门源草原毛虫幼虫虫龄的判别

连续两年（１９９０一１９９１年）在实验室和野外对门源草原毛虫（Ｇｙｎａｅｐｈｏｒａｍｅｎｙ－ｕａｎｅｎｓｉｓＹａｎｅｔＣｈｏｕ）１龄至６龄（雄性）或７龄（雌性）幼虫进行了观测，对头壳宽、体长、体宽、体重和趾钩数分别作了测定，统计比较。结果表明：幼虫头壳宽度是用于直接判别幼虫发育期的最有效的参数，并提出根据这一参数估测幼虫虫龄的方法，由头宽Ｘ预测虫龄Ｙ公式为：Ｙ＝０．２９４４＋２．０３１４Ｘ４（ｒ＝０．９８２６）

Growth characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in whey from sequentially infected milk

The growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was followed in bovine whey samples which had been prepared from milk previously incubated with cultures of S. aureus or E. coli. Staphylococcal strains were divided into 2 groups according to their ability to form compact or diffuse colonies on serum soft agar, which is related to the absence or presence of capsule respectively. The growth of compact staphylococci was dependent on the bulk tank milk used whereas diffuse colony forming staphylococci grew equally well in all bulk milk, also in all inoculated milk. The growth of E. coli was markedly enhanced in whey samples prepared from milk preincubated with staphylococci. However, clear growth inhibition was seen with E. coli and S. aureus strains when grown in whey prepared from milk preincubated with E. coli. Results indicate that the growth promotion of pathogens due to compositional changes in milk are of importance during the course of infection because the growth pattern on staphylococci is dependent on these compositional changes. The growth-inhibitory effects caused by E. coli may explain difficulties in isolating this organism.     

Intraocular sarcoma associated with lens capsule rupture and persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous in a dog

This case report describes the clinical findings and ocular pathology in an adult Golden Retriever diagnosed with an intraocular sarcoma. Nineteen s prior to diagnosis with a lens capsule rupture and intraocular sarcoma, the dog was diagnosed with persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous and uveitis based on clinical signs and the ultrasonographic appearance of the eye. Two years after enucleation, there was no evidence of metastatic spread of the sarcoma. The immunohistochemical characteristics of the tumor as well as the limitations and supportive evidence used in attempting to identify the histogenesis of the tumor are outlined.     

烤烟不同分枝蒴果成熟度和种子活力的差异分析

为提高烤烟良种繁育技术,以毕纳1号为试验材料,于2012和2013年研究了烤烟不同分枝种子成熟度、活力和萌发的差异;并于2012年研究了不同分枝种子抗氧化和呼吸酶活性。中间2枝和顶3枝蒴果成熟比例显著高于下2枝(P0.05);中间2枝种子千粒重、胚根长度和浸泡液电导率均显著高于下2枝(P0.05);不同分枝种子萌发速率、发芽(势)率、胚根重量、胚根体积和SOD、POD、CAT、NA+K+-ATP酶活性无显著差异(P0.05);中间2枝种子Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶活性极显著高于顶3枝和下2枝(P0.05)。烤烟顶3枝和中间2枝蒴果成熟较整齐一致,种子活力表现为中间2枝顶3枝下2枝,良种繁育时应适当增加中间2枝蒴果比例而减少下2枝的蒴果比例。     

强力天麻杜仲胶囊对小鼠巨噬细胞活性的调节作用

[目的]研究强力天麻杜仲胶囊对小鼠巨噬细胞活性的影响。[方法]将强力天麻杜仲胶囊,连续给小鼠灌胃2周,计数小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞总数。采用ELISA法检测腹腔巨噬细胞TNF-α和IL-1β分泌水平;通过腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验检测小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。[结果]结果表明,强力天麻杜仲胶囊能够轻度抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞数量,明显降低腹腔巨噬细胞TNF-α和IL-1β的分泌水平和抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力。[结论]强力天麻杜仲胶囊可降低小鼠巨噬细胞活性。     

天麻复方降压胶囊中天麻素的鉴别及含量的测定

[目的]探索天麻复方降压胶囊中天麻素的鉴别及含量测定的方法。[方法]采用薄层色谱法鉴别处方中天麻,然后采用高效液相色谱法测定胶囊中天麻素的含量。[结果]天麻复方降压胶囊薄层色谱检出斑点清晰,专属性强;天麻复方降压胶囊中天麻素含量为6.91 mg/g。[结论]该方法操作简便、结果可靠、重现性好,可用于天麻复方降压胶囊的质量控制。     

软胶囊剂在药用植物和真菌上的应用研究及前景

综述了软胶囊剂的特点和近年来国内外的研究进展,以及在70余种药用植物和5种药用真菌上的应用现状和有待改进的问题,并展望了软胶囊剂在北冬虫夏草上的应用前景。     

甘蓝型油菜黄籽育种研究进展

综述了油菜种皮颜色的形成、种皮色泽的遗传、黄籽性状的分子标记和黄籽甘蓝型油菜选育等方面的研究进展.提出采用新的方法创造黄籽种质资源,同时加强油菜种皮色泽形成的生物合成途径的研究和分子生物学研究,把芥菜型油菜等的黄籽基因转入到农业性状伏良的甘蓝型油菜中,从而获得黄籽性状能稳定遗传的甘蓝型油菜新品种.
