Trilostane, a 3beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase inhibitor, has been used successfully over the last few years for the treatment of canine pituitary-dependent hyperadrenocorticism. In a prospective study of 19 dogs with pituitary-dependent hyperadrenocorticism, the adrenal glands were measured before and at least 6 months after initiation of trilostane therapy. Right adrenal gland length and caudal pole thickness and left adrenal gland caudal pole thickness increased significantly (p < or = 0.05); there was no significant change in left adrenal gland length. Enlargement of adrenal glands during trilostane therapy may occur as a result of suppression of the negative feedback mechanism affecting cortisol production.  相似文献

AIM: To explore the role of kisspeptin/GPR54 signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of precocious puberty based on female precocious puberty rat model induced by the single dose of danazol. METHODS: Female SD rats aged 3 d were randomly divided into normal group, vehicle group and model group. On the 5th day, the model rats were given a single subcutaneous injection of danazol with ethanol and ethylene glycol mixture. All rats were executed on 15 d, 25 d, 30 d, 35 d and 40 d, and the samples were collected to observe the sexual organ development. The levels of E2, FSH and LH in peripheral blood were measured by ELISA. The Kiss-1 mRNA expression of Kiss-1, GPR54 and GnRH in hypothalamus was detected by real-time PCR. The kisspeptin expression in rat hypothalamus was observed by immunofluorescence. RESULTS: The time for puberty onset and sexual maturation in the model rats was significantly earlier than that in normal group and vehicle group. On days 25 and 30, the levels of peripheral sex hormones and uterine coefficients in model group were significantly higher than those in normal group and vehicle group. On days 25 and 30, the ovarian morphological development in the model rats was significantly earlier than that in normal group. On day 25, the mRNA expression of hypothalamic Kiss-1 and GnRH, and kisspeptin expression of hypothalamic arcuate nucleus in the model rats significantly increased compared with normal group and vehicle group. On day 30, kisspeptin expression of hypothalamic arcuate nucleus in the model rats decreased compared with normal group and vehicle group. On day 35, the mRNA expression of Kiss-1 and GnRH in the model rats decreased compared with normal group and vehicle group. The mRNA expression of GPR54 had no obvious difference among all groups. CONCLUSION: The Kiss-1 mRNA and kisspeptin expression in the model rats with precocious puberty is significantly increased in the hypothalamus during onset of puberty, suggesting that kisspeptin is an initiating factor for precocious puberty. Kisspeptin/GPR54 signaling pathway may play an important role in the occurrence of precocious puberty.  相似文献

在不同种植方式和种植密度条件下研究了长花序短果枝株型大豆品种沈农6号的生育规律,结果表明,在60cm和30cm两种行距种植方式条件下株高、株高增长最快的出现时间和株高增长最大速率均未达到显著差异水平,而株高随种植密度的增大而增高;株高增长最快的出现时间均在出苗后40~50d;株高增长最大速率有随密度增加而加大的趋势。在两种种植方式条件下,单株生物产量、单株生物产量积累最快的出现时间、单株生物产量积累最大速率均未达到显著差异水平,但单株生物产量均随种植密度的增大而减少;单株生物产量积累最快的出现时间均在出苗后70~77d;单株生物产量积累最大速率随密度增加而降低,种植密度较低时,降幅较大,种植密度较高时,降幅较小。在两种种植方式条件下单株荚重、单株荚重积累最快的出现时间、单株荚重积累最大速率均未达到显著差异水平,但是单株荚重均随种植密度的增大而减少。单株荚重积累最快的出现时间均在出苗后91~98d;单株荚重积累最大速率随密度增加而降低。  相似文献

AIM: To evaluate the changes of somatotropin axis in pre-pubertal rats with catch-up growth born small for gestational age (CUG-SGA). METHODS: The SGA rat model was prepared by diet restriction in pregnant rats.Growth hormone (GH) excretion in 24-h urine, serum level of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), the expression of IGF-l and insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R) in the tibial growth plate and the mRNA expression of IGF-1 in liver were measured in infant rats at the end of week 4. RESULTS: The level of 24-h urinary GH excretion in CUG-SGA group were significantly higher than that in the rats of non-catch-up growth born small for gestational age (NCUG-SGA) group and appropriate for gestational age (AGA) group (both P<0.01). The serum level of IGF-1 and the mRNA expression of IGF-1 in liver in CUG-SGA group were similar to those in AGA group, but significantly higher than those in NCUG-SGA group. The thickness of the tibial growth plate in NCUG-SGA group was significantly lower than that in CUG-SGA group and AGA group. No difference of the growth plate thickness between CUG-SGA group and AGA group was observed, but the thickness of hypertrophy zone of the growth plate in CUG-SGA group were significantly higher than that in NCUG-SGA group and AGA group (both P<0.01). The expression of IGF-1 in the growth plate in CUG-SGA group was similar to that in AGA group but significantly higher than that in NCUG-SGA group (P<0.01). No difference of the IGF-1R expression in the growth plate among these 3 groups was found (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: GH/IGF-1 resistance exists in SGA rats with and without catch-up growth.  相似文献

基于泵机组故障信号处理的需要,介绍了不变矩原理,同时对神经网络建模,包括其样本获取进行了详细讨论;由于泵机组的多种故障与表征其运行状态的轴心轨迹形状有关,根据不变矩的平移、伸缩和旋转不变性特征,对实时检测的轴心摆度信号进行不变矩处理,利用BP型神经网络对其进行模式识别,进而判断出轴心轨迹的形状.为了弥补泵机组用于神经网络训练样本的不足,采用数值模拟与现场测试相结合的方法,将获取的所有样本进行求不变矩处理,并连同样本对应的实际形状作为神经网络的训练样本.网络训练完成后,将其输出结果与轴心轨迹图形进行比较验证.以山西大禹渡泵站水泵机组故障检测及诊断为例,在样本中选取其中的10组数据,比较的结果表明神经网络自动识别的结果准确.该方法为泵机组轴心轨迹自动识别和实现泵机组故障诊断智能化提供了依据.  相似文献

为使离心式长轴泵能够在不同工况下高效运行,该文以500GJC-32.3×3型离心式长轴泵为例,对其进行优化,首先根据传统方法估算离心式长轴泵叶轮参数,通过正交方法对离心式长轴泵叶轮进行优化设计,对正交试验结果进行极差分析,得到了叶轮几何参数对离心式长轴泵扬程和效率影响的主次顺序。综合考虑各参数对离心式长轴泵性能的影响,选取重要因素,基于不等扬程设计理论,采用控制变量法对叶轮进行多方案优化设计,对比不同方案计算结果可知:基于不等扬程理论优化设计的叶轮具有较好的水力性能,选择合适的后盖板无穷叶片数理论扬程系数,可使叶轮水力性能趋于最佳。对于该型离心式长轴泵,当后盖板无穷叶片数理论扬程系数取1.1时可获得较优的水力性能,对比较优方案的试验与计算结果可知:二者变化趋势相同,扬程、效率、轴功率的最大误差分别为4.02%、5.58%、3.59%,在(0.8~1.2)倍设计流量工况下,扬程、效率、轴功率的误差小。同时由试验可知:该型离心式长轴泵在设计流量时扬程大于97 m,效率高于82%,最高效率点出现在1.1倍设计工况附近为83.22%,曲线具有较宽的高效区和无过载特性,能够满足设计要求,在丰水期和枯水期均能高效稳定的运行,同时可降低电机的配套功率,减少一次成本投入。因此,该文的研究结果对离心式长轴的优化设计有较好的参考价值。  相似文献
