为探讨血浆蛋白 (酶 )多态性与杂种优势的关系 ,测定了杜洛克、长白、大白、杜×长大、大×长大、长×大、大×长共 7个品种 (组合 )的 8个血浆蛋白 (酶 )位点的多态性及部分生长和胴体性状 ,计算了平均基因杂合度与部分经济性状实测值和杂优率的相关关系 .结果表明 ,平均基因杂合度与遗传距离呈正相关 ,与日增重、屠宰率、背膘厚、后腿比例的实测值或杂优率呈正相关 ,与眼肌面积的实测值和杂优率呈负相关 .平均基因杂合度和亲本间遗传距离可为预测杂种优势提供依据 . 相似文献

采用A-PAGE和SDS-PAGE聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,对远缘组合分离出来的节燕98-2类型入选11个遗传性基本稳定的具有高产、多抗的小麦株系的醇溶蛋白和高分子量谷蛋白亚基进行了分析.结果表明,在A-PAGE电泳分析中,11个供试株系具有11种不同的醇溶蛋白带型.在SDS-FAGE电泳分析中,出现了7种不同的高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)及6种亚基组合类型,优质亚基及亚基组合所占的比例较少,品质评分偏低,其变幅为5~8分,平均为6.36分.但在所分析的材料中,出现了一个少见的特殊亚基:2 10 12.并研究了这些HMW-GS和组合频率及特点.11个株系中7个具有45 10优质亚基和2个具有2*亚基,它们可供小麦优质育种利用.研究表明,通过远缘杂交能够选育出具有高产、抗病和优质的小麦新材料. 相似文献

本研究选用18头28±1日龄断奶的杂交仔猪(平均体重约5.5kg),研究低蛋白质氨基酸平衡饲粮对早期断奶仔猪腹泻和生产性能的影响。试验结果显示:(1)低蛋白质氨基酸平衡饲粮使仔猪血浆挥发性盐基氨含量、血浆尿素氨含量和腹泻指数降低(P<0.05或0.01)。(2)采食全植物蛋白型氨基酸平衡饲粮(CP18.3%)的仔猪,其平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和料肉比(P/G)与采食复合蛋白型对照饲粮(CP19.7%)的仔猪差异不显著(P>0.05),但前者的增重成本比后者降低(P<0.05)31%。(3)采食复合蛋白型氨基酸平衡饲粮(CP18.4%)的仔猪的生产性能优于采食复合蛋白型对照饲粮(CP19.7%)的仔猪,前者的ADG和ADFI分别提高(P<0.05)61%和32%,F/G和增重成本分别下降(P<0.05)24%和37%。(4)采食全植物蛋白型氨基酸平衡饲粮的仔猪,其ADG和ADFI低于(P<0.01)采食复合蛋白型氨基酸平衡饲粮的仔猪。前者的F/G和增重成本趋于高于后者,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。以上结果表明,低蛋白质氨基酸平衡饲粮可显著降低仔猪断奶后腹泻和提高仔猪生产性能。复合蛋白型? 相似文献

对不同熟性棉花品种功能叶几种酶活性及脂质过氧化水平(以丙二醛含量表示)的研究结果表明,超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性在吐絮前呈波动上升,吐絮盛期争剧下降;丙二醛(MDA)含量吐絮前缓慢上升,吐絮后明显增加;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在结铃以前随叶片发育而上升,结铃后急剧下降;过氧化物酶(POD)活性始终呈上升趋势。进一步对POD同工酶进行电泳发现,其酶谱构成随生育进程而变化,早熟品种在开花期酶带条数最多 相似文献

The cause of a streak disease of pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum), originating from Nigeria, has been attributed to a geminivirus belonging to the African streak virus cluster. A full-length, infectious clone of the virus was obtained which was transmissible by the vectorCicadulina mbila (Naudé). Analysis of the complete nucleotide sequence of the coat protein gene of this virus shows it to be most closely related to sugarcane streak virus. A capillary reversed passive latex agglutination test (capillary RPLA) was developed which allows quantification of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) within approximately 15 min. The logarithmic regression line (calibration curve) obtained after measuring each CRP concentration three times in twofold dilutions of a standard canine serum containing 222 g/ml of CRP was y=6.394+0.030x (r=0.995). Capillary RPLA permitted quantification of CRP in the range 6.9–222 g/ml. The coefficients of variation ranged from 10.28% to 12.40%. The recovery rates (percentage recovery) of CRP by capillary RPLA were within the range 87% to 106%. On measuring the CRP concentrations in sera from 78 dogs by capillary RPLA, single radial immunodiffusion (SRID) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), close correlations were demonstrated between SRID and capillary RPLA (y=7.250+1.109x, r=0.978), between SRID and ELISA (y=3.042+1.059x, r=0.967), and between capillary RPLA and ELISA (y=1.778+0.929x, r=0.962). Capillary RPLA may be considered useful as a routine biochemical technique for measurement of serum CRP concentration in the dog.Abbreviations CRP

Protein kinase C (PKC) activity was evaluated and the phosphorylation of its endogenous substrates was explored in fatty liver induced by administration of ethionine (an analogue of methionine) to cows in order to assess the relevance of PKC-dependent phosphorylation in the development of fatty liver. PKC activity was decreased in both the cytosolic and the total particulate fractions from fatty livers, compared to the corresponding fractions from control liver. The mode of activation by the PKC cofactors (1-oleoyl-2-acetyl-sn-glycerol, 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate, phosphatidylserine and Ca2+) was similar in both control and fatty livers, suggesting a quantitative but not a qualitative change in PKC in fatty liver. At least three substrate proteins (34 kDa, 26 kDa and 19 kDa) were found in the cytosolic fraction and their phosphorylation was reduced in fatty liver. These results suggest that impairment of the signal transduction pathway mediated by PKC is involved in the pathogenesis of fatty liver in cows.Abbreviations ATP

Effect of plant density (37,037, 44,444 and 55,555 plants/ha) on the increase of northern leaf blight in time and space on two maize cultivars planted at spacings of 90, 75 and 60 between rows and 30 cm within rows was investigated.Exserohilum turcicum infested maize residue was used as an inoculum source. Maize density did not significantly affect the disease indices, but significantly influenced the grain yield of the two cultivars. In contrast, the two cultivars differed significantly (P0.01) in disease severity, but not grain yield. Higher disease severities and grain yields were associated with higher plant densities, whereas the apparent infection rate was lower in higher plant density. Distance from the maize residue (inoculum source) significantly influenced disease severity. The percentage leaf area blighted, area under disease progress curve and disease progress curve intercept decreased with distance from the maize residue area, but the apparent infection rate on EV8429-SR appeared to increase with distance. Disease gradients (b) were higher in closely planted maize and flattened with time in one location only. 相似文献
