We describe a case of gastrocnemius muscle rupture in a goral that got caught in a live trap set up to capture wild boars. We established a diagnostic method based on clinical signs and imaging examination findings, including magnetic resonance imaging for gastrocnemius muscle rupture with symptoms such as hindlimb lameness and plantigrade posture of unknown cause in wild animals. Although this condition is rare, this report will help veterinarians diagnose several diseases of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems in wild animals. This is the first report of successful diagnosis and treatment of gastrocnemius muscle rupture in gorals in Korea. 相似文献

电压门控钠离子通道对于脊椎动物脑神经起始、传播动作电位具有重要作用。为了解斑马鱼电压门控钠离子通道基因scn1Laa在脑神经中的作用,通过CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术,首次构建了可稳定遗传的生长没有受明显影响的scn1Laa缺陷型(scn1Laa-/-)斑马鱼家系。相比野生型,5 dpf(days post-fertilization,受精后5天)scn1Laa缺陷型斑马鱼兴奋抑制性神经元(氨基丁酸类神经元)表达相对增加,兴奋类神经元(谷氨酸能类神经元)和成熟神经元显著减少,脑部细胞增殖也显著减少。受精后5天和90 天的 scn1Laa缺陷型斑马鱼的运动较同时期野生型斑马鱼更为活跃,受精后90天的 scn1Laa缺陷型斑马鱼的运动具有明显的爆发性。以上结果表明,scn1laa缺失导致兴奋类神经元(谷氨酸能类神经元)以及神经细胞增殖减少,影响脑周围神经放电,导致运动神经调节障碍,出现运动行为异常活跃。即电压门控钠离子通道基因scn1Laa参与斑马鱼脑神经发育和生长,间接参与运动行为调节。同时本文也为进一步探究电压门控钠离子通道在脑神经中的作用奠定基础。 相似文献

盐穴地下储气库井口设施一旦发生泄漏,即可能引发火灾或爆炸事故,因此研究盐穴地下储气库井口火灾事故危险具有重要意义.采用喷射火危害模型分析了盐穴地下储气库井口破裂火灾事故危险,建立了井口破裂模式下的气体泄漏率和损失气体体积的准瞬态计算模型,预测结果能够反映井口破裂泄漏的实际情况.同时,基于热通量伤害准则,给出了危害半径的计算公式,分析了危害半径与盐穴压力的关系,即灾害半径随盐穴运行压力的增加而增大,由此提出在储气库安全设计阶段需要留出必要的安全距离,并制定相应的防范措施.该研究结论可为盐穴地下储气库泄漏后果评估提供重要参数和技术支持,并可为减少事故损失提供理论指导. 相似文献

Summary The adherence of soil particles into stable aggregates increases with the addition of monosaccharides or polysaccharde polymers to soil, either as plant residues, microbial metabolites, or as simple carbohydrates. Microbial polysaccharides are one of the most effective organic agents that promote soil aggregate stability, but the effectiveness of these polymers in stabilizing soil particles varies dramatically between microbial strains, the amount present and the prevailing environmental conditions. We conducted glasshouse and laboratory studies to determine the effectiveness of selected microbial polymers in stabilizing soil aggregates. The addition and thorough mixing of 1.0 mg microbial polymer C g–1 soil of seven bacteria strains (Arthrobacter viscocus, Azotobacter indicus, Bacillus subtilus, Chromobacterium violaceum, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas strain I, and Pseudomonas strain II), three deuteromycete strains (Cryptococcus laurentii, Hansenula holstii, and Mucor rouxii), and two reference compounds (hydroxyethyl guar and glucose) to an Arlington coarse-loamy soil resulted in stimulated soil respiration, increased aggregate stability, and decreased soil bulk density and modulus of rupture when incubated from 1 to 12 weeks. The monosaccharides present in the added polymers were rapidly decomposed and the sacchride content of the polymer-treated soil returned to the level of the soil control (with no polymer addition) after 2 weeks of incubation, while the maximum increase in soil aggregate stability was noted during the 3rd and 4th weeks of incubation. Statistical analyses showed that the glucose content of the polymers added was significantly correlated with soil aggregation [weeks 1 (r=0.78***) and 2 (r=0.61*)], but the extractable soil saccharides were not significantly correlated with increased aggregate stability or decreased soil bulk density during this study. When microbial extracellular polymers were added to soil only a transient increase in soil stability was measured upon decomposition of the added saccharides. This finding suggests that the stabilization of soil aggregates is a result of other microbial processes or metabolites rather than the direct binding effects of the added polysaccharides. 相似文献

农村空心化伴随着青壮年劳动力大量外流,农业经营的代际传承成为当前乡村产业兴旺面临的重要问题。农地三权分置实现了承包权和经营权的分离,通过规模经营和新型农业经营主体培育的方式化解代际断裂困境。但在具体实践中仍面临土地碎片化、流转成本高昂等困境,进而掣肘农地三权分置改革作用发挥,亟须进行农地制度创新。基于S县G镇实地调研发现“意见筛选机制”“用途划片机制”和“委托代理机制”有机组合极大盘活了农地资源,形成集中连片的适度规模经营,为农村产业兴旺奠定了基础。提出尊重主体差异性、建设集中型农地流转市场以及组建农地流转中介机构等实践路径。 相似文献

A horse with unilateral forelimb lameness and pain localised to the palmar aspect of the foot was evaluated using radiography and low field magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. A distal border fragment of the navicular bone, an osseous cyst‐like lesion (OCLL) in the distal third of the navicular bone and focal distal sesamoidean impar desmitis were identified as the most likely causes of pain and lameness. No other lesions likely to contribute to pain and lameness were identified on MR images or gross post mortem examination. The OCLL was characterised histologically by enlarged bone lacunae containing proliferative fibrovascular tissue. Focal lesions of the distal aspect of the navicular bone are rarely found in isolation but can be causes of pain and lameness in horses. 相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the suitability of using residual plant fibers from agricultural waste streams as reinforcement in thermoplastic composites. Three groups of plant fibers evaluated included cotton burrs, sticks and linters from cotton gin waste (CGW), guayule whole plant, and guayule bagasse. The plant fibers were characterized for physical (bulk density and particle size distribution) and chemical properties (ash, lignin and cellulose contents). A laboratory experiment was designed with five fiber filler treatments, namely control (oak wood fiber as the filler - OWF), cotton burr and sticks (CBS), CBS with 2% (by weight) second cut linters (CBL), CBS with 30% (by weight) guayule whole plant (CGP), and CBS with 30% (by weight) guayule bagasse (CGB). The composite samples were manufactured with 50% of fiber filler, 40% of virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and 10% other additives by weight. The samples were extruded to approximately 32 × 7 mm cross-sectional profiles, and tested for physico-mechanical properties. The CBS and CBL had considerably lower bulk density than the other fibers. Cotton linters had the highest α-cellulose (66.6%), and lowest hemicellulose (15.8%) and lignin (10.5%) of all fibers tested. Guayule whole plant had the lowest α-cellulose and highest ash content. Both CBS and guayule bagasse contained α-cellulose comparable to OWF, but slightly lower hemicellulose. Evaluation of composite samples made from the five fiber treatments indicated that fibers from cotton gin byproducts and guayule byproducts reduced the specific gravity of the composites significantly. However, the CBS and CBL samples exhibited high water absorption and thickness swelling, but the addition of guayule bagasse reduced both properties to similar levels as the wood fiber. The CGP exhibited significantly lower coefficient of thermal expansion. Composite samples with the five different fiber fillers showed similar hardness and nail holding capacity, yet oak fibers imparted superior strength and modulus under flexure and compression with the exception of the compressive modulus of CGB composites. In general, both cotton ginning and guayule processing byproducts hold great potential as fiber fillers in thermoplastic composites. 相似文献
