信息含量(PIC)、有效等位基因(Ne)、Shannon信息指数等分析群体内遗传变异,通过计算F-统计量、基因流、遗传分化系数、遗传距离等分析群体间遗传进化关系。结果显示,10个微卫星位点共检测到了89个等位基因,平均每个位点检测到8.9个等位基因;所有位点均属中高度多态位点(YWLL08除外),平均PIC值在0.488~0.752之间;6个群体观测杂合度值(0.355~0.448)都低于期望杂合度值(0.643~0.703);几乎所有位点的Shannon指数都>1,且处于哈代-温伯格不平衡状态(P< 0.05)。群体间遗传分化系数Fst值为0.059,处于较低程度的中等分化状态; 6个双峰驼群体的平均Fis值均为正值,说明6个双峰驼群体都存在不同程度的近交。基于标准遗传距离DS和遗传距离DA进行聚类分析,南疆驼和北疆驼聚为一支,阿拉善驼、青海驼、肃北驼、苏尼特驼4个群体聚为一支。研究表明,中国双峰驼遗传多样性丰富,群体内遗传变异较大,存在一定近交现象;群体间存在着一定的基因流动,群体间的分化主要由群体内的遗传变异造成;6个群体分为2个类群。 相似文献

We report a case of a 64‐year‐old veterinarian working in a state camel veterinary laboratory who was diagnosed with and treated for acute brucellosis with complicating epididymo‐orchitis. Genomic tandem repeat analysis (MLVA‐16) revealed identical Brucella strains in patient cultures and from different dromedary milk samples positive for Brucella melitensis, thereby confirming the diagnosis of a laboratory acquired infection. The case illustrates the high (airborne) infectivity of brucellosis in laboratory settings and the need to implement vigorous bio‐safety measures in veterinary laboratories handling camel specimen diagnostic veterinary laboratory. 相似文献

ObjectiveTo compare the sedative and clinical effects of intravenous (IV) administration of dexmedetomidine and xylazine in dromedary calves.Study designExperimental, crossover, randomized, blinded study.AnimalsA total of seven healthy male dromedary calves aged 14 ± 2 weeks and weighing 95 ± 5.5 kg.MethodsCalves were assigned three IV treatments: treatment XYL, xylazine (0.2 mg kg−1); treatment DEX, dexmedetomidine (5 μg kg−1); and control treatment, normal saline (0.01 mL kg−1). Sedation scores, heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (fR), rectal temperature (RT) and ruminal motility were recorded before (baseline) and after drug administration. Sedation signs were scored using a 4-point scale. One-way anova and Mann–Whitney U tests were used for data analysis.ResultsCalves in treatments XYL and DEX were sedated at 5–60 minutes. Sedation had waned in XYL calves, but not DEX calves, at 60 minutes (p = 0.037). Sedation was not present in calves of any treatment at 90 minutes. HR decreased from baseline in XYL and DEX at 5–90 minutes after drug administration and was lower in DEX than XYL at 5 minutes (p = 0.017). HR was lower in DEX (p = 0.001) and XYL (p = 0.013) than in control treatment at 90 minutes. fR decreased from baseline in XYL and DEX at 5–60 minutes after drug administration and was lower in DEX than XYL at 5 minutes (p = 0.013). RT was unchanged in any treatment over 120 minutes. Ruminal motility was decreased in XYL at 5, 90 and 120 minutes and absent at 10–60 minutes. Motility was decreased in DEX at 5, 10 and 120 minutes and was absent at 15–90 minutes.Conclusion and clinical relevanceThe duration of sedation from dexmedetomidine (5 μg kg–1) and xylazine (0.2 mg kg–1) was similar in dromedary calves. 相似文献

本试验用放射免疫分析测定了妊娠早期母驼外周血浆中孕酮、17β—雌二醇的含量,并根据本试验的资料对应用血浆孕酮浓度进行早期妊娠诊断的方法作了分析.结果表明,母驼妊娠早期孕酮水平在配种后第4天开始升高,怀孕头一个月内的峰值为10.59±8.43ng/ml;配种当天17β—雌二醇的水平为12.11±4.44pg/ml,第2天降为8.39±8.92 pg/ml(n=8),但第4天又回升到配种当天的水平,这种现象在其它动物少见。根据配种后第16天的血浆孕酮水平进行妊娠诊断,检出妊娠的准确率达100%。判定标准为1.0ng/ml,即≤1.0ng/ml 者为未孕。>1.0ng/ml 者为怀孕。 相似文献

【目的】研究苏尼特家养双峰驼的遗传多样性,以全面揭示中国双峰驼的起源进化,为科学保护和利用我国的双峰驼遗传资源奠定基础。【方法】采集15峰苏尼特家养双峰驼(10峰雄驼和5峰雌驼)的血样,提取其DNA,采用PCR方法扩增线粒体DNA(mtDNA)细胞色素b (Cyt b)基因的全序列及D-loop的671 bp序列,进行遗传多样性分析,并结合GenBank中已有的双峰驼的mtDNA Cyt b基因序列和D-loop序列进行系统发育分析。【结果】苏尼特家养双峰驼mtDNA Cyt b基因中存在10个变异位点,共形成了7种单倍型,单倍型多样度为0.857±0.065,核苷酸多样度为0.001 94±0.002 70,平均核苷酸差异数为2.210;在D-loop的671 bp序列中,存在6个变异位点,共定义了6种单倍型,单倍型多样度为0.714±0.116,核苷酸多样度为0.002 53±0.002 75,平均核苷酸差异数为 1.695。基于Cyt b基因和D-loop序列进行的系统发育分析均显示,苏尼特家养双峰驼与野生双峰驼归于2个不同的母系世系,野生双峰驼不是苏尼特家养双峰驼的直接祖先。【结论】苏尼特家养双峰驼mtDNA Cyt b基因和D-loop序列遗传多态性均比较丰富;苏尼特家养双峰驼与野生双峰驼归于2个不同的母系世系,野生双峰驼不是苏尼特家养双峰驼的直接祖先;家养双峰驼内部存在着一定的遗传分化。 相似文献

In the last years animal welfare has assumed an increasing interest in our society, influencing legislation to enact many provisions aimed at the protection of animals. Along with increased consumer awareness of the need to maintain ethically acceptable conditions of raised animals, scientists too have begun to investigate the conditions of animal welfare, the tools for its evaluation and for its improvement. Although there are many advances in knowledge, much remains to be investigated concerning many species considered "minor", that is, camels and dromedaries. Dromedaries, recently, have attracted the interest of some breeders following the results of studies concerning the nutritional and therapeutic properties of their products ‐ milk in particular ‐ that make them ideal for some particular categories of consumers, such as diabetics, obesity sufferers, lactose‐intolerant subjects, menopausal women and so on. Considering their use in dairy husbandry, dromedaries are reared under intensive and/or semi‐intensive systems with the resulting emergence of specific needs, which should be fulfilled in order to have appropriate welfare. This paper's purpose is to give practical elements in order to find out dromedary welfare standards, promoting a comprehensive set of regulations on welfare, care and protection of this animal. 相似文献

Integrins are heterodimeric adhesion receptors that participate in a variety of cell–cell and cell–extracellular matrix protein interactions. Many integrins recognize RGD sequences displayed on extracellular matrix proteins and the exposed loops of viral capsid proteins. Four members of the αv integrin family of cellular receptors, αvβ3, αvβ6, αvβ1 and αvβ8, have been identified as receptors for foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) in vitro, and integrins are believed to be the receptors used to target epithelial cells in the infected animals. To analyse the roles of the αv integrins from a susceptible species as viral receptors, we have cloned Bactrian camel αv, β3 and β6 integrin cDNAs and compared them to those of other species. The coding sequences for Bactrian camel integrin αv, β3 and β6 were found to be 3165, 2289 and 2367 nucleotides in length, encoding 1054, 762 and 788 amino acids, respectively. The Bactrian camel αv, β3 and β6 subunits share many structural features with homologues of other species, including the ligand binding domain and cysteine-rich region. Phylogenetic trees and similarity analyses showed the close relationships of integrin genes from Bactrian camels, pigs and cattle, which are each susceptible to FMDV infection, that were distinct from the orders Rodentia, Primates, Perissodactyla, Carnivora, Galliformes and Xenopus. We postulate that host tropism of FMDV may in part be related to the divergence in integrin subunits among different species. 相似文献
