本文采用动力学方法测定了团头鲂肝胰脏淀粉酶和肠道蛋白酶、淀粉酶的活性分布及pH值对各消化酶活性的影响,结果表明:食糜中的蛋白酶、淀粉酶活性沿消化道从前至后逐渐减弱,而肠黏膜中各消化酶活性则基本上是由前到后逐渐增加。在pH值6.0~9.0范围内,肠道蛋白酶活性在pH为8.6时为最大,在pH值6.2~8.6范围内,肝胰脏和肠道淀粉酶活性在pH值7.8时为最大。  相似文献

贮藏温度对兰州百合生长及鳞茎碳水化合物代谢的影响   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:3  
以兰州百合为材料,研究了百合种球经不同贮藏温度处理后,植株生长及鳞茎碳水化合物代谢的变化。结果表明:随着贮藏温度的降低,百合各个生育阶段均提前,总生育期缩短,同时百合株高和茎粗的生长加快,叶面积和鳞茎鲜重增加;母鳞茎和新鳞茎淀粉、总可溶性糖含量增加。蔗糖是百合鳞茎内糖分积累和转运的主要形态,其含量变化与总糖变化趋势基本一致。淀粉酶活性变化与淀粉含量变化趋势相反。结合鳞茎鲜重的变化可知,在本试验范围内,2℃贮藏百合种球101d有利于鳞茎发育。  相似文献

    以粳稻品种秋光为材料,利用不同压力处理不同浸种时间的水稻种子,研究了处理后水稻种子细胞膜透性和萌发过程中淀粉酶活性的变化,并分析了它们与发芽势和发芽率的相关性.结果表明:高压处理后,种子发芽势和发芽率随处理压力的升高而降低,种子细胞膜透性随处理压力的增大而增加,且不同浸种时间之间也存在显著性差异;种子在萌发过程中α-淀粉酶和β-淀粉酶活性随处理压力的增加而显著降低;高压处理后种子的发芽势和发芽率与细胞膜透性的增加百分率呈显著负相关,而与α-淀粉酶和β-淀粉酶活性均存在极显著的正相关,表明高压处理使种子的发芽势和发芽率降低与细胞膜透性的增加及淀粉酶活性降低有关.  相似文献

为探讨甘肃省民乐县山体库贮藏对马铃薯品质的影响。对9个马铃薯品种不同贮藏时期淀粉、还原糖含量以及淀粉酶活性进行分析测定。结果表明:随着贮藏期的延长,大多数品种的淀粉含量表现为升→降→升→降,还原糖含量表现为升→降,淀粉酶活性表现为升→降→升→降;2月份是一个临界贮藏时期,淀粉含量降低到最低(12.68%~22.47%),还原糖含量达到最高点(0.43%~2.41%),淀粉酶活性降低到最低点(0.43~0.87 mg/(g? min))。山体库有利于马铃薯的贮藏;‘青薯6号’和‘同薯23号’适合做菜用型品种,‘大西洋’、‘夏波蒂’和‘LK-99’适合做生产加工型品种,为了保证品质,最佳的加工时间在次年2月之前完成;淀粉酶活性和淀粉含量之间存在负相关,与还原糖之间存在正相关,淀粉含量和还原糖含量之间存在负相关,淀粉含量和还原糖含量之间处于动态平衡状态。  相似文献

采用双波长微量法对国内有代表性的96份谷子种质资源的直链淀粉和支链淀粉含量进行了测定,分析其淀粉多样性与直/支比变异类型。结果表明,各品种直链淀粉含量介于0~24.91%,平均值为15.66%,支链淀粉含量介于4.77%~34.26%,平均值为14.67%;44份育成品种和52份地方品种直链淀粉含量变化幅度分别为8.66%~21.81%和0~24.91%;96份谷子的直/支比变化范围为0~3.60,平均为1.18,其中直/支比<0.05的地方品种仅2个,而直/支比>0.33的品种93个,占总数的96.87%。直链淀粉含量小于3.5%的糯性品种3个,其中完全糯性品种2个;高直链淀粉品种4个,直链淀粉含量介于12.0%~18.0%的种质有60份,占总数的62.50%。筛选出适合加工糍粑、汤圆类糯质食品的地方品种3个,为红毛谷、三爪谷和酒谷;可用于加工米粉等高膳食纤维的地方品种4个,分别为金皇谷、金棒子、茄谷和山西白米。96份谷子种质资源中地方品种直链淀粉变异类型较为丰富,育成品种直链淀粉遗传基础相对单一。  相似文献

为了研究不同鱼类胰α-淀粉酶基因5'端调控序列转录因子差异与鱼类食性分化之间的关系。通过PCR克隆测序和查询NCBI数据库,获得32种鱼类胰α淀粉酶基因5'端824 bp序列,并对鱼类胰α淀粉酶基因5'端序列进行转录因子和系统发育分析。按不同的营养类型将鱼类分为杂食性、植食性和肉食性,通过百分比相似性分析不同食性鱼类的胰α淀粉酶基因转录因子的组成差异以及转录因子与鱼类食性的关系。结果显示:不同食性鱼类的胰α-淀粉酶基因5'端序列存在转录因子种类差异,植食性-肉食性鱼类差异主要体现在E47、C/EBPalpha、NF-Y和Pax-2,植食性-杂食性差异主要体现在deltaEF1、MyoD、NF-Y、AREB6和Pax-2,杂食性-肉食性差异主要体现在GATA-1、SRY、MyoD、HFH-8、AREB6、Pax-2、STAT5A和AP-1。系统发育结果与传统形态分类学大体相符,相同食性的鱼类并没有聚为一类。鱼类胰α-淀粉酶基因5'端调控序列中与食性分化相关的转录因子有E47、C/EBPalpha、NF-Y、Pax-2、deltaEF1、MyoD、AREB6、GATA-1、SRY、HFH-8、STAT5A和AP-1;胰α-淀粉酶基因5'端序列的转录因子与鱼类食性分化具有一定的关系。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮直链/支链淀粉和淀粉酶对肉鸡生长性能和营养物质表观消化率的影响。试验采用4×3双因子设计,选用1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡960只,随机分为12个组,每组5个重复,每个重复16羽肉鸡,饲粮直链/支链淀粉分别为0.11、0.23、0.35、0.47,淀粉酶的添加量分别为0、3000、6000U/kg。试验期为21d。试验测定了肉鸡生长性能和营养物质表观消化率。结果表明:1)直链/支链淀粉为0.23的饲粮组肉鸡的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比以直链/支链淀粉为0.47的饲粮组最高(P<0.05),其他组间差异不显著(P>0.05);饲粮中添加6000U/kg淀粉酶显著降低肉鸡平均日增重(P<0.05),但对料重比影响不显著(P>0.05);二者的互作效应不显著(P>0.05)。2)能量、粗蛋白质、干物质、粗脂肪以及钙表观消化率以直链/支链淀粉为0.11的饲粮组最高(P<0.05),直链/支链淀粉为0.47的饲粮组最低(P<0.05);饲粮中添加淀粉酶对营养物质表观消化率影响不显著(P>0.05);二者的互作效应对营养物质表观消化率影响显著(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲喂直链/支链淀粉为0.23和淀粉酶添加量为3 000 U/kg的饲粮可提高肉鸡的生长性能。  相似文献

The performance of selected leaf meals of high dietary fibre in the feed of a tropical commercial carp, hybrid lemon fin barb (Barbonymus gonionotus ♀ × Hypsibarbus wetmorei ♂) was evaluated in a 56‐day feeding trial. The tropical carp juveniles (9.43 ± 0.05 g) were randomly stocked in 60‐L aquaria at 15 fish per aquarium. Five isonitrogenous and isocaloric diets (30% crude protein, 17 kJ/g gross energy) containing no leaf meal and 10% napier grass (Pennisetum purpureum), alfalfa (Medicago sativa), water spinach (Ipomea aquatica) and Gliricidia sepium leaf meals were formulated and tested. Three aquaria were randomly assigned to each experimental diet. The results showed that fish‐fed diets containing leaf meals showed superior growth performance and body composition which was better than those fed control diet. The leaf meal‐treated groups also had higher values of protein, lipid, energy retention and production of digestive enzymes amylase. Conclusively, the results indicated that leaf meal fibre provided better performance showing the inherent prebiotic effect of the utilization of these leaf meal in hybrid lemon fin barb .  相似文献

Bigfin reef squid (Sepioteuthis lessoniana) is an economically important exported aquatic animal in Thailand, but little is known about its husbandry, which needs to be clarified. In this study, the ontogenic development of the main digestive enzymes (pepsin, trypsin, chymotrypsin, lipase and amylase) was investigated within 30 days after hatching (DAH). Fertilized eggs of the wild cuttlefish were hatched and then distributed into four replicate aquaria assigned to varying collection times (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 DAH). The development of pepsin suggests acidic digestion functionality at 5 DAH, and its specific activity was maintained over the studied period. Specific activities of the serine proteases, trypsin and chymotrypsin, fluctuated significantly with similar pattern, and appear to be the key enzymes contributing ontogenic changes in protein catabolism. The specific activity of lipase was relatively high at 0 DAH, dramatically increased by 5 DAH, and then appeared constant until the end of observations, suggesting important role in utilizing the lipid from yolk at hatching, as well as probably in sparing protein utilization. Dramatic increase in amylase specific activity occurred by 10 DAH after which the activity was constant until 30 DAH, suggesting the utilization of carbohydrate as energy evolves comparatively late. Findings from the current study could be used to manage nutritional protocols according to the digestive enzyme patterns, as well as to develop artificial diets for rearing S. lessoniana.  相似文献

The interaction between the sequence of feeding of hay and concentrate and the hydrothermal processing of barley in alleviating concentrate effects on intake, and hindgut fermentation in horses was tested. Six Arabian mares (4–10 years of age, 410 ± 35 kg body weight) were used to evaluate the effects of feeding sequence (FS) and type of barley (TB) on intake, and faecal volatile fatty acids (VFA), activities of α‐amylase (AA: EC 3.2.1.1), carboxymethyl cellulase (CMCase: EC 3.2.1.4), microcrystalline cellulase (MCCase: EC 3.2.1.91) and general filter paper degrading activity (FPD). Mares were offered a ration of air‐dried alfalfa and concentrate (70:30 as‐fed) in four subsequent periods of 14 days including 8 days of adaptation and 6 days of sampling. In each period and each meal, mares received concentrate either 30 min after (HC) or 30 min before (CH) alfalfa hay. Barley was either milled or boiled in water. Rectal samples were grabbed directly from rectum once per period. Mares subjected to CH had higher dry matter intakes than mares under HC regime. The acetate:propionate ratio (A:P ratio) in rectal content was higher with CH than HC. The AA activity was higher under CH than under HC. Mares fed boiled barley had lower rectal concentrations of VFA and propionate and a higher A:P ratio than mares fed milled barley. Furthermore, the rectal content showed a higher MCCase activity but a lower AA activity when mares were fed boiled compared with milled barley. Interactions between FS and TB were observed with respect to CMCase activity, and concentrations of propionate and valerate. In conclusion, the present results suggest that both, feeding concentrate before hay and boiling the barley, might improve the hindgut environment in Arabian mares, and that the two measures were mostly additive and sometimes even synergistic.  相似文献
