采用筒栽精确控制试验,模拟初始土壤含盐量较低,且降雨不足以对土壤进行淋洗的生产情况,通过分析不同生育期、不同程度盐分胁迫与棉花生长及生理指标的响应关系,得出不同生育期咸淡轮灌条件下棉花的耐盐指标及相应土壤含盐量的耐盐特征值。结果显示,株高相对增长量可以作为蕾期轮灌(AL)和花铃期轮灌(AH)的阶段耐盐指标,叶面积相对增长量可以作为AL、AH和吐絮期轮灌(AT)的阶段耐盐指标;相对铃数可以作为AL和AH的全生育期耐盐指标,相对叶面积可以作为AT的全生育期耐盐指标。在允许减产10%的情况下,AL与AH处理阶段土壤含盐量最好分别控制在0.277%和0.584%以下,全生育期土壤含盐量分别控制在0.486%和0.754%以下。AH较之AL和AT可以利用更多的微咸水。 相似文献

Ser/Arg-rich (SR) genes encode proteins that play pivotal roles in both constitutive and alternative splicing of pre-mRNA. However, not much effort has been made to investigate the alternative splicing of their own pre-mRNA. In this study, we conducted comprehensive analyses of pre-mRNA splicing for 22 SR genes in three rice (Oryza sativa L.) ecotypes indica, japonica and javanica. Using different ecotypes we characterized the variations in expression and splicing patterns of rice SR genes in different tissues and at different developmental stages. In addition, we compared the divergence in expression and splicing patterns of SR genes from seedlings of different rice ecotypes in response to hormones application and environmental stresses. Our results revealed the complexity of alternative splicing of SR genes in rice. The splicing varies in different tissues, in different ecotypes, in response to stresses and hormones. Thus, our study suggested that SR genes were subjected to sophisticated alternative splicing although their encoding proteins were involved in the splicing process. 相似文献

茄黄萎病(Verticillium dahliae Kleb.)是我区露地和保护地茄子的主要病害,由于发生普遍和损失严重,目前成为限制茄子生产的重要影响因子。1987年8~10月,室内对8种杀菌剂毒力测定,证明50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂、40%白霜净胶悬剂、Busan 乳油有很好的抑菌效果.1988年5~8月通过大田防治和测产试验,发现用多苗灵与白霜净交替定植前的苗期喷雾,有防病和增产的作用;定植后用多菌灵或白霜净分别加1%平平加茎杆涂药或稀释灌根,亦有防病和增产的效果. 相似文献

应用涂层处理技术将燕麦预处理加工,开发了一种货架期内燕麦不吸水软化的新型酸奶。主要研究内容包括涂层油脂的筛选,涂层工艺的主要参数,涂层燕麦颗粒的杀菌条件及涂层处理对燕麦酸奶口感的提升。结果表明可可脂与月桂型代可可脂等比例混合物性质稳定,熔点范围窄,适合涂层燕麦;燕麦涂层加工较佳条件为:温度48℃,浸涂时间30 s,传送速度5 m/min,冷却温度16℃,涂层后谷物辐照杀菌剂量30~40 kGy。为含谷物与膨化食品的新型酸奶的开发奠定了基础。 相似文献

【目的】烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L.)碱性几丁质酶基因PR3b在低烟碱突变体(nic1和nic2)中存在转录后mRNA可变剪切现象,但其可变剪切的发生机制仍不清楚。将PR3b的可变剪切元件NRSE1(nicotinesynthesis related splicing element 1)与GUS融合表达,分析NRSE1元件的独立可变剪切特性,以揭示其作用机制。【方法】利用PCR扩增方法获得PR3b cDNA序列中的NRSE1元件片段,并利用基因重组技术构建了烟草PR3b可变剪切元件NRSE1与GUS的融合表达载体。将融合表达载体导入农杆菌LBA4404后,通过农杆菌介导的叶盘转化法培育了表达NRSE1与GUS融合子的低烟碱突变体nic1和nic2及野生型烟草转基因植株;通过RT-PCR检测及GUS染色鉴定出阳性植株后,利用RT-PCR分析NRSE1与GUS融合表达后在低烟碱突变体和野生型烟草中的可变剪切特性;对转基因植株的幼苗进行乙烯(ET)和茉莉酸(JA)处理,通过GUS染色方法分析ET和JA处理对转基因植株中GUS活性的影响,并通过RT-PCR方法分析ET和JA... 相似文献

An 8‐week feeding trial was conducted to determine the effectiveness of replacing fish meal (FM) with blends of alternative proteins in diets for white seabass (WSB, Atractoscion nobilis) at a starting weight of 5.6 g. Five diets were formulated with 400–440g kg?1 crude protein (380g kg?1 digestible). These included a high 520g kg?1 FM control diet, a series of three diets with a sequential replacement of FM containing 410g kg?1, 510g kg?1 and 630g kg?1 of a soy‐based protein blend (SPC) and 200g kg?1, 100g kg?1 and 0g kg?1 FM, respectively and a fifth diet containing 550g kg?1 of a corn‐based protein blend (CGM) and 100g kg?1 FM. Survival was highest in the FM control group at 99% but all other performance measures (weight gain, feed conversion ratio, specific growth rate and protein retention efficiency) were worse than the other treatment groups. Weight gain reached a maximum of 595% in the SPC 200g kg?1 FM treatment group. Performance decreased as inclusion of the soy‐based protein blend increased. The CGM treatment performed comparably to the SPC 100g kg?1 FM treatment among all measures, except for survival, which was higher in the CGM 100g kg?1 FM treatment. With nutrient levels and alternative protein blends used in this study, FM can be reduced to 100g kg?1 of the diet for WSB without reductions in performance. 相似文献

Marine‐derived fish meal (FM) is a traditional component of commercial aquaculture feeds for many farmed fish species. Modern bioprocessing technologies have been developed to produce high‐protein plant‐based ingredients for aquafeeds to further reduce FM and other conventional animal protein sources. A 90‐day feeding trial using juvenile rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) (27.9 ± 1.4 g; mean ± SE) was completed to evaluate growth, feed efficiency, general health and immunological responses to diets containing experimental plant‐based protein sources and reduced FM. Trout were fed one of four dietary treatments: experimental bioprocessed soy protein concentrate (BSPC), commercially available enzymatically hydrolysed soy protein concentrate (CSPC), experimental bioprocessed barley protein concentrate (BBPC) and a FM control (FMC). At trial termination, there were no significant differences in relative growth (RG) or specific growth rate (SGR) between fish fed either FMC or BSPC (p > .05). Fish fed either CSPC or BBPC resulted in significantly lower RG and SGR than the FMC (p < .05). Significant respiratory burst analysis differences were observed among treatments at day 90 (p < .01), for fish fed either FMC or CSPC diets. This assessment of bioprocessed plant‐based protein ingredients facilitates the characterization and incorporation of bioprocessed soy and barley protein as the industry continues to evaluate FM replacements in rainbow trout feeds. 相似文献

Variation in life history traits within and across species is known to reflect adaptations to different environmental drivers through a diversity of mechanisms. Trait variation can also help buffer species and populations against extinction in fluctuating environments and against anthropogenic disturbances. Here, we examine the distribution and drivers of Ocean‐type Chinook salmon (Oncorhynchus tschawytscha) juvenile migratory life histories. We defined alternative migratory strategies according to whether individuals reared in the stream (natal rearing) or left shortly after hatching to rear elsewhere (non‐natal rearing). We then evaluated the frequency of migratory strategies across 16 populations with time series extending up to 25 years and evaluated the environmental variables that influenced variation in migration strategy. We found bimodal migration patterns and abrupt transitions in migrant sizes across all populations, supporting the widespread nature of alternative migratory strategies. Additionally, we found that the amount of freshwater rearing habitat available to juveniles, relative juvenile density and spring flow patterns significantly influenced the overall migration pattern for populations. Smaller streams and higher conspecific densities generally produced more non‐natal rearing migrants and larger streams and lower conspecific densities producing more natal rearing migrants. Our results shed light on previously unexplored patterns of juvenile migratory strategies and encourage broader consideration for how current conservation actions perform at protecting juvenile migratory diversity. 相似文献
