Intensity Comparative Analysis Based on Ideas Between Involute Gear and Double Involute Gear

Modeler and simulation modules in Ideas software are used to build the finite element models on involute gear and double involute gear with accurate tooth shape, and with the same design parameters and under the same loads, finite element contact analysis has been done. At last, the contact stress and bending stress on the two types gear transmission at the different meshing positions are solved out, and comparative analysis and study have been done. At the same time, that the ladder-shape tooth on the double involute gear how to influence contact stress and bending stress is emphatically analysed. All above offer the theoretical foundation that bring the double involute gear with ladder-shape tooth into the industry.     

Ecological Technology Strategy-the Typologic Analysis and Research of Double-Skin Facade

As a renovation envelope, double-skin facade has the characteristics of environmental function and unique aesthetic effect. In this paper, the composition and functional characteristics of double skin facade is introduced briefly, its development history and a detailed typologic analysis combined with typical cases is reviewed. It is pointed out that the double skin facade has a bright future in 21~(st) century and the function and aesthetics are the footstone for its typologic research.     

基于双CAN总线的农用环境参数测控仪的设计

提出了基于双CAN总线的农用模块化多CPU网络型环境参数测控仪的设计,将测控仪分为模糊运算通讯、环境参数测量、输出操作控制、环境参数输入显示4部分模块电路,各模块间通过内CAN总线实现数据交换,测控仪可与上位机间通过外CAN总线实现数据交换.测控仪实现多种参数测控及自校正,通用性强、接线简单、工作可靠、维护方便,易于构成大规模设施农业测控系统.     

旱地全膜双垄沟残膜捡拾机的设计

针对我国西北旱地全膜双垄沟残膜捡拾机仿形能力差、拾净率低的问题,设计了一种旱地全膜双垄沟滚筒式残膜捡拾机。同时,阐述了整机结构及工作原理,并通过机构分析和计算确定了关键部件工作参数,旨在为残膜回收提供一种新的机具。     

Estrogen treatment enhances mesenteric lymphatic contractility in rats after hemorrhagic shock

AIM To investigate the effects of 17β-estradiol （E2） treatment on the mesenteric lymphatic microcirculation and isolated lymphatic contractility in rats after hemorrhagic shock, and to explore the relationship between contractility and the difference between intra- and extracellular calcium ion concentrations （［Ca²⁺］） of lymphatic smooth muscle cells （LSMCs）. METHODS Male Wistar rats were divided into sham group, shock group and shock+E2 group. The rats were subjected to hemorrhage ［（40±2） mmHg for 90 min］ and resuscitation with or without subcutaneous injection of E2 （2 mg/kg）. After resuscitation for 3 h, the mesenteric lymphatic microcirculation in vivo was observed. Moreover, the isolated mesenteric microlymphatic rings were prepared for the observations of lymphatic contractility evaluated by the indexes including end-systolic diameter, end-diastolic diameter, contraction frequency （CF） and passive diameter. Meanwhile, the difference between intra- and extracellular ［Ca²⁺］ of LSMCs was recorded during lymphatic contraction. RESULTS Treatment with E2 significantly enhanced the CF, total contractile fraction and lymphatic dynamics index in vivo in the rats after hemorrhagic shock, and increased the CF, the fractional pump flow and the difference between intra- and extracellular ［Ca²⁺］ of LSMCs in isolated lymphatics from the shocked rats （P<0.05）. CONCLUSION Estrogen treatment enhances lymphatic contractility in rats after hemorrhagic shock, which is related to enhancement of difference between intra- and extracellular ［Ca²⁺］ of LSMCs.     

用鱼肌核酸指示水体污染的初步研究

选择了4种家鱼作指示生物，用紫外分光光度法测定其白肌中RNA和DNA的含量。结果表明：同种鱼，污染区的RNA含量显著低于对照区，白鲢和鳊鱼白肌中RNA／DNA低于对照区；不同种的鱼，污染区鱼肌核酸比对照区下降的程度有鳊鱼＞白鲢＞鲫鱼和鲤鱼的趋势。鱼肌核酸下降同水体重金属污染有一定联系，RNA是比RNA／DNA更合适的指标，鳊鱼和白鲢是比鲫鱼和鲤鱼更敏感的指示生物。     

Quantitative assessment of muscle mass and gene expression analysis in dogs with glucocorticoid-induced muscle atrophy

The present study aimed to quantitatively evaluate muscle mass and gene expression in dogs with glucocorticoid-induced muscle atrophy. Five healthy beagles received oral prednisolone for 4 weeks (1 mg/kg/day), and muscle mass was then evaluated via computed tomography. Histological and gene expression analyses were performed using biopsy samples from the biceps femoris before and after prednisolone administration. The cross-sectional area of the third lumbar paraspinal and mid-femoral muscles significantly decreased after glucocorticoid administration (from 27.5 ± 1.9 to 22.6 ± 2.0 cm² and from 55.1 ± 4.7 to 50.7 ± 4.1 cm², respectively; P<0.01). The fast- and slow-twitch muscle fibers were both atrophied (from 2,779 ± 369 to 1,581 ± 207 μm² and from 2,871 ± 211 to 1,971 ± 169 μm², respectively; P<0.05). The expression of the growth factor receptor-bound protein 10 (GRB10) significantly increased after prednisolone administration (P<0.05). Because GRB10 suppresses insulin signaling and the subsequent mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 activity, increased expression of GRB10 may have resulted in a decrease in protein anabolism. Taken together, 1 mg/kg/day oral prednisolone for 4 weeks induced significant muscle atrophy in dogs, and GRB10 might participate in the pathology of glucocorticoid-induced muscle atrophy in canines.
