[目的]研究富碳条件下蛋白核小球藻的生长及其对油脂的积累.[方法]通过外加乙酸钠的方法形成小球藻生长的富碳环境,研究小球藻在富碳条件下的生长及其对油脂的积累.[结果]外加一定量的乙酸钠能明显促进蛋白核小球藻的生长(P<0.01),显著提高小球藻中的油脂含量(P<0.01).[结论]该研究可为小球藻的应用开发及富营养化废水的净化利用提供参考.  相似文献

利用沼液培养微藻可在收获藻生物质的同时回收碳、氮、磷养分,是沼液资源化利用极具潜力的途径。与光合自养相比,兼养培养可实现藻生物量快速积累,且对光、碳利用灵活,与透光性不佳的沼液相性较好,但目前缺乏相关研究论证其可行性。本文首先选取了小球藻 Chlorella sp.、蛋白核小球藻 Chlorella pyrenoidosa、栅藻 Scenedesmus sp.,以葡萄糖为碳源利用猪粪沼液对 3株微藻进行了兼养培养。结果显示,兼养策略可在大幅强化藻生物量积累的同时协同提升沼液污染物去除。其中,Chlorella pyrenoidosa展现出最佳的生物量及养分去除优势,培养7 d生物量可达1.51 g·L-1,为光合自养的6.12倍,沼液COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷去除率较自养分别提高了20、36、41个和32个百分点。本研究进一步考察了具备两种典型碳代谢路径的有机碳源(葡萄糖-三羧酸循环,乙酸钠-乙醛酸循环)对Chlorella pyrenoidosa沼液兼养培养的影响,发现葡萄糖相较于乙酸钠更适宜作为沼液兼养培养的有机碳源,且葡萄糖浓度与利用效率呈负相关,1 g·L-1葡萄糖浓度条件下Chlorella pyrenoidosa具有最高的单位有机碳生物量产率。此外,兼养微藻通过代谢葡萄糖可协同提升光合性能,使PSⅡ最大量子产量、实际量子产量、调节性能量耗散量子产量等维持较高水平,既弥补了沼液弱透光下光能不足,也强化了持续光照后的光系统损伤恢复机制。因此,本研究认为以添加1 g·L-1葡萄糖的沼液兼养培养Chlorella pyrenoidosa是克服沼液养藻光衰减等不利因素,强化微藻生物量产量及养分回收效率的有效方式,在畜禽养殖场沼液生物消纳与资源化利用方面有较好的应用前景。  相似文献

育肥猪屠宰前饲粮中短期添加乙酸镁,研究其对氟烷基因杂合子育肥猪肌肉加工品质的影响。选用体重相近的氟烷基因杂合子(HalNHaln)大长猪(大白猪×长白猪)36头随机分为2组,即对照组、乙酸镁组,每组18头。乙酸镁组在屠宰前5 d,基础日粮中添加镁1 500mg/kg(以乙酸镁形式),对照组饲喂基础日粮。试验表明:在猪屠宰前饲粮中短期添加1 500 mg/kg水平的镁对试验猪的平均日采食量没有明显影响(P>0.05);可以显著降低肌肉的滴水损失(P<0.05),提高猪肉的熟肉率,从而提高猪肉的加工品质。  相似文献

研究了乙酸龙脑酯标准样品的制备、均匀性和稳定性及其定值方法。乙酸龙脑酯标准样品的制备采用高纯度天然龙脑的乙酰化法,乙酸龙脑酯标准样品的含量测定采用气相色谱面积归一化法,制备得到的乙酸龙脑酯标准样品通过了均匀性检验,且至少在24个月内是稳定的。乙酸龙脑酯标准样品的多实验室联合定值结果表示为:乙酸龙脑酯含量的标准值99.93%;标准不确定度0.08%;扩展不确定度(95%置信率)0.16%。  相似文献

对比4种不同变性淀粉对裹粉的应用效果。结果表明,木薯氧化羟丙基淀粉效果最好,木薯氧化淀粉、木薯羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯、木薯羟丙基淀粉较好,木薯醋酸酯淀粉次之,且以面粉为主要原料,添加20%木薯氧化羟丙基淀粉、0.1%羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、0.1%魔芋精粉、0.1%明胶复配制作的裹粉应用效果最好,大大改善产品的外观、颜色及口感,减少了其他增稠剂的添加量,从而降低了成本,提高产品的产出率。  相似文献

A comparison of the mitogenic effects of a phorbol ester on lymphocytes from bovine spleen, lymph node and peripheral blood.Bovine lymphocytes from three tissues, lymph node, spleen and peripheral blood were compared for their mitogenic responses to 12-O-tetraecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA), a phorbol ester tumor promoter. TPA alone was found to be either not mitogenic or caused only a weak response when compared with the mitogenic lectin phytohemagglutinin (PHA). Of the three lymphocyte preparations, blood cells showed the greatest proliferative response to TPA. However, all three, lymph node, blood and spleen cells, showed a co-mitogenic response to TPA. That is, TPA synergistically enhanced DNA synthesis in cells stimulated with a suboptimal concentration of PHA.  相似文献

目的:评价甲地孕酮对提高消化道肿瘤患者的生存质量和不良反应。方法:139例住院的消化道肿瘤患者随机分为甲地孕酮+化疗组(n=68)和单纯化疗组(n=71),两组中同一病种使用的化疗方案相同,联合治疗组在化疗基础上每日加服甲地孕酮160mg,疗程至少8周。结果:甲地孕酮+化疗组生存质量明显提高,包括体重和Kanofsky评分的增加,厌食和乏力的改善,其分别为52.9%、82.4%、63.2%、48.5%,而单纯化疗组即分别为14.1%、15.5%、12.7%、9.9%,两者间差异均有高度显著性(P<0.01);两组的有效率分别为20.6%、18.3%,差异无显著性(P>0.05);甲地孕酮+化疗组在稳定白细胞数、改善消化道反应和保护肝功能等方面均优于单纯化疗组,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论:甲地孕酮配合化疗可以改善消化道肿瘤患者的生存质量,减轻化疗所致的不良反应,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

A 9‐year‐old intact female mixed breed dog was presented for mammary gland tumor surgery, and preoperative radiographs showed a tubular soft tissue opacity mass with multifocal mineralization in the caudoventral abdominal cavity. Subsequent ultrasonography demonstrated uterine dilation with echogenic fluid and endometrial acoustic shadowing consistent with mineralization. Resection of mammary gland tumors and ovariohysterectomy were performed. Pyometra was diagnosed on cytologic examination of uterine fluid. Histopathology of the uterine tissue confirmed a diagnosis of cystic endometrial hyperplasia with uterine mineralization.  相似文献

The association of lactic acid bacteria with mucosal surfaces plays important roles in the beneficial effects of these bacteria on human health, such as colonization of the gastrointestinal tract for pathogen antagonism. Previously, we found that the adhesion of Lactococcus lactis 7‐1 to porcine gastric mucin was higher with fructose than with lactose, galactose or xylose as the carbon source. In this study, we examined the effect of growth conditions on the adhesion of strain 7‐1 grown on fructose. Medium components affect the adhesion: the adhesion of strain 7‐1 grown with sodium acetate was higher than that without it. The enhancement of adhesion by sodium acetate was not observed under aerobic conditions. Cellular properties grown with or without sodium acetate were characterized: strain 7‐1 grown with sodium acetate had similar sugar contents, and different fatty acid composition to those grown without it. Strain 7‐1 grown with sodium acetate showed significantly lower cell yield and significantly higher hydrophobicity than those grown without it, which is associated with higher adhesion. Fructose and sodium acetate are frequently used in the food industry; this study may reveal a simple way to enhance the adhesion of lactic acid bacteria by growing them with these substances.  相似文献

AIM: Nitroxyl(HNO) increases myofilament Ca2+ responsiveness relative to increases in intracellular Ca2+ in cardiac muscle. In this study, we further investigated this effect of HNO on trabecular muscles from phospholamban knockout(PLB-KO) and wide-type(WT) mice using a novel HNO donor, 1-nitrosocyclohexyl acetate(NCA). METHODS: Trabecular muscles were dissected from the right ventricles of the rat hearts and mounted between a force transducer and a motor arm. The muscles were superfused with K-H solution(pH 7.4) at room temperature. Fura-2 was loaded into the trabecular muscles via electrophoresis. The length of the sarcomere was set to 2.2~2.3μm. During steady-state activations, the maximal Ca2+-activated force and Ca2+ required for 50% activation were measured. RESULTS: The intracellular Ca2+ transients and force of the PLB-KO muscles at baseline were higher than those of the WT muscles and exhibited a negative force-frequency relationship(FFR). NCA(2.5μmol/L) increased systolic force in both PLB-KO group and WT group at any given[Ca2+]o. However, there was more dramatic increase in the force development due to moderate increases in the intracellular Ca2+ transients in the WT muscles when external Ca2+ increased from 1.5 to 4.5 mmol/L under NCA. NCA did not affect the negative FFR in PLB-KO muscle. Steady-state force-Ca2+ relations obtained from skinned muscles were not different between the 2 groups, while NCA increased Ca2+ responsiveness in skinned muscles from both PLB-KO and WT mice.CONCLUSION: HNO increases force development in both PLB-KO and WT muscles as a result of increases in myofilament Ca2+ responsiveness. The increased intracellular Ca2+ transients are accompanied by greater force development in WT mice, suggesting that HNO improves Ca2+ activation and establishes HNO as a positive inotropic agent with novel mechanisms.  相似文献
