樱桃番茄新品种比较试验   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
在昆明市引进"宝岛红"、"FS890"、"小红"、"大仙女"、"金珠"等5个樱桃番茄品种进行比较试验。结果表明:参试的5个樱桃番茄品种,主要物候期差异不大;果实颜色上,"金珠"为橘黄色,"小红"为深红色,果实整齐度以"金珠"最好;综合果实的商品性、产量、可溶性固形物、口味等各项指标来看,"金珠"和"小红"适宜在昆明地区推广种植。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Six sweet cherry (Prunus avium L.) cultivars were tested with GF-120 with spinosad (0.2 g L(-1) spinosad bait) or without it (blank bait) to understand leaf phytotoxicity observed in the field. RESULTS: Spinosad bait and blank bait did not differ significantly with respect to damage observed. Leaf damage was found almost exclusively at the abaxial (lower) surfaces with the doses (0, 17, 20, 25 or 40%) and cultivars tested. The effects of the blank bait on abaxial surfaces increased from 24 to 168 h, and with dose, in terms of the proportion of droplets (0.00, 0.42, 0.52, 0.75 or 0.94) and area (0.0, 18.7, 23.5, 40.5 or 91.6 mm) burned. In addition, chlorophyll was reduced with increasing dose on abaxial surfaces (SPAD = 44.6, 36.1, 34.1, 31.0, 21.5), but not on adaxial (upper) surfaces (SPAD = 44.6, 44.2, 44.0, 44.8, 44.4). The chlorophyll level in undamaged leaves (adaxial surfaces) differed by cultivar. Cherry leaves were less damaged by a 20% bait application in June (0.26) than in July (0.46) and August (0.50). Incidental insect leaf feeding at bait locations occurred at a low rate and was highest on abaxial bait surfaces. CONCLUSIONS: Applying GF-120 to the adaxial leaf surface, or at doses of 相似文献

Tree growth, survival and crop yield under agrisilvicultural practices were analyzed over a seven-year period in a split plot experiment on acid alfisol under rainfed conditions at ICAR Research Farm, Barapani (Meghalya), India. Three indigenous species including a fruit plant, and one introduced tree species formed the main plot treatments and three crop sequences were the sub-plot. The tree species were mandarin (Citrus reticulata), alder (Alnus nepalensis), cherry (Prunus cerasoides) and albizia (Paraserianthes falcataria), and the crop sequences were (a) soybean (Glycine max)-linseed (Linum usitatissimum) for three years, then groundnut (Arachis hypogea)-mustard (Brassica campestris) for three years followed by soybean-linseed in the seventh year, (b) groundnut-mustard for three years, then soybean-linseed for three years and groundnut-mustard in the seventh year, and (c) sole trees (‘tree only‘). A positive effect of intercropping on height and diameter growth, crown width and timber volume was observed in alder, albizia and cherry but no appreciable differences for these parameters were observed in mandarin between the two situations. Alder and albizia attained maximum growth and woody biomass followed by cherry and the minimum growth was recorded by mandarin. The better growth and timber volume in the ‘tree+crop’ situation was mainly due to the application of fertilizers and weeding. Crop yield reduction was observed with alder, mandarin and cherry and as the distance from tree increased, yield also improved. However, in albizia the proximity of tree did not reduce crop yield. The implications of the results are discussed in the context of the suitability of the species in this region and their usefulness in agroforestry systems. A muskox neonate (Ovibos moschatus) that died of starvation was diagnosed with congenital lenticular anomalies that included spherophakia and hypermature cataract associated with probable lens-induced lymphocytic uveitis and neutrophilic keratitis. Impaired sight as a result of cataract and associated inflammation likely contributed to abandonment and starvation, although maternal death cannot be excluded definitively. Ocular lesions, such as congenital cataracts and spherophakia in neonates, may be important factors affecting survival in free-ranging animals.  相似文献

Ocular lipid deposition and its surgical management and possible association with systemic hyperlipidaemia in captive moray eels are described. Ophthalmologic examinations, haematology and plasma biochemistry analyses were performed on an initial population of captive moray eels (n = 10): green moray, Gymnothorax funebris Ranzani; spotted moray, Gymnothorax morninga (Cuvier) and reticulated moray, Muraena retifera Goode and Bean. Recently captured green moray eels comprised the control group (n = 9). Clinical signs compatible with ocular lipid deposition were identified in six of ten captive eels (60%) vs. none of the controls. Green moray eels in the initial captive population (n = 5) had significantly higher total protein, triglyceride, cholesterol and aspartate amino transferase values than the control eels. Dietary management was attempted in all captive eels, and surgical intervention was performed in three eels, including two from a separate population, with improved ocular clarity within 1 month post‐operatively. Histopathological evaluation of surgical specimens and two eyes from an additional affected eel that died suggested ocular lipid deposition. Eels in captivity have an apparent predisposition for hyperlipidaemia and ocular lipid deposition. Although limited in this study and complicated by exhibit restraints, dietary management was minimally effective, while surgery improved ocular clarity.  相似文献

目的 研究油樟叶挥发油对皮肤和眼睛的刺激性及其光毒性。方法 通过一次给药和多次给药皮肤刺激试验、一次给药和多次给药的眼睛刺激试验和皮肤光毒性试验,观察皮肤反应和眼睛反应,评价其皮肤刺激性、眼睛刺激性和光毒性。 结果 一次和多次用药高、中剂量油樟叶挥发油对破损皮肤有可逆性刺激,低剂量无刺激;三个剂量对完整皮肤均无刺激。一次用药对眼睛有轻微可逆刺激,多次用药刺激个别个体不可逆。油樟叶挥发油无光毒性。结论 中剂量以下油樟叶挥发油皮肤用药较为安全,眼睛用药要慎重。  相似文献

以0.1、0.5、1.0、3.0 g · L-1的酵母多糖处理‘佳西娜’樱桃番茄,浸泡20 min后用聚乙烯(PE)保鲜袋包装(不封口),置于(2 ± 1)℃、湿度85% ~ 95%的环境中贮藏,研究酵母多糖处理对番茄冷害以及生理生化和品质的影响。结果表明:酵母多糖处理能显著抑制樱桃番茄冷害的发生,延缓各品质指标的下降,同时可提高整个抗氧化酶系统的活性。在贮藏过程中,0.5 g · L-1质量浓度的酵母多糖处理的樱桃番茄受冷害程度最低、品质良好。  相似文献
