Study on Design of Bio-clean Operating Room

The design of Bio-clean operating room in modern hospital is quite different from that of traditional operating room. This paper discusses three aspects of Bio-clean operating room design: air clean standard and air purification, interior equipment system and interior finish. It is hoped that this discussion will conduce to later designs.     

Development And Countermeasure of Timeshare Estate

In this paper the concept and active impaction on economy of timeshare were introduced. According to supply, demand and basic condition, developing timeshare estate were provided with basic condition in China. Analyzing the history of timeshare we can get the conclusion that it was unused real estate to startup the timeshare and so the development of timeshare in China have partly active effect. At last, in this paper the policy risk, consumption anticipation risk, lack of demand risk, product design risk, market orientation risk, system management risk, competition risk, internationalization risk, and market impression risk were analyzed except the market risk, business risk and polity risk and so on which were the common risks of real estate. And the countermeasure and measure how to promoting the development of timeshare estate were put forward.     

Simulation of the penetration rate (ROP) of the air percussion drilling

It is difficult to calculate the penetration rate (ROP) of percussion drilling. In the early research, the empirical or semiempirical formulae of the ROP are derived from the laboratory or field data collected by the researchers. However, the ROP value of the formulae is not as accurate as that in the field. Benefiting from the dynamic model, the geometric structure model and the theory of the roller cone bit, the mathematical model of the hammer bit, the mathematical model of the true bottom hole and the mathematical model between the tooth and the rock of the hammer bit are established. Hence the ROP of the air percussion drilling can be predicted by simulation. Field tests show the models are reliable and the results are coincident with that in the field. The research can help to redesign the hammer bit and optimize the drilling parameters.     

发动机用平板型空滤器流动阻力特性分析和改进

为减小平板型空滤器流动阻力以增大进气量,对平板型空滤器流动阻力特性开展了实验研究,获得了空滤器流动阻力随流量变化的规律和阻力构成成分。阻力随流量的增大而加速增大,滤芯阻力约占整个空滤器阻力的一半,入口流量为120 m 3/h时,总阻力为915.3 Pa,滤芯阻力为426.4 Pa。在实验获得滤芯阻力参数的基础上,提出采用多孔介质跃升模型对平板型空滤器内部流场开展三维数值仿真分析,结果表明,仿真结果与实验结果比较吻合,最大误差为5.67%。滤芯阻力同样约占整个阻力的一半,另一半阻力主要为出口处阻力,其余壁面阻力约占15%。最后,在实验和仿真分析的基础上,提出了改进模型并进行了仿真分析。结果表明,改进模型阻力有较大程度的下降,入口流量为120 m 3/h时,总阻力为588.2 Pa,较原始模型下降了32.2%;增大空滤器流通横截面积是减小阻力以增大进气量的有效手段,改进空滤器壁面的平滑性是补充措施。     

A STUDY ON HEAT AND MOISTURE STATE OF HULL LAYER FOR THERMAL INSTULATION OF A COLD STORAGE

This paper analyses the thermal moist characteristics of the hull layer beside an air layer at lower temperature in an envelope for a cold storage and presents a new method of waterproof by air layer. With test data from engineering practice, the theory on the barrier of self moisture proof at the surface sublayer of the hull layer in an attic on a cold storage is proven. The dried zone about three phase point is confirmed. It is a new knowledge for thermophysics on thermal design of a cold storage with an optimum thermal performance.     

Application of Matter Element Analysis in Assessment of Ambient Air Quality

A new method for assessment of ambient air quality is proposed by using matter element analysis.This model is simple and reasonable in assessment.The practical example is given,and compared with other methods.     

浅谈筒仓的熏蒸方法及对筒仓气密性要求

文章介绍了目前对筒仓采用的几种熏蒸方法。对筒仓气密性对熏蒸效果的影响进行了讨论，并提出了对密封的补救建议。     

四气门柴油机进气门出口流速的分布

对四气门柴油机在两个进气道单独和同时开启的情况下，利用热线风速仪测量进气门出口全圆周速度分布，并通过动量矩流率的计算，分析了两个进气道气流相互影响的变化规律及其主要影响因素。结果表明，在进气过程中，两个进气道之间的气流相互影响，造成了两进气门出口速度的再分配，进而导致了缸内气流绕气缸轴线动量矩流率的变化。动量矩流率的总量与两气道单独开启时相比有明显减少，这是两气道的组合涡流比小于单独气道涡流比的主要原因。两进气道之间的干扰程度与作用结果取决于气道本身的结构形状和相对位置。     

稻谷热风、微波干燥品质与玻璃化转变研究

以函数拟合、近红外检测及发芽率测定,研究稻谷热风、微波干燥的去水性能及其蛋白质、直链淀粉含量与出芽品质;结合TG/DSC测试,探讨2种热源干燥稻谷的玻璃化转变对其干燥后品质的影响。结果表明:以对数函数拟合稻谷热风、微波干燥去水性能的准确度高;经2种热源干燥稻谷的蛋白质、淀粉含量过程差异不显著;但热风干燥稻谷初期蛋白质含量差异明显。鲜稻谷发芽率显著低于其经热风、微波干燥后的发芽率,三者分别为0.65±0.19、0.93±0.03、0.77±0.02。随含水率降低,经热风、微波干燥稻谷的热重损失与热流则呈不同趋势变化,二者中点温度均减小,综合影响干谷品质。     

旋风分离器在饲草干燥设备中的应用

饲草干燥设备中的旋风分离器与普通旋风分离器从结构上有很多不同点,从而使其各部分参数以及饲草颗粒的运动轨迹有很大不同。为此,根据旋风分离器的工作原理,分析了饲草干燥设备中的旋风分离器各个部分的参数,并从理论上给出了饲草在旋风分离器中的运动轨迹,为旋风分离器在饲草干燥设备中的应用提供理论依据。
