为探究小麦花后早期增温对其旗叶和籽粒生长发育的影响,以黄淮海南片主栽小麦品种安农0711和烟农19为试验材料,通过在小麦花后0~10 d搭棚覆盖PO薄膜方式进行人工模拟增温(增温1~ 3 ℃),测定分析了花后早期增温后小麦旗叶光合参数、叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性、MDA含量和籽粒性状的变化。结果表明,与常温对照相比,增温显著降低了旗叶净光合速率、叶绿素含量及 CAT和POD活性,增加了旗叶胞间CO2浓度和MDA含量,加速了旗叶衰老,使籽粒长度、宽度、厚度和千粒重均下降,安农0711和烟农19的粒重降幅分别为5.43%和7.34%。这说明在本试验条件下,花后早期增温不利于小麦旗叶光合和抗氧化作用,加速旗叶衰老,抑制籽粒发育。  相似文献

Short basal internodes are important for lodging resistance of rice(Oryza sativa L.).Several canopy indices affect the elongation of basal internodes,but uncertainty as to the key factors determining elongation of basal internodes persists.The objectives of this study were(1)to identify key factors affecting the elongation of basal internodes and(2)to establish a quantitative relationship between basal internode length and canopy indices.An inbred rice cultivar,Yinjingruanzhan,was grown in two split-plot field experiments with three N rates(0,75,and 150 kg N ha−1 in early season and 0,90,and 180 kg N ha−1 in late season)as main plots,three seedling densities(16.7,75.0,and 187.5 seedlings m−2)as subplots,and three replications in the 2015 early and late seasons in Guangzhou,China.Light intensity at base of canopy(Lb),light quality as determined from red/far-red light ratio(R/FR),light transmission ratio(LTR),leaf area index(LAI),leaf N concentration(NLV)and final length of second internode(counted from soil surface upward)(FIL)were recorded.Higher N rate and seedling density resulted in significantly longer FIL.FIL was negatively correlated with Lb,LTR,and R/FR(P<0.01)and positively correlated with LAI(P<0.01),but not correlated with NLV(P>0.05).Stepwise linear regression analysis showed that FIL was strongly associated with Lb and LAI(R2=0.82).Heavy N application to pot-grown rice at the beginning of first internode elongation did not change FIL.We conclude that FIL is determined mainly by Lb and LAI at jointing stage.NLV has no direct effect on the elongation of basal internodes.N application indirectly affects FIL by changing LAI and light conditions in the rice canopy.Reducing LAI and improving canopy light transmission at jointing stage can shorten the basal internodes and increase the lodging resistance of rice.  相似文献

为发掘玉米叶片表皮蜡质合成与调控相关基因,以218份由温带、亚热带和热带自交系组成的关联群体为材料,在原阳对其3个生物学重复叶片表皮挂水能力进行调查,利用1.25 M覆盖玉米全基因组的SNPs进行Q、K和Q+K这3种模型下的全基因组关联分析。结果表明,Q模型较K模型和Q+K模型能更好地评价叶片表皮的挂水能力。Q模型下,共检测到88个覆盖玉米9条染色体的显著SNPs(P ≤ 2.04E-6),88个SNPs分布于47个QTLs内,单个QTL可解释13.6%~45.6%的叶片挂水能力表型变异,47个QTL内共有97个候选基因,其中,77个具有功能注释。位于第2染色体上的转录因子NAC77(GRMZM2G018436)和第3条染色体上的亚油酸酯氧合酶(GRMZM2G156861)编码基因,是叶片表皮蜡质性状的重要候选基因。  相似文献

以3个越橘品种‘奥尼尔’‘密斯梯’和‘北陆’为试验材料,比较光合生理特性和果实品质的差异。结果表明:越橘叶片为异面叶,角质层、上表皮和叶片厚度以‘密斯梯’最大,下表皮厚度以‘密斯梯’最小;‘密斯梯’光饱和点(LS,P)比‘奥尼尔’和‘北陆’高,补偿点(LC,P)比‘奥尼尔’和‘北陆’低,对光环境的适应性强;‘奥尼尔’和‘密斯梯’最大净光合速率(Pnmax)高于‘北陆’,光合潜力足;3个越橘品种单果质量由大到小依次为‘密斯梯’、‘奥尼尔’、‘北陆’;可溶性固形物和有机酸质量分数最高的是‘密斯梯’,维生素C质量分数最高的是‘奥尼尔’;单株产量由高到低依次为‘密斯梯’、‘奥尼尔’、‘北陆’。相关性分析表明:Pnmax与叶片厚度呈显著(P<0.05)正相关;LS,P与角质层厚度和上表皮厚度呈极显著(P<0.01)正相关;光合生理各项指标与果实品质存在一定的相关性。  相似文献

以3个红叶山茶品种‘红叶黑魔法’、‘黑魔法’和‘黑蛋石’为试验材料,分别测定叶片不同发育阶段叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、总花青苷含量及叶色参数L~*、a~*、b~*值,并通过相关性分析探讨叶色参数与叶片色素含量变化之间的关系。结果表明,首先,3个不同发育阶段叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量呈上升趋势,不同品种同一发育阶段的色素含量相近。‘红叶黑魔法’和‘黑蛋石’叶片总花青苷含量在新叶展开10 d左右达到最大值,此后极显著下降,而‘黑魔法’叶片的花青苷含量则变化不大。其次,从色素比值来看,在新叶展开10 d时,花青苷的所占比值最大,‘红叶黑魔法’和‘黑蛋石’的花青苷比值分别达到87.88%和79.08%,极显著地高于叶绿素所占比值。到50 d时,花青苷比值下降至31.74%和23.68%,且3个品种花青苷含量相近,而叶绿素和类胡萝卜素比例则显著增加,这一结果较好地解释了这3个品种叶片的呈色变化,说明花青苷含量及其各种色素含量的比例变化是导致红叶山茶叶色变化的主要原因。最后,3个品种的a*值均与花青苷含量呈显著正相关,而与叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素呈负相关,a~*值可作为描述红叶山茶品种叶色变化的代表性参数。  相似文献

以核桃叶片为材料,比较了高盐低pH法、SDS法、改良CTAB法和适合酚类、多糖类物质较多的植物DNA提取法提取基因组DNA的效果;通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳、紫外分光光度计、RAPD、ISSR等方法进行PCR扩增和用EcoRI、PstI内切酶酶切对所提取的DNA样品进行检测,比较所得DNA的产量和质量.结果表明,4种提取方法从叶片中得到的DNA产量和质量有所不同,其中酚类、多糖类物质较多的植物DNA提取法产量最高,纯度适中.4种方法提取的DNA对以后的PCR和酶切均没有影响.  相似文献

The use of saline waters is an option for the irrigation of salt tolerant ornamentals as competition for high quality water increases. However, despite the importance of ornamental shrubs in Mediterranean areas, salt tolerance of such species has received little attention. The aims of our investigation were to quantify the growth response and any injury symptom of 12 widely cultivated ornamental shrubs to irrigation with saline water and to investigate any possible relation with the concentration of Na+ and Cl in the plants. Species were irrigated with different salinities (10, 40, and 70 mM NaCl) for a 120-day period. At the end of salt treatment, plants were sampled and dry biomass recorded; the relative growth rate (RGR) was also calculated. Root and leaf samples from each species were used to evaluate Na+, K+ and Cl concentrations. Growth rates were significantly reduced in Cotoneaster lacteus, Grevillea juniperina and Pyracantha ‘Harlequin’, which also showed the highest percentage of necrotic leaves. The increasing external NaCl lead to an increase of Na+ and Cl in roots and leaves of the different species, although less Na+ was accumulated than Cl: growth reduction well correlated with the concentration of Cl and/or Na+ in the leaves. The most sensitive species (i.e. C. lacteus, G. juniperina and Pyracantha ‘Harlequin’) had high concentrations of Na+ and/or Cl in their leaves and also showed a decrease in their leaf K+/Na+ ratios. Even though other species (i.e. Bougainvillea glabra, Ceanothus thyrsiflorus, Leptospermum scoparium, Leucophyllum frutescens and Ruttya fruticosa) demonstrated a high ion concentration in their leaves, they could be considered relatively salt tolerant as there was little growth reduction and few symptoms of injury in the leaves. In some other cases (i.e. Cestrum fasciculatum, Escallonia rubra and Viburnum lucidum) the observed tolerance was related to higher ion concentration in the roots compared to the leaves, probably indicative of a limited transport to the shoots. Only in Eugenia myrtifolia was the absence of symptoms associated with a limited Na+ and Cl uptake from the rhizosphere.  相似文献

Transferring ecological information across scale often involves spatial aggregation, which alters information content and may bias estimates if the scaling process is nonlinear. Here, a potential solution, the preservation of the information content of fine-scale measurements, is highlighted using modeled net ecosystem exchange (NEE) of an Arctic tundra landscape as an example. The variance of aggregated normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), measured from an airborne platform, decreased linearly with log(scale), resulting in a linear relationship between log(scale) and the scale-wise modeled NEE estimate. Preserving three units of information, the mean, variance and skewness of fine-scale NDVI observations, resulted in upscaled NEE estimates that deviated less than 4% from the fine-scale estimate. Preserving only the mean and variance resulted in nearly 23% NEE bias, and preserving only the mean resulted in larger error and a change in sign from CO2 sink to source. Compressing NDVI maps by 70–75% using wavelet thresholding with the Haar and Coiflet basis functions resulted in 13% NEE bias across the study domain. Applying unique scale-dependent transfer functions between NDVI and leaf area index (LAI) decreased, but did not remove, bias in modeled flux in a smaller expanse using handheld NDVI observations. Quantifying the parameters of statistical distributions to preserve ecological information reduces bias when upscaling and makes possible spatial data assimilation to further reduce errors in estimates of ecological processes across scale.  相似文献

以金光杏梅成熟叶片为试材,研究了叶长、叶宽与叶面积的关系.结果表明:叶长、叶宽与叶面积均呈正相关关系.叶长、叶宽与叶面积之间的相关系数分别为0.7084、0.8546,叶长和叶宽与叶面积的复相关系数为0.9868,在0.01水平下均达到了极显著水平.在此基础上建立了叶长(x1)、叶宽(x2)、叶长和叶宽与叶面积(y)之间的回归方程y=61.4140x1-2 480.6、y=28.7600x2-0.8546、y=17.6276x1+41.2594x2-1 078.4906,3个回归方程均可用于测算金光杏梅的叶面积,其中以叶长和叶宽与叶面积的二元回归方程测算结果更为精确.在具体应用中,可根据所要求的精确度进行选择.  相似文献

对147份云南枇杷野生资源叶片表型性状进行了调查分析,结果表明,这一群体枇杷种质资源的叶姿、叶形、叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶形指数、叶背茸毛、叶面形态、叶片横切面形状、叶面光泽、叶片颜色等性状均存在丰富的多样性。其中,叶背无茸毛的种质占77.62%,初步断定这个群体中的多数种质不是普通枇杷类型。  相似文献
