为研究上海水牛生理生化指标含量,选取精神良好、健康的上海水牛犊牛(1岁内)、青年牛(1-2岁)、成年牛(3岁以上),测定了生理指标、血液生理生化指标含量。结果显示,上海水牛的体重随月龄的增加显著增加(P<0.05),而呼吸频率、心率无显著差异(P>0.05)。在检测的22项血液生理指标含量中,有10项指标(平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、淋巴细胞百分比(%LYM)、单核细胞百分比(%MONO)、中性粒细胞百分比(%NEU)、嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(%EOS)、淋巴细胞(LYM)、单核细胞(MONO))含量差异显著(P<0.05),其余12项指标(红细胞(RBC)、红细胞比容(HCT)、血红蛋白(HGB)、网织红细胞百分比(%RETIC)、网织红细胞(RETIC)、白细胞(WBC)、嗜碱性粒细胞百分比(%BASO)、中性粒细胞(NEU)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、嗜碱性粒细胞(BASO)、血小板(PLT)、血小板压积(PCT))含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。在检测的18项血液生化指标含量中,有9项指标(血糖(GLU)、肌酐(CREA)、磷离子(PHOS)、钙离子(Ca)、总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLOB)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、胆固醇(CHOL)、胰淀粉酶(AMYL))含量差异显著(P<0.05),其余9项指标(尿素(UREA)、血尿素氮/肌酐比(BUN/CREA)、白蛋白(ALB)、白蛋白/球蛋白比(ALB/GLOB)、碱性磷酸酶(ALKP)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、甘油三酯(TRIG)、脂肪酶(LIPA))含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。该研究可为上海水牛的选种选育、生长发育评估、营养状况评估、疾病诊断等提供参考。  相似文献

本研究对槟榔江水牛3-酮酸辅酶A转移酶1(3-oxoacid CoA-transferase 1,OXCT1)基因的完整CDS区进行了PCR扩增,并对其功能生物信息学和多组织差异表达进行了分析。以普通牛OXCT1基因序列(GenBank登录号:XM_006076397)为参考序列,采用Primer Premier 5.0软件设计引物序列,以提取的槟榔江水牛基因组DNA为模板,PCR扩增获得槟榔江水牛OXCT1基因mRNA序列,扩增产物经测序后利用ORF Finder软件进行开放阅读框识别,获得水牛OXCT1基因CDS区全序列,并对其进行生物信息学分析。结果显示,槟榔江水牛OXCT1基因CDS序列全长1 563 bp,编码520个氨基酸,蛋白分子式为C2509H4041N687O746S23,分子质量为56.50 ku,理论等电点(pI)为8.69,不稳定系数为27.49,平均疏水性(GRAVY)为-0.097,该蛋白属弱亲水性蛋白。OXCT1蛋白无信号肽和跨膜结构,属于线粒体膜蛋白;包含pcaJ_scoB_fam和AtoD 2个保守结构域,且具有5个功能活性位点。槟榔江水牛与普通牛、藏羚羊等5个物种的OXCT1氨基酸序列同源性≥ 97%。对槟榔江水牛13个组织进行表达谱分析表明,在泌乳期,OXCT1基因在乳腺中表达量最高,在肾脏、垂体、脂肪、大脑、皮肤和肌肉中不表达;在非泌乳期,OXCT1基因在除脂肪以外的其他12个组织中都有表达。OXCT1基因在槟榔江水牛泌乳期乳腺组织中表达量最高,推测其可能参与了水牛的乳脂合成调控事件。本研究结果可为深入了解乳脂合成代谢及其调控机制提供依据。  相似文献

[目的]槟榔江水牛为我国目前为止发现的唯一本土河流型水牛,具有产奶性能高、肉用性能好的特点,为了进一步阐明槟榔江水牛的生长发育规律,本文收集云南腾冲县巴福乐槟榔江水牛2004~2011年生长发育数据资料,研究性别、月份和年度等固定效应对体重的影响。[方法]应用SAS分析性别、月份、年度等非遗传因素对槟榔江水牛体重的影响,并且用MTDFREML软件分析了固定效应值。[结果]本研究结果表明,槟榔江水牛性别对初生重具有显著影响,公犊平均初生重(35.04kg)显著高于母犊(32.63kg);月份对母牛初生重没有显著影响,公牛的效应值比母牛的较大。[结论]月份对槟榔江水牛的体重有显著的影响,可能与饲料的季节性供给有关。  相似文献

This experiment was aimed to study the changes of reproductive hormone and regulation of follicle development during the reproductive cycle of Yili goose in Xinjiang. 2 years old Yili goose were chosen which were in good health and similar weight. 32 samples were randomly selected to take blood samples for hormone detection during the laying, broodiness and ceased periods, and 15 samples were randomly selected to gather ovarian tissue for the observation of the development of ovary and follicular. The results showed that during the laying period, the GnRH of the Yili goose was extremely significantly higher than the broodiness and ceased periods of 16.78% and 58.29% (P<0.01);PRL was significantly lower than the broodiness period of 13.00% (P<0.05), and was extremely significantly higher than the ceased period of 28.94% (P<0.01); FSH was higher than the broodiness period of 6.98% (P>0.05),and was extremely significantly higher than the ceased period of 21.12% (P<0.01); LH was extremely significantly lower than the broodiness period of 8.38% (P<0.01),and was extremely significantly higher than the ceased period of 16.84% (P<0.01); E2 were extremely significantly higher than that the broodiness and ceased periods of 29.80% and 112.40% (P<0.01); P4 levels were extremely significantly higher than the broodiness and ceased periods of 28.89% and 30.34% (P<0.01). The ovary volume and weight of Yili goose were extremely significantly higher than that of broodiness and ceased periods (P<0.01). In the laying period, the mature follicles of Yili goose were significantly larger than that of the broodiness and resting periods, the number of secondary follicles was more and the number of primary follicles was lesser. Ovarian growth and mature follicle atresia, granule layer shrinkage, inward depression, cytoplasmic cavity, follicular atrophy at all levels in the broodiness period. The follicle cytoplasmic cavity of the ovary was larger in the ceased period than broodiness period, and inward concave further deeper, a large number of primordial follicles evenly arranged. Thus, during the laying period, the responses of GnRH, E2 and LH of Yili goose were active and played a leading role on the development of ovarian and follicular. PRL and LH maintained a high level of secretion, cooperated to maintain the broodiness behavior during the broodiness period.  相似文献

试验旨在研究青贮甘蔗尾(sugarcane tops silage,SS)和青贮玉米秸秆(corn straw silage,CS)对生长水牛生长性能、消化代谢及血液生化指标的影响。试验1:选择21头体重、胎次相同或相近的6月龄生长水牛,随机分为3个组,分别饲喂SS+精料、CS+精料、SS+CS+精料,进行为期30 d饲养试验。试验2:另选6头体重、胎次相同或相近的6月龄生长水牛随机分为2组,分别饲喂SS和CS,不喂精料,利用全收粪法进行为期4 d的消化代谢试验。结果表明:①SS和CS单独饲喂对生长水牛平均干物质采食量(ADMI)影响不显著(P>0.05),饲喂CS组生长水牛平均日增重(ADG)较SS组高,差异不显著(P>0.05)。二者组合饲喂时生长水牛ADMI、ADG比其单独饲喂时高。②CS的养分消化率、氮代谢和能量代谢率均高于SS,但差异均不显著(P>0.05),二者中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。③SS和CS对生长水牛血液生化指标影响差异均不显著(P>0.05),对动物机体无不良影响。由此可见,单独饲喂时CS养分消化率较SS高,CS及SS对生长水牛血液生化指标均无不良影响,且二者组合饲喂能提高生长水牛生长性能。  相似文献

[目的] 探究云南3个水牛品种(德宏水牛、滇东南水牛、盐津水牛)的mtDNA D-loop区的遗传多样性与母系起源。[方法]采用PCR扩增、测序及生物信息学方法。[结果] 本研究共分析了215条云南水牛mtDNA D-loop全序列,检测到107个多态位点,定义了86种单倍型。结果表明,云南3个水牛品种的mtDNA遗传多样性非常丰富,其中,滇东南水牛的遗传多样性最高(Hd: 0.946±0.017,Pi: 0.0162±0.0018),盐津水牛的遗传多样性最低(Hd: 0.805±0.063,Pi: 0.0141±0.0031)。系统发育分析结果表明,在3个云南水牛品种中检测到2个主要支系(A和B支系及其亚支系)及一个稀有支系C,其中A支系为主要支系(79.07%),且经历了强烈的群体扩张。[结论] 云南3个水牛品种具有丰富的mtDNA遗传多样性,主要有A与B两个母系起源。  相似文献

乳汁体细胞数(somatic cell count,SCC)是检查奶牛乳房炎和牛奶质量的指标,为了解南宁某规模化奶牛场奶水牛SCC情况及SCC与其他乳成分的关系,试验随机选取该场152份泌乳早期乳样,测定其SCC、乳汁比重、蛋白质、脂肪、总固形物、非脂固形物及乳糖的含量,并对其进行相关性分析。结果表明,SCC小于50万/mL的乳样占被检奶样总数的88.16%,大于100万/mL的占1.97%;乳汁比重、乳蛋白、乳糖和非脂固形物含量均随着SCC的升高而下降,而乳脂含量随着SCC的升高而呈上升趋势;SCC与乳糖及非脂固形物含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。因此,奶水牛乳中SCC不仅与乳糖和非脂固形物含量密切相关,也提示其与奶水牛产后营养代谢状况有关。  相似文献

An experiment was conducted using 17 male buffalo calves to assess the effects of plane of nutrition on dry matter intake (DMI), daily gain (DG), body size measurement, apparent digestibility and nitrogen (N) balance. To attain 250 kg BW, the calves were allocated into three groups: H, L‐H and L, receiving the concentrate at 1.50% of BW, 0.75% of BW until 190 kg BW and 1.50% thereafter and 0.75% of BW, respectively. The animals had ad libitum access to urea‐treated rice straw (UTRS). The DMI of UTRS through the experiment was higher in L and L‐H than H, showing 3.52, 2.90 and 2.62 kg/day, respectively (P < 0.01), but the total DMI did not differ among the treatment groups. The DG throughout the experiment was high in the order of H, L‐H and L, showing 0.72, 0.57 and 0.45 kg, respectively (P < 0.01). The digestibility of DM, organic matter, crude protein, neutral and acid detergent fiber and N retention were higher in H than in L (P < 0.05). The findings of this study thus revealed the greater DG has an advantage of shortening the growing period around 3 months, and consequently increasing benefit in fattening of buffalo calves in Nepal.  相似文献

Comprehensive information on the role of β‐casein and plasminogen–plasmin (PG–PL) system in milk secretion of Murrah buffaloes during winter season is lacking, although effects of cold stress can be ameliorated to an extent by altering microclimate at farm level. Hence, this study was aimed to determine the changes in productivity along with PG–PL system of milk, plasma hormones and metabolites of buffaloes during winter (December–January) season under two different management systems. Average minimum temperature and wind chill index during this season were 7.02 and 12.74 °C respectively. Buffaloes were divided in two groups of six animals each: control and treatment, where treatment group animals were placed in‐house with floor bedding of paddy straw and the control group animals in loose housing system without straw bedding. Physiological responses were recorded, and milk and blood samples were collected at weekly intervals for six‐week experimental period. Under in‐house management system, buffaloes experienced better comfort by alleviating environmental stress as their physiological responses such as respiration rate and pulse rate were significantly reduced (p < 0.01) as compared to the control, which subsequently resulted higher milk yield by 9.92% (p < 0.05). Analysis of milk samples revealed higher concentration of plasminogen (10.6 vs. 8.05 μg/ml; p < 0.01) and β‐casein (p < 0.05), and lower plasmin level (0.299 vs. 0.321 μg/ml; p < 0.05) in buffaloes under treatment group. It was also found that plasma cortisol, glucose and non‐esterified fatty acids levels were higher (p < 0.01) in control group as compared to the treatment animals by 13.6%, 8.14% and 12.6% respectively. However, milk composition, growth hormone, epinephrine and norepinephrine level in plasma were similar in both the groups. Hence, it may be concluded that provision of in‐house shelter management with floor bedding of paddy straw during winter was effective to minimize environmental stress and improved milk production through manipulation of PG–PL system in buffaloes.  相似文献
