早熟春大白菜新品种三园春皇的选育

从北京、天津引进的大白菜品种中选育出两个自交不亲和系 90 2和 90 7,继而配制成春大白菜一代杂种三园春皇。该品种早熟 ,生长期 6 0～ 6 5d(天 ) ;一般 6 6 7m2 产量 40 0 0～ 6 0 0 0kg ,比对照鲁春白 1号增产16 % ;抗病毒病和霜霉病 ,对软腐病的抗性与对照相近 ;叶球橄榄形 ,质地脆嫩 ,品质优良。单球质量 2～ 2 .5kg     

Effect of Jiawei Sini Decoction on glucocorticoid receptor in thymocytes of chronic psychological stress rats

AIM: To observe the effect of Jiawei Sini Decoction (JWSND) on glucocorticoid receptor (GCR) in thymocytes of chronic psychological stress rats. METHODS: The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, control group (C), model group (M), group treated by JWSND C₁, group treated by ginsenosides C₂. The number of thymocyte GCR sites and the GCR nuclear thanslocation rate were detected by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, in the model group, the thymocyte weight index lowered significantly ( P<0.05 ), and the GCR nuclear thanslocation rate was increased significantly ( P<0.01 ), but the number of thymocyte GCR sites was unchanged. Compared with the model group, thymus gland weight indexes of C₁ and C₂ were increased significantly ( P<0.05 ), while the GCR nuclear thanslocation rate lowered significantly ( P<0.01 ). Moreover, no significant difference was found in all indexes between C₁ and control group. CONCLUSION: The inhibitory effect of glucocorticoid on the thymus could be significantly reversed by JWSND via suppressing the thanslocation of GCR from cytoplasm to nucleus in chronic psychological stress rats.     

Effects of Taoren Honghua Jian on the hyperlipidemia without symptom

AIM: To examine the effect of traditional chinese medicine recipe, Taoren Honghua(semen persicae-flos carthami) decoction, on hyperlipidemia without symptom. METHODS: The plasma TC, TG, LDL, HDL, apolipoprotein(Apo) A, Apo Bof the patients with hyperlipidemia without symptom were measured using automatic analyzer (shimadiu CL-7200), the production of nitric oxide(NO) was detected by Greiss reaction, and SODactivity and MDAformation were examined using o-trihydroxy benzene and barbituric methotheds, respectively. RESULTS: After oral administration of Taoren Honghua decoction, the plasma levels of TC, TG, LDL, and MDAof the patients were markedly decreased, however, the plasma levels of ApoA, HDL, SODand NOwere significantly increased and almost no change was detected in the plasma level of Apo B. In control group, it was found that although the plasma level of TC, TG and LDL were decreased ( P<0.05 ) and ApoAas well as HDLwere increased, ApoB, SOD, MDA and NO production were all unchanged. CONCLUSION: The traditional chinese medicine recipe, Taoren Honghua decoction,has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with hyperlipidemia by removing blood stasis, promoting qi circulation and in turn reducing blood lipid level.     

黄花蒿粗提物对几种害虫拒食性的初步研究

以黄花镐为原料进行浸提，经生物活性测定，结果表明黄花蒿Artenisia annua L.粗提物对供试的6种害虫均具有拒食性。其中对黑翅土白蚁Odontotermes formosanus Shiraki、赤拟谷盗Thibolium castaneum Herbst、谷蠹Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius拒食性极强，对棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover、棉红蜘蛛Tetranychus urticae Koch及豇豆荚螟Etiella zinckenella Treitschke 也具有较强的巨食性。使用黄花蒿粗提物时，以稀释500倍和800倍效果最好，处理与对照之间有极显著差异。     

中国李RAPD的优化反应体系及其在品种鉴定中的应用

以5'-GACCGCTTGT-3'为随机引物,以奉化李(Prunussalicinacv.Fenghuali)为试材,对中国李RAPD反应体系进行了优化研究,结果表明:25μL反应体系中,TaqDNA聚合酶、Mg2+、引物、模板DNA和dNTPs5种主要成分的适宜浓度或用量分别是:1.0U、2.5mmol/L、20ng、40ng和0.2mmol/L。利用该优化反应体系,用10个随机引物,构建了5个中国李品种的RAPD指纹图谱;并以共有谱带率对这些品种遗传关系进行了分析,5个中国李品种的共有谱带率平均为33.2%,变异幅度为20.1%～44.9%。     

大白菜细胞核雄性不育基因向自交系97A407的转育

根据复等位基因遗传假说 ,利用大白菜核不育系 9810 9和已知基因型的甲型两用系可育株 99135 2作为不育源 ,以大白菜自交系 97A40 7为目标亲本 ,经过 5个世代的转育 ,获得了具有 97A40 7遗传基因型的新甲型两用系、临时保持系和雄性不育系。     

丝兰属植物提取物降低鸡舍氨气浓度的效果试验

通过在21日龄的肉用仔鸡饲料中添加丝兰属植物提取物(其有效成分为丝兰皂角苷)，研究丝兰属植物提取物对降低鸡舍中氨气浓度和提高肉仔鸡生产性能的效果。试验结果表明，试验组鸡舍内氨气平均浓度为4．75mg／L，对照组鸡舍内氨气平均浓度为13．80mgl／L，试验组比对照组鸡舍内氨气平均浓度降低了9．05mg／L，经t检验，两鸡舍内氨气平均浓度差异显著(P＜0．05)，并且试验组比对照组饲料报酬提高了8.92％。     

奶牛中草药抗热应激添加剂剂量的对比试验

40头荷斯坦泌乳牛随机分成4组,采用单因子试验设计,分别饲喂由基础日粮与不同剂量的中草药添加剂(每头·日0g为A组即对照组、25g为B组、75g为C组、125g为D组)组成的日粮。结果表明:干物质摄入量C、D组分别比对照组多摄入1.6kg、1.6kg。校正体重和乳脂的产乳量,C组、D组分别较对照组提高46.3%(P<0.01)和34.4%(P<0.01),且C组、D组乳脂率较对照组分别提高8.8%(P<0.05)、20%(P<0.05)。C组、D组红细胞数较对照组分别提高35.8%(P<0.01)、33.9%(P<0.01),而呼吸率则分别降低43.3次/分、47.2次/分、肛温分别降低1.2℃、1.1℃。对照组中暑死亡两头,其余组没有死亡。经济效益,C组、D组分别比对照组提高83.7%.、51.2%。     

芥蓝游离小孢子培养初报

 以芥蓝的5个基因型为试材，对游离小孢子培养诱导胚状体发生及植株再生进行了初步探讨。结果表明：供体基因型对成功诱导胚状体发生至关重要；振荡培养明显有利于胚状体的发育；改良MS和B培养基对诱导植株再生没有差别。     

真空渗入法转pinⅡ基因菜薹外源基因的遗传与表达

 本研究对利用真空渗入法获得的转bar基因及pinⅡ基因菜薹，进行了外源基因的遗传及表达情况分析。结果表明通过该方法获得的转基因植株，外源基因能够稳定遗传。bar基因在 代的分离大部分符合孟德尔遗传规律，但也有不符合的群体；pin II基因在 代中稳定表达，但各个株系之间的表达水平差异较大，因而各个株系的抗虫效果也具有显著差异，即使具有相同外源基因拷贝数的各个株系，其PIN I／蛋白表达量和抗虫效果也具有显著差异。
